What a fantastic hotel. the room was spacious. The breakfast offered numerous choices,including fresh fruit and REAL oatmeal. The swimming pool is large and clean. The workout room was under construction, which was our one complaint.

We enjoyed our stay but my kids were very upset the pool was closed. We were in town for a hockey tournament and picked this hotel based on it having a pool and the team hotel not having one. I noticed the sign right at check in on the desk and mentioned it to the lady (Karen) about how my kids were going to be upset. She was completely clueless that the pool was even closed and said her staff must not of told her. The sign showed the pool was closed for an extended period. I was like there is a sign right there and she mentioned maybe she should look at the signs to know what is going on. It was a very bad first impression. The room was super nice and breakfast was good. Not sure why there was no notes or notifications of pool closure prior to booking .

Nice hotel. Service good. Good breakfast. Do not understand why you had to pay $35 to park onsite for one night in the hotel garage. The location was not downtown. The shower had excellent water pressure was happy about that. First hotel I’ve been in that you had to swipe your room card on the elevator for it to take you to your floor that was a nice security measure. Hotel was easy to get to except entrance alittle hidden do to trees at entrance. Overall nice stay

The rooms are quiet and spacious. Parking is easy in the underground garage. The breakfast buffet has lots of options. Martin’s BBQ is right across the street.

Make sure you check the beds before you accept the room. I found blood still on my sheets was excoriated by maintenance staff to check another room. Staff member confirmed the new room was dirty. Then is when front desk staff wanted to be nice to me

Terrible customer service. Trash cans overflowing everywhere on property. and not changed for our entire stay. Sticky elevator floor. No toilet paper in bathroom by the pool. The front desk wouldn’t open the parking gate for my wife to take our daughter to Urgent Care. They demanded she use the QR code that wasn’t working, even though we paid for parking. Person was annoyed when my wife asked for help. That’s the opposite of hospitality. Very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Included breakfast was very good. Only negative was cleanliness - the pull out bed had chips in the bedding and was clearly not washed. Also the hallways of our floor had food and crumbs everywhere.

Looked nice but was not clean, lip stick on "cleaned" glasses, finger prints from previous people on doors, handles, etc. Hair on bathroom floor. My daughters feet were black from 5 mins of running around the room. Beds weren't comfortable. Won't stay here again.

Upon arrival, nice staff and overall check in was pleasant. House keeping was prompt with additional towels for our large family. Our room was decent size for 6 (2 adult, 4 children). Bathroom was where my decreased rating comes from. There was mold all around the tub, under the soap holder and growing out on the wall tile. There were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom. Bedding definitely could have been upgraded, the “comforter” is equivalent to a stiff window current. So bring more blankets if you get cold. Outside of the underage kids in the pool being unsafe and inappropriate (staff was notified but did nothing), the pool was decent size and gave us an option after being out on the town.

Suite needs a deep cleaning. Dust on the top of the refrigerator- no equal for coffee-bathroom needs a deep cleanup - tub was not very clean Windows needs cleaning It’s a nice suite-just needs fine tuning This is the Hilton- needs to be represented much better

The hotel is conveniently located to most major attractions in Nashville. Many restaurants within walking distance. I was most impressed with the valet staff as they were very courteous, timely and professional. Front desk staff also very friendly. Will definitely stay again! The only complaint I would have would be the cleanliness of the shower.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Had a pack n play ready and set up for us for our 1.5 yr old. Breakfast was way better than your standard continental breakfast. Location was terrific. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for a big room for a family or staying for a Vanderbilt game.

The pool was amazing, my son and I loved it. The room was super clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The valets were quick and nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Overall, we had a good (not great) stay. Most staff members were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, though not well stocked when we first arrived, so we had to request more toilet paper and towels after the first night. We thought the price was exceptional, given that the hotel provides free breakfast (with great options) and shuttle service, albiet with very short hours on the weekend. What didn’t wow us were the bed and pillows. In fact, they were both so hard, my husband complained (and he rarely complains about these things) and I couldn't sleep soundly for each of the four nights we stayed. I understand that a firm mattress is the preference of some people, but this took firmness to another level. I tossed for most of the night and woke up with a sore back each morning. We will not book again, but definitely recommend this stay for those who are nore concerned about cleanliness and convenience than a soft place to lay their heads at night.

The rooms are perfect for a small family, clean and well appointed with a small kitchen. The indoor pool was a bonus, clean and perfect temperature. Be sure to ask staff upon checkin to explain how the elevators work. Room key needed to get to your floor.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms! The separate living area and full kitchen were amazing! Perfect place for families. Close to Vanderbilt Hospital as we were visiting family in the hospital. Pool was very large and nice! The free breakfast was also amazing! Overall, the extra amenities were a surprise as the cost wasn’t as much as I would’ve expected. Only gave 4 stars as the tub in the bathroom could use some updating. Certainly not a reason to not return. We will be back for sure!

I base my ratings on the value of the stay. For the price, the value was okay, but missing. First the good. The breakfast was great. The lobby looked nice. And it felt very safe. Parking was terrible, unless you pay for valet. After paying the additional fees on top of the room stay. The room was a good size. We had the king suite. But, the couch and bed sheet had some staining. The shower door fell off the tracks while we were there. That was a horrible experience. There isn't anything around the immediate area, which meant parking and access to vehicle were made even worse. Overall, the value just isn't inline with what you get. Maybe if the overall stay, including all those fees, was 40 dollars less, I would say the value would be there. But at current price, it just isn't.

Spacious room. We didn't get a chance to do the breakfast but it seemed nice. Really appreciated having the extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch already in the closet. AC unit was a little loud in the main bedroom as was the street noise but both were tolerable given the area. Would stay here again.

The receptionist was very rude. I am a military veteran and she was very rude when I asked about military discount. She then stated she needed a credit card for file, I calmly asked if the one booked would work and she, with a disturbing tone told me NO, I need a different credit card. Service was terrible

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, to say the least. In addition, the hotel valet parking has been subcontracted to a vendor separate from the hotel, and the valet on duty did not check messages to retrieve vehicle. The facility building is fine, but competent management is needed.

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and helpful. Tony and Jay were simply the best at shuttling us around town for the weekend, even when we didn’t know a gate number or street address. These guys rock! We will definitely be staying here the next time we return.

As a honors member of Hilton because I booked through a third party the experience was terrible with staffing at the front desk Friday 16th May @ 8:00pm I spend hours on the phone with both Expedia how as Amazing and helpful however I expected to same level of service from Hilton which did not happen at all my flight got delay and they treated me terrible just to make a note that I would be check in the next day as I got put on to next available flight the lady overall this was worst experience from Hilton and I should continue to build my miles with Hyatt and other hotels!!!!

Clean room, inviting room, clean lobby, nice breakfast area, great views. The best employees, best valet, best receptionist at lobby. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Also the shuttle was perfect for us, who didn’t want to drive in Nashville nor wanted to walk a long distance. Shuttle driver was excellent as well and very kind and nice also!

It is right across Vanderbilt University and within walking distance to Centennial Park (where the Parthenon is). There are quite a few eateries within walking distance. Very convenient. If you want to go cheap, there is a bus stop close by that can take you to downtown Nashville in maybe ten minutes.

The breakfast was amazing - lots of different options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It took us about 45 minutes to walk to Music Row - but we like walking so that was ok. Took an Uber the morning we went to the Ryman. There is also a hotel shuttle that will take you locally. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again.
