Hôtel très bien situé, petit déjeuné correct (buffet sucré salé), rooftop très appréciable par beau temps avec très belle vue de Rome, service de chambre quotidien pour notre part. Il est essentiel de récupérer le code de la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel pour ne pas rester dehors après 21h environ (code afficher à l'accueil vous pouvez pas le louper).

We were up all night from the noise. We heard clicking of dishes and people running up and down the stairs since the stair case is in the hall directly outside of our room and every noise echoed. The shower is hard to climb in and out of, it has a very old jet tub that I would never consider using. The elevator takes forever and it extremely old. Needs some updating. The location was great and the view from the roof were the only saving grace.

Very close to alot of the main atttactions. The front staff is not enthusiastic but does their job. We arrived late from airport and no driver available to pick us up. No one helped with our luggage specially since elevator is a bit slow. The room is average size the bed was good but the pillows were flat.

Für Gehbehinderte sehr schlecht und eine Zumutung, denn der Aufzug war während des ganzen Aufenthalts defekt. Das Hotel ist erst ab der 3 Etage des Gebäudes. Durch den Verkehrslärm an der Hauptstrasse nur wenig Schlaf bekommen. Sehr schön die Dachterrasse und sehr gut das Frühstück.

Excellent continental breakfast on rooftop with great cappuccino. Rooms had high ceilings and was clean and spacious excellent location. So much witin walking distance restaurants, shops, piazza novona with 3 fountains within a 4 minute walk and in other direction less than10 minutes walk to castel sant angelo. Taxi stand and buses nearby.

The hotel is in a great location - central to most major sites and a short walk to tons of great restaurants and cafes. Our room was dark but comfortable and had the look of an old Roman room, which I wanted. Breakfast was decent itself but the setting for it is beautiful on the rooftop. The rooftop bar is very crowded at night, I think with lots of people not staying at the hotel. Still, I was able to get a table both times I went up there for a drink. Service was good. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for one night. The room was dark and the decor horrendous. The air con was broke and the room was roasting warm. The full room was very unclean and the shower didn’t work. There was dust everywhere a broken mirror and wallpaper ripped off. For over £100 for one nights stay we expected more. A clean room for a start and a working shower. Very disappointed and we mentioned to staff our issues when checking out but this wasn’t acknowledged and no resolution provided to put this right.

Great location. Bed hard as rock and collapsing. AC work ok but shut off halfway thru the night. After sweating visiting the sites in Rome. Took about 4 hours for the room to cool down. Have to insert card to start the AC.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to access. The rooms are fine and charming and the staff are friendly. However, we got a room that was located just below the restaurant with lots of noise at all times day and night. It felt like being in the middle do rhe kitchen with the cooking and cleaning constantly. Also a lot of screaming and running in the stairs by the hotel staff. Had to use ear plugs when in the room to get some kind of calm. The last night we woke up with bites on our bodies and itching. Not sure if there are bed bugs but I hope they check after we informed them. We got a 10% reduced rate and a free breakfast for our troubles which I thought was ok but they could have gone rhe extra mile considering that they did not inform us of the disturbance of the room and it was obviously not rhe first time they heard this. Would not book this again or recommend anyone to do it.

A lovely boutique hotel, with lots of charm. Our room, although very beautifully decorated, was very dark even in daytime, which made it a little challenging to get ready for the day. But otherwise the stay was great! The staff was excellent, professional and very helpful.

Charming small room with barely passable AC overlooking alley. Some people might have an issue with noise but we only awoke due to a garbage truck and if you shut the shutters you shouldn’t have any problem. Key card necessary to run AC so it’s off while you’re gone and never really catches up. I know AC isn’t everyone’s worry point but just take that for what it’s worth. Staff was absolutely charming, friendly, welcoming, helpful, etc. We had several minor questions about various things and they were always available and quite pleasantly helpful. This is a European hotel room in an old building so it’s not going to be like the W in Miami or the La Quinta in Dallas, but it’s a great location and well worth the price - would absolutely stay again 😍

Sadly, the AC didn’t work our first night and it was one of the worst sleeps of my entire life. I had to put a cold water bottle on my chest in the middle of the night - it was over 90 degrees out. We got asked to be put in another room and upon inspecting it, the room was just as hot. We decided to stay in our room and the AC got slightly better the last two nights, but barely. This is not a comfortable hotel by any means. The room is also very dark / kind of creepy - not welcoming or enjoyable at all. If you’re okay with a steamy dark room, go ahead and book. Otherwise I’d highly reccomend booking elsewhere. I was extremely underwhelmed.

Pros: Excellent area in historic Rome, lots of shops & sites in close proximity. Piazza Navona was literally mins away walking distance. We booked 2 rooms, good size & bathroom was a good size too by European standards. Very comfortable and clean. Cons: I reported a white cashmere shawl missing from our room - I used it to sleep with for added warmth. I never took it out of the room, yet one day we returned to the room & it was gone. I suspected the maid service took it with the sheets. I spoke to staff every day asking for them to check with the laundry service. No luck, not found and they didn’t seem to care about the situation. I asked for management to file a report & was told that they were out of town and handed me a business card. I emailed requesting for compensation, no response. I’ve never experienced this, a missing item from my room, in all my years of traveling. I strongly advise you don’t leave things laying around here.

Staff were difficult and a bit rude when we discovered one of our rooms had the wrong beds. This was eventually resolved but took some persistent pushing to have changed (from king to 2 single beds/splitting beds apart) A member of our group/family was also the victim of a skilful pick pocket directly outside the hotel when we were leaving so be sure to be extra careful. The most reframing part of our stay was the roof top patio for breakfast and dinner drinks. But you do not need to be a guest of the hotel to use the roof top patio.

停電が頻発に起こります。私が宿泊した時は夜間はスタッフがおらず、停電の際22時〜8時まで真っ暗でエアコンも使えず、スマホの充電も出来ずに過ごしました。夏季だとエアコンなしではとても眠れません。全部屋起こっていたので、周りの方も怒り狂っていました。スタッフの対応もあまり良くない為、次は宿泊したくありません。

A stylishly decorated hotel in the heart of Rome. 2 minutes walk from the Piazza Navonna. Many of the sights of central Rome are a short stroll from the hotel and the local bus routes can get you everywhere else. The staff were all unfailingly friendly, polite, and helpful.

Perfect location within flat walking distance of many of the main sites eg: Vatican, Pantheon,Trevi etc, even for oldies like us. Take a hop-on hop-off bus to get your bearings and return to sites that are further afield like the Colosseum, Spanish steps etc. Unique decor, roof terrace, literally around the corner from Piazza Navona with its many restaurants.

Great location - very central location and close to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. The room is a great value for the price. The decor is medieval themed and you feel transported back in time, like royalty in the rooms! The hotel itself has some renaissance history. Very unique stay - we enjoyed it very much.

Estive no hotel em 2017 e voltei agora. Apesar da ótima localização, pertinho da Piazza Navona e de muitas atrações que podem ser feitas a pé, a experiência não foi tão boa. A qualidade do café da manhã caiu muito. Em um dos dias só tinha água e um tipo de suco para beber, pois a máquina de café estava quebrada. Excellent location. Clean rooms, ours was on 2nd floor and faces the side streets it was quiet. Would have been nice if breakfast started earlier than 8am. Due to tour activities we missed breakfast (which we paid extra for) most days.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Tem um bom custo benefício e uma ótima localização, no coração da Piazza Navona, região muito agradável para se hospedar em Roma. Os quartos possuem uma decoração meio escura, um pouco over e o café da manhã começa um pouco tarde também (as 8h00) o que muitas vezes pode atrapalhar caso você tenha passeios agendados muito cedo.
