Great hotel with huge rooms. Loved all the amenities however, the pool needs to be heated, as it was very cold. Also didn't have hot water in our room. Water got mildly warm sometimes but not hot. They sent someone to repair it twice and they said it was fixed, but the issue persisted. When we told the staff they were wonderful and offered us a discount, so over all a very good experience.

King balcony room for 2 adults with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth and a bath mat. 2 small rolls of toilet paper. The shower head fell off when we turned the shower head. Room 910 needs overhaul. We arrived at 3 for check in and got in room at 3:20. Pool hours extremely limited. Bar not open. Sad.

The property is in a great area. Walkable to food spots, gas stations, and stores. The hotel looks great and the pool area is very nice. When I was there their laundry facilities were not available. The balcony was nice and spacious. I enjoyed my stay here and would book again.

My only negative remark concerns the unpleasant odor that greeted us upon entering our room. The entrance of the hotel smells wonderful, but after departing the elevator and walking down the hallway to our room, you are met with a musty, moldy smell. However, the hotel's location is fantastic! My husband and I used the MetroMover to get around, and we loved it! They just need to work on eliminating the odor inside the room. I even had to purchase a candle to help with the smell. But once you get past the odor (if you can), you will enjoy the location and the basic amenities offered by the hotel!

The hotel was just OK. The room wasn't dirty exactly, but the floor wasn't clean...hair and crumbs along the baseboard, etc. We were told there was daily housekeeping (stayed 4 nights), but they only came once. We even requested service one day, and they never came. We had to ask for new towels, TP, etc. The location is good and the room got the job done, but there is a reason it costs less than the average hotel room in Miami. Likely would not return to this specific hotel.

The property was fine for two night's the third night disastrous from 8-9at night road work started across the street all night tar cutting beeping backup equipment very noisy all night no sleep it was that bad very disappointed. To me last night was disappointing will not stay there again I feel a credit is due even if we split the difference if not refund the night. We were “upgraded “ to a balcony. The hallway and rooms need upgrading. The curtains had holes. The seat in the room had a hole as well. The rooms air conditioning light was so bright at night, that it lit up the room. The room was drab, no decor. The area it’s located does not match the room. The room did not have a “downtown Miami vibe”. The people that work at the hotel are nice and helpful.

The hotel facilities and rooms are trendy and colorful but closer look and it’s just not very clean. The tile grout in the shower and the door were very calcified and grimey. Beds were hard and the two pillows provided were small and flat. Great location and view from balcony. Would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option in Brickell.

Decent hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Regular rooms are very small, I was disappointed by the size however, due to issues with the ac unit spurting water and dirty ice falling out hitting the bed and floor, we were upgraded to a suite. Larger room with a longer balcony. The smaller rooms view better scenically but it was nice to have the larger room. Ordered a couple of drinks at the bar, good drinks and the shots were worth the $$. Very convenient location. I would stay here again, but I’d only book a suite.

It’s a great hotel! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating, they made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. Staff even went above and beyond to providing restaurant recommendations during our stay. Location is also great, Restaurants are nearby in this location and so is the airport.

My best choice in Miami. Staff is amazing. Location absolutely perfect. Restaurants and shops around and two block from the train station that takes you directly to Miami International Airport. It has a fantastic pool and gym. Super nice lounge and a breakfast way better than the other hotels. Our room was super comfortable and even with a balcony.

We used the pool, the exercise equipment, the bar and the patio, in addition to the room. The room had a refrigerator, which we used. The hotel is quiet - we were on the 9th floor, looking over some construction, but it still was quiet. Unit was clean. Great location in Brickell.

Great location- access too everything. However this aloft was not in the nicest of conditions and the shower didn’t look as clean. Additionally, the service was lackluster with me having to leave my room to go place a breakfast order while being in the middle of a meeting.
