Hotel SEVN never dissapoints. The staff all around are very helpful and accommodating and wonderful and polite. Breakfast is okay but its same food daily but enough for a start to the day. The little crosoints don't taste fresh and the pancakes are not hot although are covered with a candle under them to suposedly keep them warm. Thats just me being picky but i'd love to eat them daily if fresh. Our room wasn't cooling one night and it was very hot so the staff gave us another room to sleep in untill the engineer fixed the aircon the next day in our original room. This was our second time staying here and we have booked again for next year. The pool is rooftop and the sun is there all day. The rooftop bar is there also and i noticed this time they have changed/added to their drink/cocktail menu, so well done SEVN. The massage spa place is nice and i got great massages from Srikk she does amazing foot reflexology. We are definitely gooing back again. The shops and restaurants are all around and its not far to walk to them

Pros: Staff was amazing (anything took 5-10 min to action, from PK delivery to maintenance, everyone was positive and helpful) Breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from. Coffee was last two days bellow average. Facilities were good. Pool on the roof was warm and clean and very romantic during the sunset. Bar staff was super friendly and the price was very reasonable happy hour 1 1 free drink made us to try every drink on the menu. Spa treatment was nice, very good price for hour massage and the lady knew what she is doing. Gym was average but clean. Cons: We had to move the rooms due to the strong dump smell and no privacy as there was a view on the other building with construction and workers around. Other room was smelling better the first day but then got the same smell and my partner had a problem to breath properly. We couldn't sleep during the whole stay and were avoiding staying in the room any longer than necessary. Also there was a mold everywhere and we assume that the AC and fan wasn't cleaned properly causing issues to breath. I have never got a rash in my life until staying in this hotel but can't confirm or deny if it was caused by the room. We did stay during the humid season but if the hotel had any window which you could open, it would make a massive difference. Overall we did enjoy the pros of the hotel, the price and convenient location, but we would not stay there again.

The atmosphere here was bloody awesome! Coming from a solo female traveller I will be back here and recommend this place to family and friends! I honestly had the best stay and the pool & bar were the best. Staff were the friendliest and 100% recommend to anyone!

Good location booked for 1 week ended only stayed 2 nights pool stayed here couple of times before Was under construction still usable but had big tarp around it .got a full refund for 5 days nights preferred to stay somewhere where it was relaxing by the pool . Good to see they finally doing maintenance

Great value for money. Clean with the basics and sensational roof top pool, though was quite crowded at times this stay.

Bit of construction work next to the property and lots of international students which made it hard to get space at the pool area

Super impressed with this hotel. Great location - walking distance to the beach, lots of shops and dining options. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Great rooftop pool and bar. Excellent value for money. Will definitely recommend Sevn and will be staying here again.

The beds were extremely hard, the sheets and towels stained off white and smelled musty. Got one make-up stain on a towel and got an aggressive letter saying will need to pay for it. There was stained around and in shower, the pool beds mattress were stained and pool not open till 9am. The pool was clean though and coctails were amazing, especially made by Ari who was lovely. Breakfast was ok with a small range of options. It is close to the beach, shops and lots of restaurants. Room cleaned every day and given free water. Was reluctantly moved into another room after my room was full of glue fumes from the room next door which made me sick and needed to remain in bed for 12 hours. The reception only originally off to put an air freshener in my room which smelt feel and didn’t help with the fumes. I will never stay here again

We stayed at Sevn Legian for a week, the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent, there was a good mixture of western and Asian food, and lots of fresh fruit

Clean rooms, good pool, friendly staff and well priced,

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it’s deteriorated and worn.The bed linen was old and smelly.Especially the pillows.Shower hot water was unpredictable.The buffet breakfast was about par.The noise from the other younger guests was annoying.The continual lift music playing in the corridors was a pain and unwanted.We won’t be returning I’m afraid.Sad.

room was clean , sheets were stained brown and was not changed during our stay even tho the room was getting refreshed daily . beds are so hard . I wish we got a better room , very noisy at night time sounds like someone was slamming doors on our level , walls are paper thin , cheap place to stay at , you get what you pay I guess . food was average , staff so friendly and accomodating .

It was a Friday night & we had a street side room so it was noisey. Coupled with a very hard bed, it was ok for a night. Shower was great & breakfast as expected for the price & 3 star property. Stayed previously & it was a better experience

The hotel is looking dated and the AC was terrible.

Had to change rooms due to aircon was smelly,next room was fine however paper thin walls and hard bed and inconsiderate foreigners from another country not aussie playing loud music and banging around until 3am we complained and was told we could move or they would move them i would of kicked them out 😡 breakfast was good overall ok for price point close to restaurants and shopping and heaps of taxi services and locals are very kind.

It was a great budget hotel. The walls are a little thin so you can here noise from adjoining rooms and can get a little loud in the morning with people's doors slamming and breakfast being set up. The rooms were serviced everyday. The staff were very lovely and the pool area was amazing. Location was fantastic close walk to everything. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice swimming pool, good price. Unfortunately only few rooms have a balcony. The rest cannot open te windows.

The rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and professional. I had a fantastic 10/10 full body massage at Chayana on the rooftop. Rooftop pool bar was open till late. Friends room had a problem with the air conditioning and they sent a staff member to fix it immediately.

We were a large group that arrived early for a one night stay. They were very helpful with stowing luggage until we could check in. They arranged 4 cars for our airport transport the next day as well. Great breakfast

Great location. Right in Legian.. roof top pool Beds are new so bit hard.. but overall amazing.. I’ll be back next time One of the boys was feeling unwell and needed a sleep before late flight and they found a room for us to rent in the complex at a very good price

SEVN is conveniently located with good facilities. The hotel offers good dining choices and daily food specials. The staff were helpful and attentive. The swimming pool offers great views. Hotel is a little olderbut still in good nick. Like all Bali residences, there is always a slight mould smell. Incense or a fragrant candle assists.

Another stay at Sevn, formerly SwissBel. Exactly the same staff who are friendly and helpful. Just great value for money, clean and comfortable.

Had a fantastic time. My wife collapsed and your security guard and staff where amazing even took her to medical centre due to ambulance delays because of flooding. We will definitely recommend Sevn and will back. Thanks for a great time Steve and Kim Romeo

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. My luggage was delayed for a week but they were constantly in contact with the airport for me. My room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits and made to order eggs, fruit juices, coffe and tea. Other coffe options and healthy juice available (surcharge). Rooftop pool is pretty good. Money changer on site.Restaurants, shopping and the beach are close by or I jumped on a scooter for a few dollars if I wanted to go somewhere busier.

Position is convenient with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, Spas and the beach, walking distance to the heart of Legian (Garlic Lane, Padma and Melasti Street) and the beach. rooms are quiet at night so easy to get sleep and buffet breakfast was pretty good. Staff were very helpful and the money changer at the foyer was about the best price around which made things easy. with the price of the rooms per night very reasonable and competitive with other hotels around we would definitely stay again if they keep the price reasonable. would recommend for sure.

Great hotel and a central location, plenty food and drinks options around the hotel. Hotel itself is modern and clean, if not a little tired, but otherwise comfy beds and rooms, lovely rooftop pool. Breakfast options could be a little better as very focussed on Asian tastes. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the beach.

Good location with a short walk to the beach and to good eating cafes and restaraunts. Near enough to markets. Breakfast good but staff slack in renewing food and drinks. Some mornings we had to clean and set our table...Bali same same!! Altogether a good place to stay , reasonably priced...will stay again.

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra utbud i poolbaren och restaurangen. Fräsch frukost med varierande utbud. Möjligt till glutenfritt bröd och privat "floating breakfast". Rent och fint på rummet och i allmänna utrymmen. Härlig infinitypool på taket. Påfyllnafsstationer av vatten i korridorerna. Enda nackdelen var att AC'n lät väldigt högt så öronproppar är att rekommendera. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen!
