As fotos enganam bastante. Chegamos e nos colocaram em um quarto com mofo no teto e cheiro de esgoto que saia do ralo do banheiro. Depois que reclamarmos nos mudaram de quarto. A calefação é bem fraquinha e ligam só a noite, antes de acordarmos ja estava desligada (isso pq fomos no inverno, ficamos com frio no quarto). Os moveis bem velho e mal conservados, a cama estava quebrada, quando sentavamos nela ja estralava e chegou a ceder. A limpeza doi ruim tambem, em um dia pedimos um lanche e deixamos o sacola do lado da porta para a acamareira retirar quando fosse arrumar o quarto, quando voltamos a sacola com o lixo estava la. Café da manhã bem fraquinho. O que foi bom foi o atendimento, todos oa funcionários foram solicitos.

for the price the place is good. Just the area around the hotel is dirty but that is to be expected being downtown. My only problem is the hotel does not have AC. I was just there and it is summer and gets quite hot. The fan in the room was not enough. It is good they give you a simple breakfast and a small bag lunch that is included . All the rooms have wifi which was great. The rooms are all small too

The building is a little dated, but they have the necessary amenities. The people are very helpful and friendly, including being very patient while i attempted to use google translate as my spanish is not great. The breakfast is decent, not much variety but seems pretty standard from what i noticed re breakfast in other places in Chile. The beds are a little soft, but not unbearably so (my personal preference is hard mattresses so it might be the bed is perfect for you). A lot of street noise, but the city was loud everywhere i went so the hotel cannot help this! We had a room on the 2nd floor which was very spacious, but there was no lift. It was in Downtown, and we walked most places in 15 to 60 minutes depending on the venue location. Overall i would highly recommend.

the room is descent for the price comparatively to other hotels, it was as described , it has no windows, convenient for short stay. the bathroom was very lean, nice shower , the bed however is not conformable but acceptable, the bed sheets were stained a bit, the breakfast was pretty basic, just a soluble coffee, juice, boiled eggs and a sandwich, yogourt, but it's a ice snack in the morning for sure.

O hotel tem categoria 3 estrelas, mas o quarto que ficamos o 32 não passa de 2 estrelas. Pequeno, apertado, escuro, uma janelinha minuscula, as roupas de cama nas varias noites que ficamos não foram trocadas! As fronhas velhas quase rasgadas desbotadas cheias de bolinha... tinha até cabelo. No banheiro uma marca de fezes no porta papel que já estava lá nós mesmas limpamos. Hotel caro,não recomendo, não voltaremos. Porem funcionários atenciosos pelo menos.

En la habitación entregada no hay ventana dentro para obtener una iluminación y ventilación natural, esto, por el motivo de actual pandemia activa, en el cual, no deberian haber lugares cerrados con aire reducido. El calefactor, esta tapado con una mesa impidiendo su uso. Los ruidos fuera de la habitación se escuchan muy alto tales como; conversaciones en recepción (conversaciones de encargados), el ruido cuando acceden a otras habitaciones cercanas, el ruido de la habitacion contigua (momento intimo de otros huespedes). El colchón de la cama no esta plano, tiene una curvatura y no es comodo dormir. Ademas, la puerta de acceso a la habitación, tiene una pequeña ventanilla que esta tapada con un cartón (Igual se ve la luz de pasillo por sus orillas).

Hotel, ya con sus años, bastante cuidado, muy limpio, buena atención del personal, justo en el centro de Santiago, con transporte público cercano, minimarkets y opciones para comer, las habitaciones pequeñas, baños diminutos , se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones , el servicio de desayuno incluido es la verdad demasiado básico, café, yogurt y sándwiches, pero por lo que se paga no se puede exigir más , buena opción para tomar en cuenta si visitas Santiago.

The rooms were horribly small, having no place to put the suitcases other than on the floor blocking the way to the bathroom. The bathroom had a huge step to get in, very dangerous at night, and the whole experience was that one was in a cave. The breakfasts were adequate, as they offered no eggs, etc. Most of the staff, especially the women, were excellent. I would not stay there again. The owners should charge a little more and upgrade the facilities to make them safer and offer a better breakfast.

El servicio en general fue bueno. No me guduo la habitación por qué estaba en el primer piso, interior, sin una ventana adecuada que facilite la ventilación. No vi que las fotos del hotel publicadas correspondan a la realidad.

There's no doub that the location is the strongest point of this accomodation, because is close to restaurants, parks, bus stop, the tower and a lot of museums, even Bellas Artes. The facilities are the same mention in the description with the only detail that the walls aren't soundproof at least, not my room in the first floor. It not a problem if you have a heavy sleep like me.

Fue una estadía increíble, principalmente por el excelente servicio brindado por Dannellys, quienes me ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaba para ser recibido en Santiago. El Hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro La Moneda. Es posible realizar caminatas al Barrio París-Londres, al Cerro Santa Lucía y al Palacio de La Moneda.
Fue una estadía increíble, principalmente por el excelente servicio brindado por Dannellys, quienes me ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaba para ser recibido en Santiago. O quarto estava em boas condições, a localização é bem próxima ao Palácio de La Moneda. O atendimento é ruim, não são pessoas gentis e você não se sente acolhida. Parece que não gostam de trabalhar no hotel, é isso que transparecem!

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was decent, a sandwich in a bag, yogurt, instant coffee. Helpful staff. The area is a bit sketchy, or at least appears so. As a single woman, I wouldn't want to be walking around at night, and there's not much nearby.

Foi tudo dentro do esperado para a faixa de preços. Os atendentes do hotel são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Alguns pontos podem melhorar, como por exemplo o café da manhã que é entregue um pacotinho com um sanduíche e uma bolacha, ficamos sem receber em um dos dias inclusive. Você pode fazer mais um sanduíche se quiser, mas achei com poucas opções de modo geral. Outro ponto, isso não há muito o que se fazer, a acústica do quarto era muito ruim, dava pra se escutar muito barulho dos corredores e recepção, bem como da rua. Tirando essas itens acima, o hotel fica localizado em uma região muito boa para turistas ou até mesmo para quem viaja a trabalho, pois fica muito próximo de duas estações de metrô da linha vermelha. A rua do hotel em si é muito tranquila, sendo uma conexão entre duas ruas mais movimentadas.

Hotel, ya con sus años, bastante cuidado, muy limpio, buena atención del personal, justo en el centro de Santiago, con transporte público cercano, minimarkets y opciones para comer, las habitaciones pequeñas, baños diminutos , se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones , el servicio de desayuno incluido es la verdad demasiado básico, café, yogurt y sándwiches, pero por lo que se paga no se puede exigir más , buena opción para tomar en cuenta si visitas Santiago.

Buena ubicacion, cercana al centro, del metro, autobuses, el costo de la habitacion y lo que se ofrece, es justo, aunque la habitacion es muy sencilla, para alguien que solo llegara a dormir, darse un baño, en general esta bien, son muy atentos todos los del servicio, gracias por recibirme, Santiago es Expectacular!

for the price the place is good. Just the area around the hotel is dirty but that is to be expected being downtown. My only problem is the hotel does not have AC. I was just there and it is summer and gets quite hot. The fan in the room was not enough. It is good they give you a simple breakfast and a small bag lunch that is included . All the rooms have wifi which was great. The rooms are all small too

The rooms were horribly small, having no place to put the suitcases other than on the floor blocking the way to the bathroom. The bathroom had a huge step to get in, very dangerous at night, and the whole experience was that one was in a cave. The breakfasts were adequate, as they offered no eggs, etc. Most of the staff, especially the women, were excellent. I would not stay there again. The owners should charge a little more and upgrade the facilities to make them safer and offer a better breakfast.

Clean room, breakfast included, great location near center of Santiago, and very friendly staff. It has all the basics you need, and for the winter an extra heavy blanket and heat. The only problem is that it can get very noisy, I think because of the thin walls. So unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well because some unrespectful people (brazilians) where talking too loud and making noise at early in the morning and late at night. Maybe with some earplugs it could work.
