The staff was lovely. Rooms was nice clean and spacious. Pool was cleaned every morning . Breakfast was provided and delicious. Housekeeping was nice and great ! I love my stay

The bathroom in our room was not clean. We just got bleach and cleaned it ourselves. The staff was friendly at check in, that's the only thing they have going for them. And the pool was closed, I think the website should have said as much. The pictures of the place are way better than the real life. I would not stay here again.

While the rooms were very clean, the neighbors were very noisy. People were allowed to be noisy at the pool and outside areas well after 1am. Was not fun hearing children yell and scream and parents yelling

Horrible experience! When we went to check in the lady tried to upsell us the room but she was vague about it... "Why you don't get the"new room?" (How are we supposed to know what is a new room when we reserve online??). We didn't upgrade and the first room we got was a nightmare! There was a partially patched 12 inch hole in a wall, the AC unit was loud and struggling at 78 degrees, the bathtub had 4 inches of black, mold- like stuff on the bottom, the bathroom door was missing a knob. When I called the front desk the lady got us to pay more for a "new" room. The new room was so newly renovated that there was still construction dust all over. We had to wash our feet before getting into bed, there was so much dust. The only good thing I can say is about the cleaning lady. When I showed her all the construction dust she promptly got on it and cleaned our room. After that, the new room was nice.

Sketchy motel with entrance to rooms outside. Definitely feels unsafe. Doors felt loose. Room smelled sooooo stale. Walls had stains and toilet seat looked like it had burns on it. Hair was in the pillow cases and blood stain was on the sheet. It looks like someone only cleaned the surface and what’s viable to the eye. Definitely not deep cleaned.

Sleeping in this motel destroyed my body I have all my body swallowed because the amount of bug Bed it is crazy I want to a doctor because of it so I do not recommend this location at all

My stay was average or below. The room (first room, #234) was clean, but wreaked of cigarette smoke. Barely got any sleep. Asked for another room the next morning. Should have checked it before I left for the day. Came back that night to room #250. Same issue, wreaked of cigarette smoke. Day 3 asked for another room. Received #259 in the next complex. This room was newly remodeled. I checked first before leaving for the day. Room was clean, nicely redone. Came back rhat evening turned on a/c, still some cigarette smoke smell. Since my travel plans had changed, the uncle I came to visit had passed away, I checked out, and came back home to Arizona Maybe when all the renovations are completed the cigarette smell may go away. However if you are not a smoker, check out the room as soon as you check in. The room was clean, but they all smelled like cigarette smoke….

Parking can be difficult to be close to your room. Breakfast is in a separate building where you check in. Beds were very comfortable. The shower soap and shampoo are in bottles attached to the wall. Neither bottle worked.

The lady at the front desk gave us a room with mold in the bathroom, not to mention the mold was painted over. After we addressed it to her, she offered a room to upgrade implying all the rooms that weren’t remodeled had mold. Her only concern once I told her about the mold was the bed remaining untouched. She didn't want to give me a refund considering I went through a third party (Expedia). Once I got ahold of Expedia customer service, she told customer service she would not give me a refund and offered me another room, which she did not. She only offering a remolded room at an up charge. These pictures are much more visually appealing through the pictures compared to in person. Don’t be fooled.

Decent place to stay but when me and my service dog went in to eat breakfast the lady was very rude and kicked me and my service dog out of the breakfast area when I tried to explain that my dog was a service dog the lady said she didn’t care and made me leave with her

The area surrounding the hotel looked unsafe. Soon as we walked into the room it smelled of mildew and mold. Overwhelmingly of mildew. There was stains on the chair and footstool. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. There was a piece of white material over the bottom of the tub, there felt like a hole in the bottom and the material was covering it. I don't know how in the world this place was rated a 6.4, the rating when i booked it. It has been awhile since I have stayed in a place this "disappointing". It's obvious that there's zero upkeep because the outside was just as bad. The pool area was nasty..the side of the building looked like it had never seen a pressure washer...there was black all over the side. It should be rated closer to a 1.4, definitely not a 6.4. If you are considering this place, don't. It reminded me of an establishment that rents rooms by the hour. I need a shower just thinking about our stay.

We drove down from Orlando to visit family , Room was clean , Area is great, breakfast choices were good , water pressure in bathroom was very good . Microwave & TV and channels were great 👍 No complaints, thank you Quality Inn

There was a stain on the blanket. The people upstaits was lound all night wasnt able to get ant sleep. The pillows was awful. The breafast was on waffle muffins juice. And would not let you take it to your room.

There is no elevator. I went once for the breakfast, there was only breads. I asked for agg pati/ omlet, but the lady brought after 30 min, after I finished breakfast. I did go breakfast rest of my stay. I feel her behavior is not to be a staff.I found severl black insects everyday in the room.

Everything was good except for they make you eat there continental breakfast in front of them. I tried to bring it back to my room and was informed that I could not, after already making it "because of roaches". I mean how fast are the roaches getting in there? Not very reassuring. There also was a dirty rag left in the bathroom and a dirty sock by the tv dresser.
