Staff & room services are very good. Room size and facilities are average. NO microwave. Driveway surrounding the back of the hotel has large numbers of pot holes and rubbish. Need to be fixed.

Stayed on a Friday night after arriving from a late flight with my 8 year old. Did not get a wink of sleep. We were in room 1 and room 2 had numerous guests that partied until well past 3am really loudly. The air conditioner was extremely loud and you could hear the road noise. There was no means to contact reception about the noise at that time either. The room was basic, comfortable enough bed. The room wasn’t particularly clean with a couple dead cockroaches, some mould, dirty cups amd the carpet pretty stained. It was a cheap stay but so wasn’t expecting the world but the inability to get any sleep was not worth the money.

I found our room very dirty, unclean and the beds smelt. Fridge was turned off inside so was full of water and toilet cistern hadn’t been cleaned, outside was covered in urine. Rooms was dusty, lots of cobwebs and it smelt. Was very expensive for what we got.

Lovely clean room. Friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing was too much to ask. Loved that I had my own bathroom despite the affordable rate and that the room had a front and a back door.The staff were the real standout though - you won't get better anywhere else. I feel at home there.

I guess you get what you pay, however in the 21st century a completely damaged mattress with a hole in the middle where your body sinks to the base is unacceptable. The room was very basic, there wasn't even a hairdryer in the bathroom. The bathroom was very old, the timber furnishings were all damaged. The outside airconditioning unit from the next door room was so loud that produced noisy vibrations in the wall and it sounded like a tractor in the middle of the night. The staff was very kind.

The staff were lovely, parking was free and the bed was incredibly comfortable, but that’s where the positivity ends. You can literally hear everything that your neighbours are doing. Conversations. Bedrooms romps. Trips to the bathroom. My door didn’t lock, and there was absolutely zero privacy. There are much better options within the same price range

This is a classic 1970s motel with no frills. However, it is so quiet!! Not sure if I came on an ideal night (a Tuesday), but there was barely a sound through the night. The accommodation is placed back from the road - so no road noise; no staircase with people thumping up and down; a whole golf links nearby. Ideal for a good night's sleep.

Requires a lot of updating. Dull shabby looking room. If you opened the curtin people could look in, no nets etc. Sink in bathroom was tiny with a shelf directly above it so one is unable to rinse their face properly. Water in shower was Luke warm. Old noisy air conditioner.

The Bathroom was dirty, footprints (dusty on floor) toilet dirt under toilet lid and dirt in grooves . i reported when we went for our meal and the fella said he would let the manager know and she would probably want to look at it, never seen anyonen our 2nd day there was still dirt on the floor and some small pieces of plastic on bathroom floor. reported again on checkout and the girl again sad she would follow it up.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family during our trip to Adelaide. The check-in & check-out process was quite easy & convenient. The place is quite close to the city & all attractions. Heaps of parking around the rooms. Rooms get cleaned every day which is quite nice. The smoke alarm was beeping sporadically. Although, we let the reception know, it never got fixed.A community kitchen with microwave ovens would be nice for people to heat their own food.

A small place to rest on the way. The rooms are very small, which is the point - they're perfectly sized luggage lockers with people storage as a bonus. Located 10 minutes cab ride from the airport, and a decent stroll to a train station, you're staying here because it's a room at a good rate, away from most other things, and it's a waypoint, not a destination. Pub across the courtyard is a convenience,. BWS next door an opportunity., and 24hr dining at the OTR for when you've made use of both options

The room that I stayed in was a single room. It was perfect for what I needed. The bed was amazing, with a TV positioned perfectly for viewing. Parking right near the door. I look forward to staying again next time I need to go to the QEH

The price is good. But it’s nothing special. The restaurant food wasn’t great, and the bar staff looked dead inside. It is close to the beach though. But overall it serves its purpose if you just want cheap accommodation in Adelaide.
