Staff was almost never around when needed. Older building showing its age. Poor water pressure. Roku tv wouldn’t work.

This is an old property that needs a complete renovation! It is filthy, the staffing was completely unresponsive. We could not even get a clean towel unless we asked. Upon check out we could not even get a bill! The finger nails on the floor as just an added plus!
