Room ac didn’t work but staff came right over to check. Brought small heater. Room very nice but old

Happy to have found a budget spot in the area. The staff is great and will help with anything you need.

Freezing in the room . No extra blankets

The property was in much disrepair. The door to my room number 17 was cracked, paint was peeling, and there was no security lock. The bathroom walls had mildew as did the shower curtain, which was old and in need of repair. The shower head was approximately 5 ft 2 in off the floor and I had to stoop to get my hair wet under it. The water flow was pathetically light. The toilet seat was broken and the seat moved and shifted around, dangerous for a heavy person. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and in the bedroom. It looked like the corners of the rooms have not been cleaned ever. There was so much dust and dirt in the corners. The room was freezing. The heater was extremely loud. There was no extra blanket to compensate for the chill of the room. Hotels.com advertised a breakfast. There was none. Hotels.com should not promote this motel. It is very poor quality and I would request my money back.
