- “Near” Old Market is a stretch to advertise!!! - covered parking is 1 to 2 blocks away, you have to go outside to get there & that defeats the purpose - terrible directions to parking for someone who has never stayed there, especially checking in at 11:30p

I booked this room last minute and it did not disappoint. I got a studio and it was very spacious with plenty of storage. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I used the city parking garage instead of the hotel garage because it was a bit closer, but the hotel garage would have been fine. The free shuttle was a big plus as well.

We were in town for a concert at the Chi Health Center and it was so easy to walk right over there. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was the only small issue as it’s not on site but only a short walk down the street.

Was in town for a concert and it was a really nice stay. They offer a shuttle service to/from airport and anywhere within 3 miles during your stay. It is a great service, it just needs a little more structure and organization.

My son and i had a great stay Wednesday thru Sunday. Breakfast was very good (they had real eggs) and the shuttle van was a HUGE life saver for our trip. So much to see and do in the area!

Wonderful hotel with the friendliest staff! The breakfast service was awesome! If you’re renting a car, there’s a covered public parking garage adjacent to the hotel available, but it’s not affiliated with Residence Inn—no hotel discounts…you’re on your own. The hotel is close (within walking distance) to the Orpheum theater, post office, and Starbucks; very convenient! Overall the hotel was a great retreat.

Booked here because it had free shuttle which we wanted to use to and from the airport, called before we left to set up, told just call when arrive which we did only to be told there is no shuttle it was broken down

So I have so much and I stay in many hotels. I know the Marriott is suppose to have some kind of standards but this hotel isn’t the place to stay especially for the price. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was RUDE and when we asked a question later he didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered. He barely answered and look at us like we were stupid. The parking is absolutely horrible since it’s across the street and not even connected to the building. The hall way to the room smells awful like mold which sent me into an allergy attack. The room is so outdated. The pull out beds are very unstable and it gave my step dad bruises on his back from sleeping on it. Then going into the bathroom is even worse. The tub has hair all over it and doesn’t look like they really washed it down. I had to grab my own wipes to clean the bathroom myself. We were too tired after driving 12 hours to tell the front desk. Also the cockroaches we found are even more disgusting and disturbing in the kitchen. Also can’t forget that I used the towels and immediately broke into a rash all over. This is not the place to stay! The only redeeming quality of this hotel was their potatoes for breakfast. The other thing was close to down town but that’s about it. Very Disgusted

I love this hotel, but it is definitely time for a remodel. The room smelled musty and the carpets are definitely getting worn and they need to update plug-ins near the bed that allow USB cables.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October whilst we were visiting our daughter who is studying at Creighton University. The hotel is lovely nice outdoor seating area - breakfast was fantastic great set up for the day. Utility room for washing was very handy on a longer stay. Room was very comfortable - work area - couch and bed area were of good size - bathroom very nice with great sized shower. Very handy kitchen full sized fridge 0 and hob to prepare basic meals very useful. Nice and close to Old Market and Downtown with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Close to several of Omaha's theatres and the fantastic park. Hotel runs a complimentary mini bus shuttle service within a 3 mile radius from the hotel - great perk.

The hotel is inside a historic building in downtown Omaha. The rooms are big, but there was no garbage in the bathroom and the sink was missing a drain stopper. My TV screen went black randomly and no channels would work consistently without turning to black out of nowhere. The shades on the windows were also unweighted, so they flapped back and forth on the window itself.

I’ve been a long time Marriott property user. This property or my room specifically was in tough shape There was racing going on in front of the hotel or at least near it until 2 o’clock in the morning. On our day of checkout housekeeping knocked on our door 2 1/2 hours before checkout. When I confirm what time checkout was they agreed, then leaned against the wall next to my door waiting for us to leave. I did hear good things about the Doubletree and the Hilton in Omaha, I would strongly suggest checking out those locations and brands instead.

I booked a stay for Aug 3rd around 11pm. When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in till 2am because of audits. We waited an hour in the lounge area where we were then told at midnight that our booking automatically changed to Aug 4th. We were told they had 3 available rooms but that we were not allowed to book any of them for that night because we would have to do so through the app and the app wouldn't let us after midnight which is when we were told about the change. We were told we would receive a refund and never got that either.

Breakfast was great. My room was very clean. Front desk service in daytime is great. Front desk service evenings is fair at best. Service means polite. If your front desk staff doesnt say hello, thank you, and enjoy your stay...they have no business working there. Otherwise a GREAT stay.

Likes: -Good location to nearby events area -Easy parking -Fabulous historical building Dislikes: -Noisy -Specifically asked room away from elevators, was told our room was not close. Got to our room and it was directly across the hall from elevators. -Breakfast selection was disappointing. Quality of food was very unappealing. -Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The room was well thought out, spacious, comfortable, and clean with a nice kitchen including a full size refrigerator. The exercise room had two treadmills, two ellipticals, a bike or two, weight machine and free weights. Some entrees at breakfast were exceptional and the outside patio was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
