This is a adult hotel and if you don't mind this, it's alright for a cheap stay. Everything was clean and they have rooms with Jacuzzi :)

Una rara combinación de un sex hotel y un hotel regular. Se puede alquiler por hora. Un vecino utilizó su jacuzzi a la medianoche por un largo rato. No pude dormir. Exigí cambio de habitación. Solo bajo amenaza de subir una crítica negativa al internet, me encontraron otra habitación. No te permitan usar tarjeta de crédito para el telemando o para el bar. Pedí una llamada de despertar que se comprometieron hacer, pero no lo hicieron.

Una rara combinación de un sex hotel y un hotel regular. Se puede alquiler por hora. Un vecino utilizó su jacuzzi a la medianoche por un largo rato. No pude dormir. Exigí cambio de habitación. En general estuvo bien, el cuarto muy limpio siempre y muy cómodo, la recepcionista del turno matutino muy amable siempre, solo que la del vespertino la vi sonreir algunas veces forzadamente (eso se nota), incluso cuando pedi algo del room service al ver el menú digital, me dijo que no era asi en un plan muy tajante, como diciendo "no hay de otra" , y cuando le entregaba o pedia la tarjeta llave del cuarto, se veia que sonreia de manera forzada, nadie pide que sea muy amable u otra cosa, pero si que tenga amabilidad y tacto. También lo malo fueron las conexiones, detrás de la tele y muy arriba, tuve que comprar extensiones para poder conectar mis cosas, eran las únicas y eso dificultaba las cosas, pero en lo demás muy buena experiencia.

No internet was available in my room. Internet was available only near the front. Staff don’t speak English, so don’t try to communicate complex things. Very noisy outside due to traffic. The room itself was clean and spacious actually. A convenience store is just one minute away.

Excessively hot room with no a/c. Spoke to the front desk twice and the manager who told me they would relocate me to a less stiflinglyhit room but it never happened. I gave up asking. The hotel also has very strict policies about having guests visiting and threaten to add an additional 50% to your room charge if the guest goes to your room. With all this I most definitely would not stay there again. And would encourage travellers to read all the other reviews, there is a long history of poor customer service.

The location is Very good and hotel is so clean, But horrible internet WiFI, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for WiFi, I couldn't able to stream at all, and couldn't able to connect my work, I had to go out for work.. Few issues, Cons: ===== 1. Room has safe box, but it never worked, I have complained, but they didn't take any action, poor response on resolving the issues. 2. Arrived by taxi about 11p. Receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Showed him paperwork- didn’t help. Had to wait for taxi the receptionist arranged. After 1.5 hours, unmarked taxi arrived. No license. Refused to get in. 1a now. All the while men arriving with female escorts. Dressed like female escorts. BTW: receptionist offered us a room for four hours. That is all that was available. These rooms rent by the four-hour block. Luckily wife had name/ number of taxi driver who transported us from airport since he offered to take us back to airport in the morning. Because traffic was bumper-to-bumpy, waited outside hotel until 1:45a for him to arrive. We ended up staying at airport hotel for $365. DF crowded that weekend because of formula 1 race and day of dead celebrations.

Le personnel est très impoli ! Pas de sourire, rien ! Ils ne gardent pas les bagages (j'ai du attendre jusqu'à 15h à la réception avec mes valises), le ménage n'a jamais été fait durant les trois jours ! Aussi internet ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres !!! J'ai du me rendre dans un café tous les jours pour travailler ! A fuir !

el check in, no fue amable y tuve que esperar 2 horas en la calle con mi equipaje, no o hay resguardo de equipaje, la habitación que me dieron primero no se veia limpia y olía exageradamente a cigarro 🚬, me la tuvieron que cambiar y la segunda ya estuvo bien, solo que el control remoto de la televisión no funcionó, lo reporté varias veces y nunca lo fueron a checar, me dijeron que la gente de mantenimiento estaba comiendo y en toda mi estancia nunca fueron, tuve que dejar una identificación y un depósito para que me prestaran un control adicional, por lo demás todo estuvo bien

En general estuvo bien, el cuarto muy limpio siempre y muy cómodo, la recepcionista del turno matutino muy amable siempre, solo que la del vespertino la vi sonreir algunas veces forzadamente (eso se nota), incluso cuando pedi algo del room service al ver el menú digital, me dijo que no era asi en un plan muy tajante, como diciendo "no hay de otra" , y cuando le entregaba o pedia la tarjeta llave del cuarto, se veia que sonreia de manera forzada, nadie pide que sea muy amable u otra cosa, pero si que tenga amabilidad y tacto. También lo malo fueron las conexiones, detrás de la tele y muy arriba, tuve que comprar extensiones para poder conectar mis cosas, eran las únicas y eso dificultaba las cosas, pero en lo demás muy buena experiencia.

Excessively hot room with no a/c. Spoke to the front desk twice and the manager who told me they would relocate me to a less stiflinglyhit room but it never happened. I gave up asking. The hotel also has very strict policies about having guests visiting and threaten to add an additional 50% to your room charge if the guest goes to your room. With all this I most definitely would not stay there again. And would encourage travellers to read all the other reviews, there is a long history of poor customer service.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. The phone in the room doesn’t have a directory to front desk. The staff checks you without telling you where to go, and no wifi information provided.
