This property is an IHG named property, with a fresh new vibe to the brand, exceptionally clean exterior that was well groomed by the same man I saw all 4 days we were at the hotel. The first room I checked into had a shower curtain that had fallen down and I was immediately given a new room and a complementary bottle of water for the inconvenience. I went to the new room, and it was a very very small room, with a bed, and office chair. The area to hang your clothes is not a closet by any means, it is hooks, and that’s all. There is no carpet which means the rooms above you are exceptionally loud. Overall, clean hotel, staff was friendly and it was super close to where I needed to be, and the airport. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers as hanging your suits on odd hooks is not the best, however if you are looking for a good rate for a clean spot this is a good choice. There are other options VERY close that offer more spacious rooms.

The room was absolutely filthy. Mold and hair in the shower, and build up all in edges along with filthy floor of shower. Toothpaste splattered all over bathroom wall. Paint chipping off toilet. Baseboards filthy. Hair in the sheets of the bed. 2 super thin blankets on the beds. The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel is terrible and very unkept. Dirty walls throughout hallways, filthy elevator, and trash pilled up outside by door and trash throughout hallways by rooms such as pizza boxes and bags of trash. Staff was mediocre and the breakfast was pathetic. No fresh hot food, just sugar filled packaged oatmeal, stale bagels, watery juice and yogurt. Wanted to leave an honest review since all reviews I saw prior to stay were good. I personally would never stay here again. They need to get employees that take pride and care for the property better.

These rooms are super nice and quiet. Parking isn’t ideal when checking in after 9:00pm, but it’s a trade-off for the niceness of the hotel itself. Staff was friendly but there was more involved at check-in (swiping a card for the deposit, paperwork, etc.). A quicker check-in is appreciated late in the evening. The room is compact but very orderly and clean. I just wish there was a tub! If this place served a breakfast, I think it would take it to the next level. But I very much enjoyed the clean room, friendly staff, and location. It’s nice to stay at a contemporary-styled hotel for an affordable rate.

They need to add shampoo and get rid of the "body lotion" in the shower. The shower was clean but it looks like the shower pan had settled and the gap recaulked and it looked moldy or just bad. Comfy bed though and clean.

Toilet not cleaned with dried urine on inside and outside of seat. Room hot and humid with mildewed odor on arrival- they must’ve forgotten to turn the air on while simultaneously forgetting to clean the bathroom. Requested King got 2 queens. Mini-Refrigerator was room set to room temperature. WiFi would not allow streaming to TV for first 2 hours. I think that was about it. Except for all listed above, this was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary night.

Stayed for a wedding in April. Super close to the airport and highways. Room was clean and quite. The only negative is that they did not have a dresser or any drawers to put clothes in. Other than that very good stay.

Modern property that was very clean and nice It was differe t in that there was no coffee maker nor microwave in room but great ciffee in main area offered 24/7. Also had good free breakfast. Overall good place to stay.

Room is very small. Barely big enough for two people. No coffee in room. TV was not working, had to call front desk. TV powered up with full volume each time used, annoying. TV does not display channel so difficult to use. Overall, it was OK but needs some attention.

When I went to check in there were 3 employees standing around in the area, all with their head in their phones and I was ignored for the 1st 30 seconds to 1 minute. It seem the person helping me did so out of frustration or agitation.

Most of my experience was good except for the check in at night. There guy who helped us was rude for no reason/ he had a bad day because I was trying hard to be pleasant. Questions asked were met with snarky responses. That said, the morning staff were really nice.

It was a great hotel, coffee was down stairs and ready all day. Did not make it down for breakfast. Location is right next to a gas station and I missed the turn so make sure you turn by the gas station and it loops to the hotel. Very clean and great service.

We loved the simple Euro style decor. Grays, reds and such. Almost like a higher tier Microtel. Simple and clean decor. Both desk clerks were very polite and helpful. The complimentary coffee was tops. Will seek out Avids to stay out when we travel.LOVE THE CONEPT IHG!

Brand new! Great for a one or 2 night stay. Super clean coffee 24hours, grab and go breakfast. What’s not to like? Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable rates!

Must have been having a crotch rocket meeting next door. Rateing their engine until after midnight. Very load and unnecessary. Also the breakfast is almost nonexistent. Do not plan on breakfast at the hotel.
