This is a beautiful old building above a shop on the corner of a busy road. We had a room overlooking the road with a little balcony as well as two large windows. The room was large, light and airy, yet the curtains were really good at blocking the morning light out and with the windows shut the traffic noise was surprisingly minimal. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was plenty of hot water for showering and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. All the shops and bars were a short walk away. We hired a car from the airport and parked in the underground carpark below a petrol station virtually opposite the hotel. Take a ticket on entering and then take it to the man in the office on floor -1 to swap it for a 24 hour ticket for 13euros - all very easy. A pretty city with great nightlife.

Great location, but that is it. Hotel reception are on first floor and no elevator. Then most rooms are one more floor up. Hotel are located next to a road with trolleys that are turning. They noice from the trolleys are so loud that not even ear plugs works to keep the noice out. Besides that, the building is moving when the trolleys passes by. No way to park you car outside to load on/off

Family room was spacious enough and full of character with the sloping roof. Breakfast buffet was replenished with plenty of choice hot & cold. Teamaking facility also in bedroom. 24 hour bakery very close by hotel which was very handy for our late arrival. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the old town and a couple of minutes from public transport stop. Kindly stored our luggage after checkout so we were free to explore beautiful Zagreb.

Nicht das ruhigste Hotel (Straßenbahn quietscht), aber das Hotel geht offensiv damit um und bietet Ohrstöpsel an. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 5 Min erreichbar. Durch Bus und Straßenbahn auch das Umland.

The web description did not mention that the hotel is on the 1st floor and there was no lift. We, both above 70 yrs, had to carry two heavy suitcases up 18 stairs to checkin on arrival at 1am without any help. The room was clean but very small and cramped, with no space to open the suitcases. The toilet, shower and wash basin were all crammed into a 4 ft by 5 ft space. Drinking water is from the tap in the bathroom. No parking space. Overall, a bad, expensive experience.

市街地への近さ、清潔さ、いずれも良かったです。バスルームの排水がちょっと匂いますが。 ザグレブの長距離バスターミナルへもトラム１本でアクセス可能。 トラムの騒音対策として耳栓が用意されていますが、騒音よりも振動（地震のように建物ごと揺れる）か強いのであまり意味をなさないです。お陰で早く目覚められるので寝坊せずに済みました。

Leider waren die Armaturen im Bad, sowie die Klobrille schmutzig… Die Umgebung war eher schmuddelig, wobei die Lage an sich sehr gut war. Die Hauswand des Hotels ist überall mit Grafiity besprüht, die Bilder im Netz sind also bearbeitet worden. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich. Ein weiterer Besuch käme für mich nicht infrage, auch weil man das Gepäck über relativ enge Treppen in meinem Fall 3 Stockwerke hoch schleppen muss.

Struttura carina nei pressi del centro. L'ingresso dalla strada è un po' lugubre e poco illuminato specialmente la sera. Carina la lobby ma un po' stretta durante la colazione che era ben fornita peccato per l'eclusione dell'esprresso che era a pagamento a prezzo alto. Pultroppo nonostante la mia richiesta la camera non è stata pulita il secondo giorno e questo mi è dispiaciuto molto.

The stay was okay. The room was spacious and affordable for what it was. The cleanliness was fine. There were dusty surfaces and some dust bunnies that I think could have easily been cleaned up. In our room, you could easily hear the tram from outside and it felt like it shook the walls - it was fine for the one night we were staying.

Its a small hotel with rooms on two floors. We got a room on 2nd floor that looked like a loft. Only rooftop windows that could not be opened. So there was no way of fresh air getring into the window. I guess we breathed the same air as thw previous ones and the next onws will breathe our air and smells. The room itswlf was small but comfortable more or less. However, there were two empty cupboards, with nothing in it anf they were semi broken. Bathroom was OK but shower very small, difficult to fit in uness you are thin or at least normal sized. The amenities however wre good for a 3 star hotel. Kettle, cups and free tea and coffee to make. Also, the breakfast was fairly good, with a fair variety and quality of food. We also got a super price for three days so if it were not for this low price, i would have rated it as a bad hotel overall. The location is also one of its strong points, just mlmutes away from the main square and resturants, cafes, etc.

Ein öffnen der Fenster war nicht möglich. Die Straßenbahnen fahren die ganze Nacht. Bei jeder Vorbeifahrt werden die dadurch ausgelösten Erschütterungen auf das Bett übertragen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Allerdings ist das ein Problem am Gebäude, bzw. der Straße.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and tgere was a fair bit of noise - from the trams passing and also because i was unlucky enough to be beside what seemed to be a large staff cupboard, and there was a lot of banging from very early in the morning. But otherwise all good. Perfect for a short stay. Great location.

Bra centralt boende med tillräcklig frukost. Rent och fräscht i rum, lobby och vid frukosten. Nära spårvagnarna och lätt att ta sig runt från hotellet. Minuset var att det var väldigt lyhört! Man hörde spårvagnar hela tiden och sängen/väggen skakade till och med av dem.
Bra centralt boende med tillräcklig frukost. Rent och fräscht i rum, lobby och vid frukosten. Nära spårvagnarna och lätt att ta sig runt från hotellet. Minuset var att det var väldigt lyhört! Man hörde spårvagnar hela tiden och sängen/väggen skakade till och med av dem.

The hotel is situated by a trafic intersection, and the trams are running by from early morning to late night. Is was so noisy, it made it hard to sleep. The beds are hard and not very comfortable. The worst was though the smell in the bathroom, something was wrong with the pipes. On the positive side, it was close to the old city and the staff was nice.

Pro: Check-in staff was great, organized a taxi for the next day, an early check-in and prepared packed breakfasts. The room was clean and adequate amenities. The location was great, very close to Upper town and easy walking distance. Con: Until late at night and early morning, you can hear and feel the trams going by and late night construction using a jackhammer until midnight. I barely slept.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was situated near many areas for tourists such as parks, the main square, the church (unfortunately under construction). The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was very clean, i had a great view out the window. The only negative (not for me) is the tram runs right alongside the building. They provide earplugs in the room, so dont freak out unless you didnt do your research. It wasnt that loud and i slept fine without the earplugs. Another bonus was the AC was pretty decent (cold) which during the summer in this region is not common. I would absolutely come back here!

The staff were wonderful, we came 2 hours before check-in started and our room was already prepared for us. The staff also offered to look after our luggage on our departure day due to an evening flight. The accommodation itself is super clean, the bed is really comfortable and the whole place in general is very good value for the money you pay. The wider area at large is very central and walkable to many of the sites that you’d want to see, the main square is a 5 minute walk and everything else is connected and easily walkable from there. We really enjoyed our stay, their breakfast was also fantastic, thank you for everything!

The overall experience is horrible. The water pipe noise is whole nigh. The show towel is very limit. Sometimes, two people only got one show towel. Need ask one more. Otherwise, you only have one. Safebox is broken. Was told to fix next day, but never fix after we stay there 6 days

The location was great, very close to Upper town and easy walking distance. Con: Until late at night and early morning, you can hear and feel the trams going by and late night construction using a jackhammer until midnight. I barely slept.

I chose this property because it was near a tram interchange for ease of transit access. The flipside of this is that there was a constant rumbling of trams going by. But I didn’t find it bothersome. Everything else about the hotel is good.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and tgere was a fair bit of noise - from the trams passing and also because i was unlucky enough to be beside what seemed to be a large staff cupboard, and there was a lot of banging from very early in the morning. But otherwise all good. Perfect for a short stay. Great location.

The location is perfect in the heart of Zagreb. We stayed overnight because of travel. However, it's in the ideal location to wander in the city without an issue. I highly recommend for the cost, since others are highly marked up. Definitely a family-friendly hotel.

The hotel is situated by a trafic intersection, and the trams are running by from early morning to late night. Is was so noisy, it made it hard to sleep. The beds are hard and not very comfortable. The worst was though the smell in the bathroom, something was wrong with the pipes. On the positive side, it was close to the old city and the staff was nice.

Very loud at night due to close proximity to tram tracks. The trams run constantly till midnight - so not recommended for light sleepers. Location is very good and staff helpful. We have were also very pleased with the included breakfast.

We had a great stay at Art Hotel Like Zagreb. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again

The hotel’s location is great - you are a few minutes walk from both the upper & lower historic city center. The breakfast is good - they offer fresh fruits, yoghurts, and the usual hot breakfast like eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. The service team is great & speak fluent English. The hotel maintenance is good, close to excellent. No complaints. The room for 3 persons was spacious and made as a semi-suite. There is a tram running very close to the hotel and you can hear it, but it didn’t bother us and we slept very well. It’s not a fancy hotel, but a good option to stay to explore Zagreb due to its excellent location.
