Our room's tv didn't work to begin with, but the staff was very helpful and got it fixed while we were out. Otherwise a comfortable place to stay in and very close to the city center.

The staff are generally helpful, Mimi and Elena at the reception went above and beyond and the kitchen staff are a wonderful bunch.

It was very clean, and near a lot of fun stuff and good food. But the staff was fantastic! Kseniia was super helpful with everything I needed. Really appreciated all the information and help.
