Hotel rooms are unfit for a family of 2 adult and 2 kids.So we have to pay for additional room . HOTELS.COM Website says kid under 11 is free but still hotel did not accept it for us to stay in one room. Forced to book another room for additional amount as there was no other options . Breakfast was poor and not even basic English breakfast was available in the menu. Parking has to be done bit far in common retail car park opposite to hotel. Overall very bad experience.
