Hotel Perla Central

Excelente servicio de la recepción y del sr que te lleva a la habitación, solo que nosotros escogimos una habitación con jacuzzi y fue determinante para la elección, peeeeero el agua del jacuzzi salía con sarro y la presión del hidromasaje era tan grande que en 3 segundos inundo el baño, marque para decirles lo que habia sucedido con el jacuzzi y me comentaron que no había más habitaciones disponibles que mandarían a un compañero a revisar pero no podían hacer nada hasta el siguiente día que fueran los de mantenimiento y pues nosotros nos retirabamos al siguiente día y lo comentamos y no había otra opción total llego un sr a limpiar nos dijo que era por añgo de las tuberias del centro que estaban arreglando o algo así pero de ser asi nos lo hubieran comentado al ingresar ofrecio desayuno gratis pero le comentamos que q a las 5 de la mañana del siguiente día era nuestra ultima noche y pues ya era media noche, total nos comento que iba a dejar una nota abajo para ver si nos aplicaba un descuento en próxima visita y nos vio salir y no nos dijo nada, mi esposo entrego la habitación y no le dijeron nada me fui decepcionada porque pagamos por algo que no utilizamos y tarde mucho en elegir hotel que tuviera jacuzzi cerca del centro nos hospedamos el miércoles 12 al 14 de junio en la habitación 705 para que no les den esa habitación hasta que no la arreglen la vd si viajo a esa ciudad porque mi trabajo esta allá y pensamos volver a ir pero creo que no será opción ya que no es justo

Loved the location (it is a big city so don’t expect perfect clean quiet neighborhood conditions). Very walkable and accessible. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely picked a perfect spot. Smooth airport transportation assistance. (350 pesos). Elevator was a plus. Breakfast was simple but just right for the price and time, open until late. The only thing I wasn’t too sure about was the jetted tub and the water color. Picked the room especially for that but didn’t use it because of my own doubts with the color of the water and run down tub. It was too late at night to have someone check it out but also was too tired. Other than that my family enjoyed it a lot. (family of 4 including 2 toddlers ).

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el Personal muy amable y la ubican con genial para ir al teatro caminando y caminar por el centro, además de que el estacionamiento está debajo del hotel con control de acceso. Volvería hospedarme sin dudarlo

I love how clean it was. The bed was comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were friendly. They have a nice place to workout, offer room service, and a wonderful open air safe space for smokers. They also offer room service and have AC!!!

Lo único que recomendaría es decirle a los bell boys que no sean tan agresivos para vender tours. En cuanto llegan a recepción los están bombardeando con información y a veces hasta dando a entender que las ofertas terminan a mediodía. También hacen demasiada plática al inicio y a veces la gente no lo ve bien porque quiere llegar a descansar. Sayan la recepcionista fue excelente

窓の鍵が壊れていて締まらない為、外の騒音が入ってくる。シャワールームの扉に大きな隙間ができるため、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの方に水が漏れてしまう。など、設備面ではいまいちな所が多い。古いホテルをリノベーションしたという感じだが、4つ星ホテルってなってることを考えると、残念な所が多い。ホテルの周辺にバスの停留場が集中していて、人も車も混雑している。ただ、大聖堂や質の良いレストランに徒歩で直ぐに行けるという立地条件は良い。チェックイン前・チェックイン後に荷物を預かってくれるのも嬉しい。地下の駐車場に車を出し入れするのはとても難しい。ホテルの周りの交通量が多いことと、駐車スペースに続くスロープが大変狭いことが原因。駐車スペース自体も多くないので、車で訪問する人は要注意。

We arrived to the hotel having issues finding it…. There streets around are blocked because the city are doing constructions. So the entire lobby looks dusty We stayed on the 6th floor with a nice view but the elevator wasn’t working so when we woke up to go to the airport we found out the elevator wasn’t working and we wait long time for someone to help us…after 30 min we ended bringing down all our luggage and the uber driver canceled our trip We almost missed the flight..

Todo está excelente, sólo que los aparatos del gimnasio están sin funcionar, sobre todo las pesas. Sería bueno que si se ofrece el servicio, se les de mantenimiento.

Don’t be fooled, the pictures used in the postings are 10x better than the actual condition of the room. I stayed in their grand suite and the hot tub didn’t work. AC was horrible, it was near the end of its cycle.

El hotel tiene grandes problemas con sus cañerías hay habitaciones que huelen fatal y hacen la estadía muy incómoda.

Muy limpio, empleados muy amables ,100% recomendado

Mi estancia en el hotel fue buena, pero al principio la habitación que me asignaron no servía la TV, por lo que me cambiaron de habitación, en esa si servía la TV pero la caja fuerte y número de teléfono no por lo que no pude pedir mi comida a la habitación, en cuanto a la limpieza solicité en recepción que subieran a limpiar mi habitación me dijeron que sí pero nunca subieron.

El cuarto huele a puro caño y solo te dicen que no se puede hacer nada. Pésimo

They need to purchase new towel’s , very old and stained but everything else was great

Me encantó el hotel, el personal de limpieza es excelente y la mayoría de los vales también lo son. Los primeros dos días que nos quedamos mi pareja y yo, durante la noche estuvo soñando una alarma que no paraba hasta la mañana, fue bastante ruidoso y estresante. Después ya se quitó. La comida es muy rica y el servicio a cuarto es muy bueno. Si no estaba tapada la coladera de la regadera olía mucho a caño. En general, el servicio fue muy bueno, la comida también, la localización es bastante central y el cuarto siempre está limpio, bien cuidado y bonito.

Buenos dias Pues El Cuarto primeramente estava Susio las Savanas Con Cabellos y las toallas con marcas de mojo no usamos el tina de baño porque estava muy Enmojesida y pues mi cuarto que tendria que aver sido Con Balcon no tenia balcon y la Regadera Al bañarnos Se tirava el agua para afuera de la puerta la Comida de Cosina Buffet muy mala no creo bolver a llegar a perla Sentral de Nuevo!

One major issue with this hotel - zero sound proofing or sound barrier. The loud buses and traffic two floors below sounded like they were in the room, as did the people returning late at night, outside our door. The walls seem to amplify sound, not block it.

The only thing i didnt like was that my room didnt have a mini fridge, other than that everything was good.

The Bell boy service was excellent. I like how close it was to the cathedral. There were a lot of sightseeing oportunities within walking distance from the hotel. The bathroom was very small.

Good: Modern design newer boutique hotel - very clean and great and helpful staff. Central location. Bad : no fridge or ice machine / tiny bathroom and very hard bed

I like staying at this property because I know what Im going to get for what I pay. Just pnce I had to request to be moved to a room in the pback if the hotel because the room next to the adjacent street was too noisy. Unlike other tourists, I do spend time at the hotel (I have my readons) and at this hotel they have reduced their TV options to having 30 something channels, which is fine, but no mire youtube access. Other than that, the rooms are a good size for what I pay, their mattresses are excellent and their showers are fantastic, good pressure, although a bad design on their glass doors let water come out and sometimes drip all the way outside the bathroom. BUT overall, I keep staying with them because of the location anf friendly staff. Thanks La Perla Central

Rooms in 7th floor are really nice and big, bathroom smells a little at night have to keep the drain in the shower covered. I will for sure return here

Got 1 bed instead of 2 then got a room with people in there took about 2 hrs to finally be in a room

Desde el inicio mala, reservé una habitación con dos camas, y cuando llegué solo me dieron una habitación con una cama matrimonial, por el precio hubiera conseguido algo mejor, el personal con mala actitud para servicio, excepto por la señorita del viernes y sábado en la noche ella fue lo único bueno de la estancia.

Es un lugar céntrico, bien ubicado, pero se encuentra en una zona de mucho tráfico, además de haber parada de autobuses a ambos lados del edificio y esto contribuye a que haya mucho ruido de carros también. Por lo que resta esta muy bien, muy limpio y un concepto moderno en la decoración pero cálido

Lo rescatable es la atención, la ubicación. Se vuelve un poco inseguro salir de noche.

The city is fixing the roads around the neighborhood. There is a lot of construction going on and that's why the area is dirty and noisy.

Very convenient location for my stay near cathedral

Es una buena zona, muy tranquila, aunque el primer día estuve en una habitación con mucho ruido porque estaba enfrente de una parada de camiones, la segunda noche me cambiaron y estuvo todo mucho mejor. Recomendado, siempre y cuando no sea del lado de la parada de camiones.

Great place and great price for the Location

Being in the heart of the city has its perks and downsides. The hotel is situated where the bus station is so expect a lot of people around the property. The place is modern and clean. The concierge are very nice and accommodating. The room is adequate, AC is good. But the breakfast can use a little more variety.

セントロから少し歩くエリア。昼間は人が沢山行き交うけど、夜は全くいなくなって少し怖かったです。夜中は犬の鳴き声が鳴り響き、朝になるとバスや車の騒音…寝られないこともありました。 部屋は清潔に保たれていますが、ティッシュや冷蔵庫がないのは不便でした。 スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

Every staff was veryyyy friendly, helpful and kind. Room service food was delicious and they were available at any time

Todo muy bien! El servicio y las habitaciones pequeñas pero excelentes. Lo único complicado fue la cantidad de gente que nos toco, habían grupos muy grandes hospedádose al mismo tiempo. La comida del buffet se acabo durante el primer desayuno y un par de noches hubo mucho ruido por estos grupos. Fuera de eso todo super bien! Muchas gracias!
