I produced my on line documentation and after a while she admitted there was indeed a pre-paid room. Desk help refused to use English, even though she had enough. Very firm bed on a 1970s box spring. Cold. Lacking blankets. Not sure it ever had heat. Economy. Half price of competition. 7 police officers and drug dog got me out of bed at 8 AM. No breakfast place close by, but there is a supermarket, 150 meters. Good parking. Poor lighting, ceiling only, hard to read by.

If you like sleep, don't stay here. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. I don't remember one being this noisy. You have two very busy streets bordering this hotel. You will hear the traffic all night long. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are old but clean, you just can't sleep due to the noise.

Room wasn’t great, lady in the front office check in was very rude!! And very nosey!!!!, tv didn’t work had to have someone come in a fix the issue. Deposit is normal for some hotels for the remote control for the tv but we also needed a remote for the ac/heater which deposit was high!! We will never stay here again, beds were super Squeaky and uncomfortable, holes and patches all over the ceiling. Employees not friendly or do they have welcoming faces..lol

1st of all they will try to keep your deposit no matter what! We accidentally spilled COFFEE and there was a small towel in the bathroom which we used to clean it up they said we dirtied the towels and they kept the deposit?! Other than that the breakfast wasn’t even that great u only get to choose from so many options

They are remodeling rooms and it can get a little dusty, but overall the public areas are clean. The one thing I that needs work is the Wi-Fi as it went out a few times during my 2 day stay and the cable system stopped working. This only became a problem when I tried to log out of my Prime & Youtube account. The rooms are nice and basic. The A/C works well, nice water pressure, has a good bed and nice pillows. The one unpleasant surprise is they make you leave a cash deposit for the A/C & TV controls of $500 pesos or $30 USD or on your card. The 30 dollar deposit used to be $20 USD. I would return to this hotel as it's close to many services and restaurants. There's a new taco restaurant across the street, but I prefer the little taco truck on the corner.

Not a 5 star hotel but pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. And they had no problem doing an early check in. So I was happy
