Towne Lyne is a quaint motel. Very comfortable. My room had an attached small porch which would be lovely in the warmer weather. The grounds in the back are inviting for sitting or children to play while enjoying a lovely stream that flows in the back of the motel.

Have stayed at multiple different hotels, motels, B&B’s etc over the years in ongunquit and this place was great. Short weekend trip up with the wife and room was perfect. Nice king size bed, great refrigerator, and lovely sitting areas out back on the town river. Convenient to everything in the area. Staff was very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Prices were superb too. Will definitely be back at some point.

I liked the chairs to lounge on in the backyard and the fire pit. The brook was a nice feature. No deer while we were there this time, but maybe next time. We'll see. A little mix up with the room accommodations, but the staff resolved it quickly. Great place to stay. Most rooms have just been renovated and they plan on finishing the reno. 2 rooms left.

Parking was right out our door. It was clean, accommodating, very close to Ogunquit, restaurants, places to see. It was very homey. The bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend Towne Lyne Motel to anyone.

To repeat another reviewer: "Don't even think about it. Just book it." We only stayed 1 night, granted, and really didn't use any additional amenities, but, it was GREAT. The staff was very nice, parking was great, the room was super, super clean and well kept. I would easily come here again. It was a great value. Another thing to note - the room was not what the photos displayed. It was BETTER. I guess we got a room that was updated, but, the photos weren't! Super pleasant surprise!!! The bedspreads were updated (very pretty actually), the furniture was very updated and modern, the lighting in the room was updated and modern, the curtains and paint in the room completely modern and updated. Honestly, everything looked brand new. The outside of the property, as you can see from the street, is very pretty and charming. Out back there is a river which is very soothing to overlook out the window. Private. Calming. Tranquil. Also out back there are dining tables, a firepit, etc (we didn't use this though). Very nice tables too. Well maintained.

Didn't like the cleaning fee tacked on the bill. If, I had known that, I wouldn't stayed their. The twenty dollar fee is uncalled for. No one cleaned the room or changed towels the three days I stayed.

We stayed for two nights to hike along the coast. This is a wonderful motel! A warm welcome, and the room was prepared for us at arrival. Spotlessly clean bedroom, totally updated bathroom and new furnishings, and a very comfortable bed. New microwave and mini-fridge. Plenty of regular and USB outlets. Highly recommend.

Check-in was a pleasure, informative of the area and the room was immaculately clean and new. We were concerned with the traffic in front of the motel but heard absolustely nothing inside, thus a very quiet stay with ammenities closeby. Would definitely return.

It’s far enough away from the busy downtown of ogunquit yet the trolley takes you back and forth , the river in the back keeps you hidden with nature and the grill and outdoor tables makes you feel at home to cook for the family , I recommend the bottom back rooms that walk right out to this area , one young lady kept our room fully stocked for the time we were there and we felt very at peace and relaxed, the manager that checked us in made us feel welcome and cut us a deal on third party charges they do , felt like old days when it was fun to go to Maine and do a lobster tour in Perkins cove or see a show at the playhouse or ride the trolley to the beach to see the sunrise or walk the shops and taste test samples, great town and movie theater as well , fun for all

What a true find!! We loved the room and all the little touches that mean so much, such as real coffee cups instead of paper cups! The beds were so comfortable and so were the pillows! I loved the fact that we had a screen door and a back door with a beautiful scenic woodsy area! Located right by one of the Ogunquit Trolley stops!!!
