Took over 20 minutes to check in,over 30 mins to get room key updated when I extended my stay.Front desk staff understaffed waited 30 mins at the bar eventually a gentleman served me who had actually clocked off and was going home. Could be good but no staff.

Rigtig fint hotel til overnatning. Der var opgivet at der var El-oplader til bil, men det krævede et Hollandsk kredit kort for at kunne oplade, så det var ikke helt optimalt. Rigtig venlig personale i øvrigt.

Kamer was netjes, ontbijt prima. Parkeren moet je bij ParkBee doen !

Das Hotel ist wirklich total okay und das Reinigungspersonal ist super lieb. Auch die Frauen im Service machen einen tollen Job. Allerdings wird einem nicht im Vorfeld gesagt dass das Parkhaus 35 € pro Nacht kostet Das ist völlig überteuert. Um das Hotel herum findet man mit Park B wesentlich günstigere Alternativen. Hätte ich nicht danach gefragt, hätten sie mir gar nichts gesagt dazu, dass der Parkplatz etwas kostet und ich hätte am Ende ganz schön blöd da gestanden.

Special thanks to the ladies in the reception- especially Elizabeth and Eva. They are all pleasant and smiling always. Abundant food and drinks for breakfast buffet- very good service too. Used the gym each days- clean with towels and cold water. 1 minute to the station for amsterdam and intercity trains. Not heard a single noise throughout the stay. Very clean and modern room!

A lot of problem with the parking. Difficult to enter, to exit and the team is not helpfull.

Great. Slightly on the higher side for expense, but fantastic location, fabulous breakfast and welcoming staff. Car parking is €35 a night, which is wildly expensive, and the pillows were of a poor quality so I awoke with neck ache. Otherwise we had no complaints and would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Amsterdam for three nights and, unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Breakfast was okay. There was only one working coffee machine, which caused frustrating queues each morning. For a hotel of this size, this seemed poorly managed. The room itself was a letdown. The bathroom had visible mould in the grout, which was off-putting and suggested a lack of thorough cleaning. The bed was equally disappointing – the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I actually woke up each morning with back pain. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and courteous throughout my stay, which was appreciated.

The bathroom was dirty. Nevertheless we had a good stay and would recommend the hotel.

Room didn’t clean, rubbish still stay on the floor

受付スタッフの対応は非常に良かったが、部屋の掃除が全くできていなかった。汚れたタオルが置きっぱなしでタオルが2枚足りなくて困った。

Room dirty, toenails on floor, no conditioner as was empty. Drawers dirty. Very convenient location to go anywhere

We kwamen aan in de kamer en deze was niet schoon. Beddengoed van vorige gasten zat er nog op. Personeel kwam wel snel in actie maar achteraf teveel betaald voor deze kamer.

Prima locatie. Hotel is oké. Minpunten: kamer nog niet klaar bij aankomst, andere gasten kwamen onze kamer op, sleutel werkte vervolgens niet meer om de kamer in te komen. Dit werd wel opgeslokt en we kregen excuses. Badkamer was niet zo schoon.

Visible Blood stains on mattress. shower didn’t drain properly, meaning the basin filled up rapidly and shower had to be repeatedly turned off to stop overflow. Hot food at breakfast was cold both days.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war o.k. nettes Personal, bequeme Betten, sauberes Zimmer. aber zu wenig Ablage oder Stauraum für Kleidung und Kosmetik. Ein Regal, kleiner Schrank und ein paar Haken für Jacken wäre auch ein Vorschlag. Ausserdem gab es auch viel zu wenig. Steckdosen.. Zum Glück hatte ich einen Mehrfachadapter dabei. Im Bad gab es auch nur einen Haken und 2 kleine Ablagen- für ein Dreibettzimmer eindeutig zu wenig. Es war für unseren 3 Tagestrip o.k., aber kleine Verbesserungen würden den Aufenthalt komfortabler gestalten.

Keine Steckdose im Bad, kein Kühlschrank.

Storage space in rooms (some kind of hangers and/or drawers) and a fridge would be the minimum to make the rooms more comfortable. There should also be some way to minimise the noise of the air conditioning without having to switch it off.

Lot’s of noise between the rooms in the evening and during the night. Not able to open the windows at all. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was simple but ok. Friendly staff and good location.

Internet was slow. I’d booked this trip as a birthday present for my partner, all of this information I had put on the special requests section when booking! I had asked for something nice to be done for my partners birthday, like a happy birthday slate being put in the room for example. This request was never even mentioned or actioned. Breakfast poor with limited options. Bed felt like we were sleeping on a rock! My back is now in bits! Overall not a great stay!

Very nice property. Great location and breakfast was good. Internet connection was not very strong.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. The air-conditioning didn't work. For the three nights we stayed the hottest outside temperature was 36C the room was 26C when we returned, and went up to 27C for most until after bedtime (we have a night light for our children that shows temperature). The air-conditioning was set to 18C and did nothing. When reporting this staff said it's part of a central system so it will be working - it wasn't. They said they'll tell the engineer but it still didn't work the following day. When getting a drink in an evening when kids were asleep staff said the glasses couldn't go up to the room "because cleaners don't bring them back", facing the prospect of drinking alone I had to negotiate that I'd bring them down. Staff were unaware of all menu items. When it rains there's a major leak in the breakfast area, but doesn't really cause an issue. In the evenings it isn't quiet, many other rooms can easily be heard. When the kids are in bed we couldn't put the TV on as it's about 65" and locked to maximum brightness so it woke the kids.

Check in was easy and quick, with friendly staff. Room was quiet, clean, setup nicely with enough towels etc. Room A/C unit was a bit weak, but it is Europe. It did keep the room comfortable. Nice floor to ceiling windows. Beds were literally the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on. I've laid on carpeted floors that had more give...my wife checked to see if there was actually a mattress. That said, we were tired enough we all slept well.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is in a great location next to the train station. We also want to point out that one of our party took ill and the staff kindly allowed us to keep our room to 15:00 to allow them to sleep and recover which was very much appreciated!!!

Amazing experience for visiting Amsterdam. This location is literally IDEAL. Outside hotel there’s an outdoor mall that has shops & tons of dining options. 50 feet other direction is entrance to the train/metro. Even went to soccer game at arena which was another 50 feet away. That alone is worth it, but the rooms are truly great quality. Comfy beds, nice shower, breakfast buffet is superb. Tons of hot/ cold options & very plentiful, always refilling what’s empty. Must include the warm hospitality @ this establishment. I was super fortunate to have Reyhan help me out throughout the check in process & stay. She was very kind, friendly, patient & gave the very best recommendations/advice on what to do. She pointed out the best cocktail bar in town & landmarks to see. Everyday she would politely check in w/ me as I passed by to see how my experience was going & continuously offered her help. I was more than happy to receive such warmth & care, I will be back because of her

I have to say I have traveled to a lot of hotels and especially Hiltons, this one was terrible. When we first arrived we were offered 8 drinks not to clean or sheets. We accepted as one probably only have to clean our room once.We could not find the receipt later that evening after arriving at 3pm that day. I went to reception and said we could not find our voucher that we got 3 hours prior. The girl said it should only be 4 drinks. I was not happy with this and said to clean the room. The next day we all went out for the day. When we came back one bed was changed ( not very well) and the other bed not touched. No extra towels for the four of us not changed. I went to reception again said bed was not done and towels. Not at all apologetic offered drinks again declined this and said you can get towels in some room beside reception. Terrible service,,

We had a great stay at Hampton Hilton staff were amazing, food great variety for breakfast, room was clean. Reyhan was brilliant nothing was a bother for her.

The hotel is in a very good location as its just next the train and metro station. Also there are lots of shopping options nearby and restaurants. The hotel rooms are excellent and very comfortable. The only point to mention was we went on a busy weekend when there was a concert on the arena due to which it took a longtime to check in. That could have been managed more efficiently But the front desk staff kindly apologised for this and also offered us a complementary pizza and drinks which of course made our stay memorable

perfect location great service

Avoid hotel as they are speculating in overbooking- arrived at hotel for 2 nights in evening at 10 and have booked another hotel for a day where I had to go back the day after. Reason - football event and it happens sometimes. Was 2 people when I arrived with the same info - the New hotel I found hair on the bed and had to get a new roam. Response - no compensation, no upgrades - some points after e-mail dialog first basically said something which wasn’t true to explained why they didn’t write in advance. I’m heavy traveler and the first hotel where it’s a hard NO in the future

Inchecken ging vlekkeloos. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Op de kamer wel enkele technische defecten: kabelontvangst van de TV nam maar 4/5 kanalen, USB-aansluitingen stopcontact onbruikbaar wegens plaatsing of verschuiving. Echter geen probleem. ‘‘s nachts wel een bizar voorval gehad wat ons ongemakkelijk heeft gemaakt. We waren een gezelschapsspel aan het spelen en waren de tijd uit het oog verloren. Plots als we al in bed liggen en een woordje wisselen word er op de deur geklopt. We kijken op de klok en weten “oh het is geen 23u meer het is al 1u30”. We weten dat we dus stil moeten zijn. Geen van de buren of iemand had eens op de muur geklopt ofzo om ons te laten weten dat het laat was.. Er volgt nog een klop en een eis de deur te openen. Personeel stelt zich ook niet voor, geen naam of functie. “Klantenklacht over lawaai, doe open” Dit vinden we ongemakkelijk en vreemd, zeker als vrouw in pyama, dus ik zeg gewoon “sorry was niet opzettelijk, we gaan slapen, nogmaals sorry” En we krijgen “dit is uw laatste waarschuwing” (het was ook de eerste,.. was oprecht ook onze fout dat we het uur verloren waren) Persoon is dan toch weggegaan. Algemeen toch vrij onvriendelijk gevoel en bedreigend voor iemand die return customer is en oprecht een menselijke fout heeft gemaakt. Goed, zand erover en volgende keer letten we er zeker op, maar toch een werkpunt om het eerste aanspreken misschien wat vriendelijker te doen. Voor de rest natuurlijk 10:10 service!

Right across the train station. easy transport to the airport and the city center. lots of places to eat, limited shopping.Decent convenient business hotel

Great location right beside the train station to explore the city.

Safe and clean, convenient for a layover, although a bit far from the center and about 20 minutes uber ride from the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Boulevard Arena and you have a train/metro stop just steps away that will take you to all the Amsterdam action in less than 15 minutes. Macarena in reception had the best attitude and recommendations always A+ service from her.

Excellent location, especially if visiting the Johan Cryuff Arena. Only 15mins from Amsterdam Central on the metro too.

Clean room decent breakfast and great location. This is the perfect location for those visiting Amsterdam as it’s very close 5 minutes walk from the train station. Venturing away from the hotel there a bucket loads of shops such as Lidl Cinnabon and a host of other eateries. It’s a decently priced high street with all dietary requirements catered for. The hotel could do with a vending machine for drinks etc

Une seule nuit pour un WE rapide à Amsterdam mais un excellent point de chute à 20mn du centre. Chambre et lits confortables, belle vue sur la place, petit déjeuner copieux et équipe souriante, parking Qparc à 5mn et métro tout en face.

Está pegado a la estación de metro y tren..al estar a las afueras de Amsterdam es muy tranquilo.

Otroligt dålig frukost, inga alternativ i princip. De kokta äggen var kalla och med svart kant runt gulan. Inget bacon, ingen marmelad. Ingen juice. När man jämför med frukostar på hotell i Sverige så blir man otroligt besviken.

Hotelkamer prima, parkeren onder het hotel is prima, goed centraal op loopafstand van Arena/ziggodome en wat winkeltjes. Al vaker bij dit hotel verbleven, maar dit keer was het ontbijt een chaos. Tijdsblok op moeten geven, maar het was vreseliijk druk... wel een plaatsje kunnen vinden, maar rijen voor je, broodjes op, geen bestek enz. Dit was echt een tegenvaller deze keer...

Petit dejeune FABULEUX, hotel au dessus de la gare, tres pratique pour rejoindre le centre d'amsterdam en 15-20min. Super

The hotel offered great value and was just 20mins from central Amsterdam with very easy access from the Arena station. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The only issue was the lack of space at breakfast - too many people queuing for the 2 coffee machines and 2 waffle machines. The breakfast itself had a good selection, but the queues made it into a bit of a chore...

Nice staff, rooms clean, breakfast could be better… : orange juice awfull… in place giving saisages with scrapble eggs, would be better bacon … ! Litlle problem at check out … they didn’t found the payment of vat and taxes.. She already pais at the arriva… a bit annoying when someone told you that you didn’t paid but that you paid at arrival…

Net hotel vlakbij het concertgebied. Ontbijt was lekker maar erg klein qua ruimte. Was file ontbijten. Vooral het gedeelte om eten en drinken te pakken.

Excellent hotel to stay in. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, friendly and very knowledgeable. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a very good spread of both hot and cold food. Excellent location 200 m from the train station and Metro so couldn’t be easier to get to it. Plenty of eating houses around the area and there are discount vouchers in the lobby which can be used toward reducing the cost of your food when you’re going out to eat
