We were able to do really early check in! Valet was helpful. The pool was cold, pool deck was dirty, no hot tub despite deceiving pictures. Breakfast no longer included even though it was included when we booked. Appears to be an upscale hotel, but really is average. Not worth the price we paid for one night.

Hotel was in great location to broadway. 5min or less to walk. About 10-15 min walk to the gulch. 5 min walk to Bridgestone arena wheee concert was. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Had issues with our door and someone was up Immediately to fix it .

There is a strong mildew smell when you walk into the lobby. The desk staff was very helpful. They ran out of self parking spaces so we had to pay for three nights of valet parking. Loved being on the floor with the gym and pool. Room attendants were quick in responding too.

We were not happy that our room was not cleaned two days in a row. We had do not disturb sign on door til we got back from breakfast then left til mid afternoon. The first day i did tell the maid that we were leaving again at 4:30 but she didn’t seem like she wanted to come back then so I said to just come the following day. They did not come. First time in my travels that something like this happened, especially at the price we were paying. Front desk blamed me basically and wanted to give me a free snack. Not impressed

Very noisy at night , difficult to sleep . The assigned room had a view of an air conditioner and section of roof , and a better room was asked for and assigned. No early check-in was allowed unless you paid $35.00 , and there were rooms available . Check-in is 4:00 pm which I feel is late . I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were plan and bland but comfortable and clean. My wife didn’t bring her hair dryer and regretted that because the supplied room hair dryer sounded like a jet engine and she possibly lost some of her heating. I had to leave the room and could hear it down the hall.

Was very impressed with the property, its location, accessibility etc... easy to get to the main street and museum etc... Low score driven by check in staff and process. Was told our room wasnt ready no worries yhey looked after our bags. They said they would call within the hour, came back 2 hours later after no call and queued behind a bus tour and then asked to sit and they would be with us next, which wasnt the case over an hour checking in and no apology or even acknowledgement, tainted my experience of the property.

The property and service was great. This would have been a 5 star review if when we arrived they didn't give our room away. We booked a King room for our 20th wedding anniversary and wife's birthday and were put in a room with 2 queen beds. Staff was able to switch us the next day in the afternoon.

We stay here every time we come to Nashville. A great breakfast and close to the action. It's a short walk to Broadway and we LOVE Kelsey at the front desk. We met her in February during our stay. We visit 3-4 times a year and we will continue to stay at the Hyatt because of her. She takes great care of us and makes us feel like family. Ya'll are lucky to have her!

Two night stay for a quick girl’s trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of room. The shower was also really nice, great water pressure, roomy, and taller. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, though at night it felt a little more sketch if walking just cause of some of the homeless that wander. No fault of the hotel. You do need your key card to get into the hotel after certain hours and to use the elevators, which we really liked. Would stay again.

The location is great. A very short walk away from the Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and many local restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

The breakfast was a disappointment, get off your phone, take your earbuds out. Your working, people have to get places and really on that breakfast, it’s apart of what we’re paying for. Breakfast sandwich’s ice cold. Get off your phone—cook them. Your one job is the food.

Have stayed here several times. Always clean and friendly. Great location. Disappointed that breakfast buffet is now not included and costs as much as one of the actual famous breakfast restaurants within a one minute walk from the hotel. That was a bad biz decision but otherwise it was a decent stay.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to Broadway music clubs. It is a 10-15 minute walk to many music clubs. Hotel staff were very attentive. Breakfast was pretty good and the excellent staff were attentive to every detail. Note if breakfast is not included with your room, you will be charged $14 per person. The hotel has only very minor entertainment options so you may want to try other places such as Whiskey River Saloon for live music.

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple blocks and an easy walk to Broadway. There is a great complimentary hot breakfast in lobby and theres also a bar in the lobby as well. Parking is super expensive $60 or more per day. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We have been coming back to this hotel time and again for convenience to Broadway. The beds are comfortable, the linens great, but the overall condition of the rooms needs a refresh/update.
