The staff were welcoming and professional. My one negative would be the cost of parking, £13.50 is by far the most expensive Ive paid.

I was told by both of my taxi drivers that this was a bad area to stay in. The room was nice. Breakfast was good. I like that you have to swipe your room card on the ground floor to get the elevator to open. That extra security made me feel good.

We booked 2 rooms as we travelled as a family of 5. While the accommodation did the job for one night, the shower area hadn’t been cleaned and the lift outside our room was very noisey. Staff were pleasant and the car park was a bonus. Although we had checked out and been out, when we returned to the hotel car park my son needed the toilet before a long car journey home and was told he couldn’t use the facilities!

Incredibly good value for central-ish London, and on great transport links for both buses and trains. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast over-priced for not very much, but the free tea and coffee at breakfast time was appreciated. Impressive that a budget hotel services your room daily, even if it's just a straighten of the bed and some clean towels. It really makes you feel you're getting that bit extra.... Not quite 5* all round because our towels randomly went missing one day of the three we stayed (and we've stayed here a LOT!) Just an oversight and quickly set right by Reception staff, but still, an inconvenience. Oh - if you drive, the carpark is very handy. We'll be back!

The website said an airport shuttle was available from here but upon arrival was told the airport shuttle stopped serving this hotel when covid hit and was subsequently cancelled, and the nearest tube station, while just down the road, is only accessible by stairs so would be challenging if you have luggage - so we had to pay for a taxi to get to Heathrow (which was 30 mins late). One of the two elevators was not working throughout our stay and that one working elevator was constantly being used by housekeeping staff and we had to wait almost 20 minutes before we saw an opportunity to jump in front of housekeeping staff just to get in the elevator. Not the politest thing to do but after a 3 hour trip up to London, all we wanted to do was get up to our room. The photos were deceptive and did not highlight that the shower is in the bedroom! The toilet is in a room the size of a cupboard so it is hard to close the door once seated. The room was tight and there was a the stain on the lower end of the bedsheet. The front desk staff were polite.

Overall the the hotel was presentable and the room was clean, fresh linen on the bed. clearly aimed to provide cost effective short stay accommodation. What we did not allow for is how the dimensions and layout of the room would have some affect my wife and our mobility issues. It was silly things like the step up into the shower, we had take more care. Two things that did cause a shock even though we bought our own coffee etc there was no means of making a hot drink in the room, hot drinks were available in the foyer it meant dragging said hot drink back. The last little niggle was only one pillow per guest in the room. There was one thing that I was really ticked off about and that £13.50 a night to park the car - that I thought was a bit extortionate. I’ve used Ibis in the past and was happy with the experience, like wise overall I was quite happy this time. My cautionary tale is to those more mature in years, possibly with mobility issues to be aware - and clarify any issues you may have before booking.

The rooms are very clean but basic. No kettle and not much room to put your stuff. Fine for a night or two - but wouldnt want to stay much longer. Parking costs about £13 per 24hrs which considering it is in centre of Hounslow was actually not too bad.

Good affordable option if you're catching an early flight from Heathrow. Has parking with no height limit.

Mould all over the property. The room stinks because of the bad toilets.

Rooms were very clean, shower good & beds very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights & towels were changed even tho we didn’t ask them too. Good location for Heathrow & Twickenham

The rooms are abnormally small and not suitable for families, you would hardly have space to move around after keeping your luggages, toilets are also very small , wash basin was getting filled even if tap was running for 10secs. Breakfast was good, staff behavior was good, location is very good but overall stay was not satisfactory due to size of room and washrooms, no toiletries given no room service no tea/coffee or electric kettle in room.

Our room was filthy. The front desk staff had no propensity to help resolve the issues. There was blood on our floor. The floor was sticky and covered with filth. We washed the floor by hand with towels and soap & water. We were shocked that this facility rated any positive rating on Expedia.

Rooms were tiny. Barely room To walk around the end of the bed! Seemed poorly kept!

Great location, clean, staff polite and helpful. Basic, but fine for somewhere to sleep. Air conditioning works well 😊 handy for trains, shopping and Heathrow Airport. Shower fixed on wall so couldn’t shower all over your body properly. Also cubicle in room with frosted glass door, so need to be comfortable sharing with someone seeing you naked! Would have been good to have a kettle in the room (tea/coffee available at reception) and only 2 electric sockets right in corner of room, away from beds. Meant I had to feed my cpap machine under the bed so I could use it. Not much space to put things. Fine as a base and somewhere to sleep, but very basic.

A pleasant stay but we did find the room to be very small and the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room an inconvenience. The seating area in reception was not very big therefore was very busy at times

Okayish rooms, dated but kept clean. Air conditioning was a fail, they supposedley had a centralised system but became too hot during the night. Opening windows led to be awoken at early hours by traffic and plane noise. Would avoid if not for the comparatively lesser price.

The room temperature was uncontrollable- the room was like a sauna (in November?!) therefore chasing a terrible night sleep.

Very basic, booked a twin room for myself and my daughter, asked for the double bed with bunk above but isnt available. Room hasnt been modernised, tv was barely working, no signal on 98% of the channels. Shower was within the room and not seperate, pretty much see through screen so no privacy at all, toilet was a very small cupboard space with no lock. Zero cupboard space or coat racks so nowhere to put clothes. Beds were comfy and clean i will admit. Aircon didnt work on cold, so the room was like a sauna at night. Carpark was left open, i was advised they close the gates at night and have security, this didnt happen, parking cost me £27 for 2 days. Personally wouldnt stay here again due to the size of the room and the lack of update.

I wish we had chosen a different hotel. In fact, we almost left to stay at a different hotel, but everything was non refundable so we stuck it out for our reserved 4 nights. The rooms are extremely small, there is about 1 foot between the bed and the wall. My husband threw out his back trying to get our suitcases to the other side of the bed. We were also surprised to find there wasn’t a full bathroom. It was like a studio apartment where the sink and shower were next to the bed and the toilet was in a tiny closet sized room. The bathroom (toilet room) also had blood and feces on the wall so we had change rooms, it was disgusting. House keeping only came to change the towels (requested) and restock toilet paper. On a positive note, the metro station was extremely close and convenient to get to. However if possible I would avoid staying here.

Staff were extra helpful with check in and car parking. Rooms are basic as expected but were very clean and comfortable. Good location for tube just a few minutes walk away, perfect for airport and only 50mins to central London.

Well, We reached hotel by 11pm yesterday, and asked for a few drinks, the male staff was quite rude with the service as he was frustrated with things and showed no respect to the customers, that’s not how you deal with the customers by showing unnecessary face gestures, so investigation need to be carried out and work on good customer service in the upcoming days, beside that everything’s fine.

They made silly mistakes. They gave me a key to another customer's room. I used the key to open and found the customer naked. This was so embarrassing for the customer and me. The staff at the reception do not just know what to do.

Staff is not customer oriented. It took 3 tries to get the proper room, and to keep re registering the room keys to work. A snotty, dominate man made us feel insignificant as women travelers and didn’t want to be taught anything that he may have “been wrong about”. Not customer friendly.

The staff is not good in manners

Just needed a quiet room, comfy bed and shower near Heathrow airport where I could check in late and check out early. The man on reception was very pleasant and the hotel was ideal for my needs.

Thanks to the stuff. Upon check-in, they were very helpful and informative most importantly friendly as well. As a budget hotel, all seemed perfect for me.

Very convenient for transit

It was a good location for a one night stay near the airport, especially for an early morning flight. Underground opens at 5 am. The hotel was a 7 minute walk to the underground station and a few minutes to Heathrow. A full hour to the center of town. There was a fast food place next door and a supermarket. The room was comfortable enough. The neighborhood was kinda run down. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours before checking in, felt the bags were secure.

The hotel was sufficient for our needs as we we stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The shower and sink area was clean as well as the bedding. It's a short walk to Hounslow Central underground station with a Tesco Express right next door. Plus many food outlets about 1 or 2 minutes walk away. The area is safe enough. Just use common sense when walking around as with any other area of London. We would stay here again.

Close to transport and shops single train to central London. Clean and reasonably priced. The room was tiny but we were only there to sleep. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge.

Solid hotel used it for a trip to Twickenham and was great for that, only half an hour walk away. Not much for your money but price was very friendly for the area, I wouldn’t want to share a room even with my wife given how small they were but cracking for a solo traveller

Conveniently close to Heathrow as only 3 tube stops away. A short 10 mins walk from Hounslow Central. The room is low standard as expected at Ibis Budget. There is a coffee & tea machine in reception only. The area around outside felt unsafe. The breakfast was very minimalistic for £9 each.

Good transportation services within an easy walk; two Piccadilly tube stations within 15 minute walk (Hounslow Central and Hounslow Central) of hotel. Bell bus stop is just across the street from the front door. Two other bus stops within a few minutes walk. Tesco grocery store next door, next is a pizza/chicken place followed by a Quality Foods store. I highly recommend the ASDA (much nicer) grocery store which is located just behind the pedestrian street shops on the walk to the Hounslow East tube stop. Many small places to grab a bite nearby with a couple of good pubs in the area. Room was a bit small but sliding bags under the bed was a life saver. Nice sized shower with good hot water supply, useful corner desk and a flat screen TV with good selection of channels make up the room. Room was clean. It appears the hotel is used by school and tourist groups but noise was NEVER a problem. They offer breakfast for additional charge. 24/7 free tea available in the dining area. 24/7 coffee, latte, etc also available for 2 pounds. The neighborhood might put some people off as is dominated by SE Asian culture. Personally, I loved it and had absolutely no problems, night or day. All in all, hotel is a good value. I'd readily stay there again next time I am in London.

It’s 300m walk from Hounslow station which is 3 stops from Heathrow. Had to make an unplanned stop in June 2024 because of travel changes, and I picked this hotel. Easy to access. Quiet, no noise from the road or rooms. Very budget like but well kept and bright room.

Spent the one night there as had work done to my property. It's fine for a night. No thrills. Don't expect anything extraordinary. It was clean, the bed was ok. TV worked. Wouldn't pay 9 quid for breakfast though. Small area and gets very busy. Ideal for tourists wanting to get into London, but don't want to pay london prices. Good transport links. Shame there were no sockets by the bed.

Basic but clean

We came expecting a budget-level hotel, but the Ibis really pushes the envelope. The room was clean, but had nothing aside from a bed and a couple of particle board slabs sticking out of the walls to serve as side-tables and "desk". The bathroom came in 3 parts: shower-cubicle (opening into the room itself), sink (on a room wall) and toilet cubicle. The desk was manned now and then. The "continental breakfast" was a small choice of cereals plus milk. The add-on cooked breakfast looked overpriced for what was on offer, though we didn't try it. It made me nostalgic for a few hostels I've stayed in.

The Staff at this Ibis Hotel are friendly and professional. They answered all my questions about my transportation and dining options around the City. They also ensure if I needed any extra towels and toiletries. The Breakfast Buffet was awesome and enough to get you through half of the day. And the hotel itself maintained a clean environment.

Good location near piccadilly line. Easy to heathrow and downtown. Good selection at breakfast. Overall, outstanding value for a basic hotel in London

Was clean but definitely not worth the money we paid. The lady working the breakfast area on 4th and 5th was not friendly at all. Had no coffee on 4th and just really disappointing overall.

This is a budget hotel that gets all the really important things right: clean, friendly staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby/breakfast area in the morning/eat your own take out area rest of the day. Note no kettle or hair dryer in rooms.
