The location is good. The checkin was also good. Someone goes to the room with you and explains you everything. The hotel is nice. The staff is rather rude and not interested. On their phones most of the time. My shower had a problem as only little water was coming out. I asked to send maintenance twice, no one ever showed up. Only one elevator working. Skip the breakfast if possible. It's quite terrible. It has a lot of potential to be honest. Also check in times between 15 and 18h are not really business like.

Esperaba más. No es un business luxury. Desayuno pobre. El baño del cuarto fallaba. No hay gimnasio (lo di por hecho, verdad que ni me fijé pero supuse). En primer piso, los del patio, están al lado de la carretera y hay mucho ruido. Elegiré otro próxima vez.

Había una cucharacha en el baño de mi habitación. El valet parking le dio un raspón a la camioneta de mis amigos. El chavo que está en la cafetera tiene una pésima actitud, si no le gusta su trabajo que renuncie. Las almohadas están muy altas. El hotel muy bonito pero esos detalles hacen que no quiera volver.

On top of that, the curtains were uneven and let in way too much light early in the morning, making it hard to rest. These issues really took away from the experience. The staff was very friendly.

En términos generales la estancia fue aceptable, solo hay 3 cosas que mejorar: 1.- El baño de la habitación olía pésimo, a drenaje. 2.- Las lámparas de la zona de mi cama no servían (2). 3.- La limpieza fue regular, no barrían ni limpiaban bien. La atención de recepción muy amables, el valet parking también súper amables pero muy incómodo dejar tu carro en un espacio tan reducido, es hasta peligroso porque los camiones pasan rosando tu auto y al bajarte estás expuesto porque está muy inclinada la rampa para dejar tu auto, eso está pésimo. En términos generales no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

La habitación estaba sucia, las coladera con cabellos. Deben mejorar su estructura de limpieza. La persona de limpieza se portó buena gente, también el bellboy. El cuarto estaba amplio. Falta mejorar en los detalles de la habitación.

The smell to pipe was really noticeable . Our room was located in the 5th floor and the smell was really bad . They need to do something to fix that. If I could I will definitely stay in another hotel .

Atención del personal: Buena por parte del valet parking y bellboy, así mismo los del restaurante, sólo el personal de recepción muy indiferente. Limpieza: Muy mala, el edredón y dos de las cuatro almohadas estaban sucias. Parecía no las cambiaron ya que tenían manchas en varias partes. No solicitamos cambio de la habitación porque llegamos cansados casi a la 1am después de un concierto. Sólo tiramos al piso lo sucio y no quisimos pensar en ello. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y con buen diseño. Está muy bien ubicado. Lástima que por el tema de limpieza la verdad no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El hotel es nuevo, todo está limpio y bonito, pero las paredes parecen de cartón. Es muy difícil descansar porque se escuchan todos los ruidos del pasillo, y de los cuartos de al lado.

Wow, I barely write a negative review. We're 3 people attending a conference. Each of us has our own room. Sadly, overall is that this hotel is poorly run with no professional staff. To begin with, the plumbing stench is unbearable. They try to mask this with automatic perfume in the bathroom which didn't really help. It was awful. Water smelled as well. SECOND - there is no HOT water! There is no temperature control on your shower and you basically have to accept their rather cold shower. Crazy, even motels have this option! Lastly, it's honestly very filthy. Our colleague's room has cockroach in it. International travelers - they don't speak English. It was really a bad stay, I would never come back.

El hotel está lindo, limpio y moderno, muy bien ubicado, pero las almohadas están horribles, amanecí torcida del cuello !! Muy anchas, imposible dormir , pedí otras y estaban ligeramente mejores. Éramos 8 parejas y todos se quejaron de lo mismo. En recepción me comentaron que muchísimos huéspedes se quejan de las almohadas, pero no hacen nada para resolverlo.

Al llegar el personal de la noche de valet parking no fue amable en lo absoluto y la habitación no era muy limpia. Por otro lado el personal de la mañana es atento y el valet parking de la mañana muy amable.

La recepcionista, muy poca intención de solucionar , llegamos a las 1 pm 2 habitaciones y pedimos una por adelantado y de forma seca y molesta nos indica que la entrada es a las 3 pm, es algo que entendemos pero lo chocante y falta de disposición creo que no ayuda para pensar en regresar a hospedarnos con ellos nuevamente.

Terrible el servicio en recepción! La señora malhumorada que nos atendió el martes a medio día debió quedarse descansando en vez de ir a trabajar…. Arruinó toda la experiencia con amenazas, malos modos, estaba muy interesada en el chisme con otra señora en vez de atender. Errores de su proceso nos culpaba a nosotros, no hizo nada para remediar

El entregar las habitaciones lo mas temprano posible antes de las 3 pm es muy importante y que el personal del hotel sepa que lo primordial es el cliente, son 2 pm y siguen con la cantaleta que hasta las 3 cuando ya la ama de llaves tiene disponibilada para entregar habitaciones, inadmisible tenga uno que estar al pendiente lo que le corresponde al personal.

A mi llegada me encontré con una chinche de cama en las sabanas, mi pico el brazo, se puso muy rojo e inflamado. Me cambiaron de habitación, para prevenir compre y rocié desinfectante en camas y cortinas. El servicio al cuarto es limitado hasta las 9:30 pm y con pocas opciones. El horario de comida en el restaurante también limitado, llegué al hotel 11:30 am ya no había desayuno y regresé a la 1 pm y no tenían servicio hasta las 2 pm porque estaban limpiando la parrilla.

la recepcionista de la mañana siempre estaba enojada mal caracter mala atención y pareciera que atender a los clientes le molestara mas, las otras recepcionistas tarde y noche super bien, el restaurante no esta mal pero muy limitado en su carta, el bufet estaba frio
