Chateau Margarite Villa

Sound of crickets is ridiculous Sound of the main highway unbearable Was not able to adjust the air conditioner due to not being able to keep the remote,had to keep on freezing cold in order for it to function! Then one of the staff asked us to turn it off completely so sleep was a no go… No toilet paper No first aid kit or bandaids available and I asked the staff for some, No Fire extinguisher in sight! Door to exit of room was locked 🔒 so in case of emergency you are stuck in room.

The room had air, ocean view, and 2 queen beds. It felt just like you were staying at your grandmothers house. They also provided transportation to the airport for an additional fee. The room was booked at the last minute. I was glad she had availability.

The space was not very nice. Our guest only stayed for 1 night. How may we request a refund for the 2 nights not used>

Shower curtain in bathroom needed to be changed there was some ants which was not too overwhelming overall the staff was courteous and friendly location was within close proximity to surrounding places i needed to be and the price was reasonable for the stay I would recommend if you just needed a place to lay your head and you weren’t too fussy about having a microwave ironing board and the regular amnesties that come with a hotel…
