It was a very pleasant stay in a nice and quiet area . Shopping plaza across the street is a great bonus . We love the overnight oat & chia pudding for breakfast . Staff is friendly and helpful . Nora at the front desk is super sweet, making our stay even nicer . Thank you . The lady in charge of the breakfast is great. Thank you for your help . FYI: xtra charge for staying here: parking $5.50 per night and $125 for 7 days of having our dog with us . Grass area for our dog is rather small . Other than that, we don’t mind staying at this hotel again .

Didn’t love the parking. Staff was great. Clean and modern rooms. Women need better lighting in the bathroom to apply makeup. I makeup mirror attached to the wall would be incredible.

When we checked in, it seemed like it was quite a hassle for the attendant. He left a WHOLE lot of details out of our stay. Simple things like what time check out was, or where we could park our car... Come to find out, I needed a parking pass to park in the garage. When we got to the room, there were HUGE stains on the carpeting. There was no hand soap at the sink and no additional toilet paper. I had to ask our neighbor for extra toilet paper. Ended up using shower gel for hand soap. Sad state of affairs, I expected more for the price. There were no to-go containers for the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites hotel in Upper Arlington. The location is excellent and an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The facility was clean. It was also undergoing a renovation at the time of our visit, but our room, not yet renovated, was just fine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed on the second floor in a one bedroom suite with our 5 month old. It was great to be able to separate the space and the room was very spacious. The bathroom could be cleaner and the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud we had to call down both nights to complain as they were making noise past 1AM. I would stay here again but I would want to not have upstairs neighbors. Location is great and parking was easy

About 2 miles from the shoe. Rooms are run down. Beds pretty hard and the pillows odd. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Graeter’s, and a few restaurants which is nice. Having the sitting area off bedroom was nice.

Hot water in shower fluctuated between hot and cooler water during the entire shower. Heat in room also did not work very well and the fan on the heater was very loud - sounded like it was struggling to even work. Ultimately the room temperature was inconsistent and not very comfortable. The size of the room was very nice though with a kitchen.

Loved the spacious layout of the room with a kitchen, loving, and sleeping area. Kitchen had toasters and microwave, plates and crockery, and everything to make a multi day stay comfortable. The barhroom was a great size and everything worked perfectly. Great stay and really pleasant front desk team.

Loved the location. Easy to drive or walk to get food and drinks. Rooms were huge and clean. Staff was really nice. Workout area was nice and loved the restaurant next door. Great burgers. Only drawback was the wifi. Had to leave to do work. Tried laptop and phone, off vpn and on, and even tried in the gym. Only get 1mbps max.

We stayed the weekend for a tournament my daughter had at the convention center. The hotel is in a very nice area with plenty of options for food and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint would be with the rooms we had. Both rooms had sleeper sofas in them, which we needed to use, and both were in terrible condition and the matresses were all but non existent. I understand that a sleeper sofa is not going to be as comfortable as a bed, but for the price of the room, it should be nicer than what is in there now. I would stay there again, but would have to make sure we dont have to use the sleeper sofas.

Stayed here with my husband for our 15th anniversary trip. Was a very nice room and we slept great. The only negatives were that we were unable to hook up our ROKU to the tv to stream some of our favorite shows. Also, I wish they provided a regular coffee machine so you could bring your own coffee grounds. Other than that we loved the area and the shops across the street.

The guest services is terrible. Got a room with clogged and overflowing toilet . They don’t even bother to answer your call from the room phone. Had to call them from my mobile only to be told that they cannot move us to another room but can only provide a plunger and we will have to unclog the toilet by ourselves . Would never stay here another time. Had to vacate the room because of the terrible customer service and facilities in the middle of the night with a young kid in hand.

Room was paid in advance through Expedia. Upon checking out the front desk employee asked to run my credit card reassuring me it wouldn’t charge again. Before even leaving the lobby I was notified my credit card was again charged for the room. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to fix the double charge by noon. I was never contacted so now I will have to dispute the charge.

We arrived at 11:30pm after a bad experience with and having to cancel our Airbnb just a half hour earlier. The front desk staff was so kind, helped us book a room and gave us fresh bottles of water. We were in our room within 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and we felt very safe even that late at night. We would definitely book this hotel again!

The staff was the best part!! They were all so very helpful, pleasant and went the extra mile to provide a great stay. We wish we had names to drop bc they were really awesome. Rooms comfy and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was better than others we’ve had which included an egg bar (salsa, tomatillos sauce etc).

-No hot water. -Outlets in room are broken/loose so you can’t charge phones. -breakfast food was literally rotten and smelled like a dead animal. Eggs were fluorescent green. -no parking -ground floor rooms get blinding light from cars All Night. Asked for another room… declined. They know about these issues yet do nothing to rectify according to an employee. Do not stay here.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Our rooms were very clean, and we were very pleased with the amount of space available. The breakfasts were delicious with many options! The man that was helping with the breakfasts was very kind to us and helped us a lot. I wish we had gotten his name.

We slept on the couch bed, with extra covers for padding it was nice. Everything was clean and loved the kitchenette. The breakfast was absolutely amazing better variety and quality than i have seen in similar motels. This is my new stop on my quarterly trips to New York!!
