Nice, clean, quiet place, conveniently located for visits to Village on the Green. Pool, gym and business center a plus. Free breakfast a plus as well... if you like Army field kitchen fare... I always stay here when visiting Mom.

Sofa bed mattress needs replaced or egg crate foam added. More Breakfast-to-go need to be prepared ahead of time. We had 6 people and only 2 bags. Overall hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool! Outdoor fireplace is a plus but it wasn’t going. Definitely would stay here again. We had a very spacious room!

Rugs are filthy. There’s no luggage carts they let guests leave them in their rooms. Shower dripped all night. No extended checkout. Breakfast was good. Hotel toiletries had public looking hair and was used. Would not return. Bed was fine.

The staff were always cleaning. No smudges no dirty floors. Even the maintenance man was engaging and friendly. I stayed a total of 7 days so I really got to see it all and not once was I disappointed. Great job in customer service and cleanliness. Impressed

I've been staying at Hampton inns for years and have always been very satisfied. However this time I was very disappointed!!! The staff were very friendly have no problems there. The beds were very hard,noisy and uncomfortable. On the last day of our stay we found very small bugs in the room as well as in the breakfast area. As much as this freaked my wife and I out. We went ahead and finished our stay. I'm very very disappointed!!!

There was a family of cockroaches in one of our rooms. When we told the front desk they said that had never happened before. And I asked to speak to the hotel manager. They said there is no manager on Sundays, which is horrible for any customer service. So we had to check out and the front desk said they would call me on Monday

The location was conveniently close to where my grandson had a basketball tournament. The accommodations were comfortable. Recommend trying to get a room in the middle or side of the building opposite the highway. Lot of traffic noise until midnight, but it was Saturday night.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. The beds (both beds) were squeaky and the sheets were awful! They were bumpy…like 100 thread count sheets instead of the nice sheets I used to when I stay at a Hilton brand hotel.

We had a little sisters get away. We try to do this every year. This year we stayed at the Hampton Inn and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing. they were all extremely attentive and kind. would definitely stay there again!

The stay was nice, hotel is clean and well-kept. However, after paying for my two-night stay I was charged $168.00 overnight prior to my check-out. This was NOT the incidentals hold as I was already charged that. The front desk was unable to explain the charge and gave a vague "it will probably get credited back to you" explanation. UNACCEPTABLE. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. I do not like having anyone play with my money. I will no longer use any Hilton hotel because of this.

Front desk worker was whispering when he talked asked him to speak up, he didn’t and I had to keep asking him what he said. Thermostat in my room did not work. Tried to switch me to a smaller room. I had two beds and they wanted to switch me to a king bed room. I did want to sleep with my mom or sleep on a couch. Will never stay here again. Will write multiple reviews. I AM FREEZING IN THIS ROOM

Overall the property and my room was clean. However, service to my room was not consistent. I stayed from Friday to Tuesday and each day from Sunday going forward had to go down to the front desk to request towels. I was told Easter Sunday they were unable to clean the room due to several employee call outs but, my room was not serviced the remainder of my trip, which was unfortunate.

I was informed the hotel overbooked and that I was moved to another hotel next door. I’ve never had that happen before and wonder if it is an issue with Hampton Inn or with booking through Orbitz. It isn’t. Big issue but I was required to go to the hotel with the original booking to pick up paper work to book into the other hotel. I am arriving late as it is so added time to check in is annoying.

The staff was very helpful letting me check in early and sending a text asking if I needed anything. The breakfast was good because I love oatmeal. The location was great with a Mexican restaurant across the street and a Longhorn's right in the next parking lot....definitely walkable.

I have stayed in mostly Hampton’s over the last 30 years and always happy with them. Good breakfast, fast service when needed! I had a leak in the shower and they had it fixed before I returned to the hotel that afternoon!! All professional and welcoming!

The hotel was very close to I-4 so was easy to find. There was highway noise which was noticeable the first night but not thereafter. We were there for a soccer tournament and the hotel was close to all 3 fields that we visited. There were restaurants within walking distance. The offered breakfast was adequate. The personnel were all very friendly and accommodating. I would return to this hotel without hesitation. It is located about 30-45 min. from the various amusement parks.

The hotel itself was good. The breakfast wasnt great. The toaster didn't work very well and I had to put the bread in 10 times and it was warm but still not toasted. The selection of food wasn't very good and there were no half & half creamers for the coffee. I would think twice before staying at this location again.

Room itself was clean, sheets clean in view and smell, towels, everything. The only downside was breakfast, not many items for vegetarians, just eggs, some fruits and sweet pastries and pancakes, not many salty choices. I missed that!

Really just needed a one night stay as we were heading to the airport in the morning and wanted something closer. Location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice having both a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and hot foods were appreciated. My significant other is on keto so multiple egg choices were perfect for him. We will keep this place in mind for further stays.
