Hotel Atrium Jongno

Good location close to a lot of touristic attractions, good condition, great staff, careful and polite, good breakfast!

The only negative points: not all receptionists spoke fluent English and the hotel doesn't offer a wake-up call service (I had to rely on my cell phone alarm). However, the hotel's location is perfect, the room was very good, and the entire staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good, with many options. Overall, the review was very positive, and it's a place I would stay again.

Very clean rooms and facility. The front desk staff helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had many choices and plenty to eat. Good location and the room was fairly large in comparison to others in the area.

Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy.
