Amazing front desk service, quite and nice property my family is not one to spend time in a lobby at any hotel, but we stayed in the lobby for a good amount of time had lunch there. Staff was friendly. Cant ask for a better vacation. Pool and hot tub, we're the best one I've been to in a long time and everything was so clean

The rooms were serviced everyday. The staff are of the highest quality and ready to serve. The breakfast are extremely fresh and of wide variety. The happy hour every Monday thru Thursday are a nice treat. I have stayed there many times and about 2 weeks at a time. The rates are very competitive.

Room was nice and breakfast was good but could only get a couple channels on TV. Not even good channels. Booked this hotel because it had hot tub and pool. No information that they were closed both on expedia or actual website. Was told had access to neighboring hotel’s pool, yet was expected to go outside across 2 slippery parking lots when raining and cold, and heard that hotel had a group of teenagers there who were out of control. Definitely not my idea of trying to relax. Not impressed at all.

Went for the weekend for my sister in laws birthday. We were all excited to go swimming and sit in the hot tub. When we got there we were told that the swimming pool and hot tub were closed. We were very upset and disappointing. We would not have stayed there if we had been told. I had even called to make sure our rooms could be close together there was never any mention of the pool And hot tub being closed. We were told we could go to the hotel next door to use pool. I just had a knee replacement and walking that distance in the cold was not happening. The hotel was nice breakfast was good.

This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless. There was a great pool with little fountains for the kids and a big hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic and had a great number of offerings. The room had an A/C with a fan that could be set to run 24/7.

Mostly everything was great but there was a couple of opportunities. 1) keep the coffee fresh, without rolling your eyes when requested. 2)Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was empty apon arrival. 3)make up remover package was used upon arrival. Otherwise a excellent stay.

Very nice hotel but not located within walking distance of the main scene. Bathroom was roomy with good counter space and lighting. But no shampoos or Conditioner or body wash in the shower. All empty. Pain in the ass to go get some from the front desk.

Despite being a new building the rooms in the hotel have zero sound proofing. You will hear noises from your neighbors above and next to you, and in the hallway. You will hear water flushing through pipes (quite loudly) and there will be zero privacy for anyone traveling with companions and using the bathroom. The sofa bed is also only suitable for children, ours had a very large dip in the middle as if there was a support rod missing, and the blankets provided were very thin, scratchy, and did not feel entirely clean. Not sure why the hotel cannot provide a comforter for the sofa bed. Otherwise the facilities were very clean, the lighting in the bathroom was good, and there was a generous breakfast offered.

The front desk staff was amazing! I had to mail a birthday card while I was traveling and the front desk “donated” a stamp to make it happen. They were very accommodating and very attentive. Highly recommend.

Good front desk staff and breakfast choices. One complaint-we left the Maid Service sign on the door. We both checked it and smiled at the housekeeper standing next to us in the hall. We came back to see the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and the room not done. Disappointing. We tried not to overtax them during our 5 night stay.

The staff was very nice when we checked in but we received the wrong room number and or keys. We went to the room that was listed in our card and the key would not work. We went back down to the office and they asked our names and “reset” the key card and said come back down if it still doesn’t work. Went back up to the third floor and someone opens the door of the room that was listed as our room. It was EXTREMELY awkward because it was late at night. We went back down again (mind you I had 4 kids with me the whole time) and they seemed flabbergasted that someone was in the room assigned to us. Gave us a new room/key, just a tiring experience after Silverwood all day. We usually stay at Hilton’s, but tried Marriott instead. The staff was nice and apologetic about it but probably shouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get us into the right room…

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: the breakfast was great, the staff were courteous and wonderful, flowers outside were beautiful, and it was an easy walk down to the Riverstone Park area for restaurants, the farmers market, and a riverside walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property. Stayed with my three teenagers and husband. Pull out bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had a nice layout. 20 minutes down the road from Silverwood. Extremely impressed with the continental breakfast! Instant waffles, turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, lots of pastries, oatmeal with all of the fixings, hard boiled eggs, melon, cantaloupe, fresh made real fruit smoothies and several other options. Coffee was wonderful too! We will definitely stay there again.
