The hotel overall was ok. I didn't realize that booking an accessible room meant the bed would pretty much be on the floor. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told they couldn't help me because the room was booked through this app and not directly through them. This made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. The last night of my stat there was a power outage. This meant no air conditioning. Also the next morning I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. Only one elevator was operating so I had to wait four times for the elevator at checkout. For the most part the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and in good condition.

They over charged us by $600.00 what the hotels.com price was. The hotel was under construction and we were never informed. When confronted about the bill, took 6 times before getting it corrected. The ice was so dirty we didn’t use it. Overall very unhappy. Management wasn’t concerned we were unhappy. We come every year for archery and won’t be staying at a Hampton again.

The property was nice, but it is being renovated. When we got off the elevator, the construction workers were in the hallway, and it was so dusty. Maybe a suggestion of closing off a floor to renovate. We’re sure it will be a very nice place to stay when completed. Bed was comfortable, clean room and good breakfast!

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, what I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn. The hotel “pantry” was well-stocked and had a wide selection of snacks for those “midnight munchies”.

The daily hot breakfast was good. Vanilla or red velvet waffles with toppings, eggs, oatmeal, different sausages each day, bagels, cereal options, bread, muffins, & yogurt. The room overall was clean but there was hair on the faucet like someone had trimmed a beard or mustache. The hairs were dark grey so it blended in with the top of the sink faucet. I always bring wipes to pre- clean so it wasn’t a big deal. We had a little hiccup at check in and had to be reassigned a new room. Easy fix. Overall our stay was good. Well air conditioned room. Guest laundry dryer did not work but a staff member dried my sons uniform for the tournament for me which I appreciated.

The clean rooms, lobby and all of the hotel was clean. When you enter the lobby it smells great. The dining room was very comfortable seating and plenty of room. A variety of food for breakfast. The only place I stay in Foley.

The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, thus the 5 stars on Service. There seemed to be construction going on as tape was covering doors, bushes and other areas. The downfall was the filthy floors and mold in the shower. I'm not talking slight traces, I'm talking thick black layers on the inside of the shower doors. I did not want to use the shower due to this. The areas in front of the baseboards were dirty up and down the hall and inside the elevator. We will NOT be returning.

Clean, updated and I felt like it was a great location and very safe area for me and my daughter. The reason I can’t give a 4/5 star review is because we had room 211 on 2nd floor. It was the first room next to the elevators. I was consistently woken from my sleep by the extremely loud elevators, and the sound of what seemed like people stomping. (People walking on the 3rd floor) this was allllll night. Made for being extremely tired the next day. Otherwise I will say that the beds were pretty pleasantly comfortable. Our room was clean. It did have kind of a musty odor to it? But I would stay there again. I’d request a room NOT close to the elevator and perhaps on the 3rd floor?

The room was larger than expected. The only complaints that I have is that the A/C didn't seem to blow out enough air to efficiently to cool the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. I could literally feel the springs in the mattress on my back.

Everything was nice- the people, cleanliness, etc. My only complaint is our bed faced the window, the window faced the parking lot- the curtains do not close (beside the sheers) so blinding lights from the parking light came in all night. And of course we were up with the sun. So only recommendation would be to put curtains that actually close.

Great hotel. Only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable. Same mattress the have in the Home 2 Suites. Hilton needs to be careful or they may be like the Choice Brand. Got to keep your standards up

The room and hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t care for was the attitude of the front desk person. She did not say anything rude but her disposition from the time I arrived on Friday until Saturday evening (the last time I saw her) was that we annoyed her with our presence.

You can tell that whatever they didn't serve for breakfast one day was what they put out the next day. A lot of the staff was unfriendly and rude. I spoke to a cleaning lady and she deliberately ignored me. The best thing about this hotel was it's location.

I requested Housekeeping service when I checked in. WE had a long day on Saturday and came back to a messy room. Had NO towels left to take a shower with because there were only two when we checked in and we had taken two showers. I went to the desk 5 times and NEVER found anyone at the desk. The beds were very uncomfortable. I was going to complain when we left at 7am Sunday morning but there was no one at the desk again. We loaded our car and as we were pulling out the desk clerk was coming back inside finishing up his cigarette.

The Hampton Inn in Foley, AL, is excellent! They generously found us a room to stay in for a week after our VRBO property was taken away from underneath us without warning. Brittney, one of the front desk staff, got us into a room early after an exhausting drive. They allowed us to use their industrial dryer when the guest dryer wasn’t working. They were very pleasant & even asked about our daughter’s dance competition! My only complaint is that they could have cleaned our room more often. Overall, the Hampton Inn Foley, AL, is wonderful, & we would highly recommend it!

Clean rooms, not much space for what We paid for. When We needed something at the desk in the last evening after Dinner, there was a sign saying nobody was at the desk, be back soon. Same thing at check out time just before 6am. We left our cards in a bowl on the desk with a sign on it.

The staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. There’s a nice pool area. Lots of breakfast options. It’s close to lots of shopping and the Cracker Barrel right in front of it. Will definitely stay again when I’m not staying on the beach.

Very convenient location for Tanger Outlets and OWA. Location at a red-light makes it easy to get on Hwy 59 during busy times. 15 to 20 minutes from beach but worth the savings if you don't mind the drive, especially if not going to the beach every day.

Food at breakfast had no taste. We stayed 5 days and our room was never serviced; even thought it was stated it would be serviced every other day. When I inquired at the front desk in day 4 I was given clean towels and told someone would be up to empty trash but that never happened. As we checked out and told front desk about it all we got was “I am sorry.”

The Breakfast was amazing ( the waffles) in particular and it was clean.. the coffee was so good! Our room was very clean so after we stayed one night…. I booked us for an additional two extra nights. This will be my go to place to stay in foley from now on .
