El personal muy amable, algunos detalles en cuanto al mobiliario pero nada que afecte en la estancia, el unico inconveniente fue que el elevador estaba fuera de servicio y si fue incomodo porque nos toco hospedarnos en el 4to piso.

Had to wait a little longer then expected to check in due to other guests checking in, but once it was my turn it went lightning fast. There is no menu for room service so if you want to know is available you have to go down to the restaurant, no physical menu and if you do not have a smartphone and internet you can’t access the QR code menu. Ordered a burrito for room service, over priced and did not remind me of a burrito at all; was ham and cheese in a tortilla looked like the photo of the quesadilla but rolled up…. No beans??? Bed is very firm, pillows are flat had to stack up for support. WiFi is great, and can screen share to TVs, which is great since there is only programming available in Spanish.

En general todo bien! Las camas son cómodas, el personal es muy amable. La luz de la regadera no servía y era algo incómodo que la regadera fuese de cristal jaja si viajas con amigos es un punto menos jaja la habitación si lucia limpia pero había cucarachas en las paredes. La zona está cuestionable pero de fácil acceso, es una buena opción si tienes poco presupuesto.

The hotel room was a good size, clean and is modern. However the walls are thin so can hear people in the hotel watch tv and listen to music. Was unable to work the casting system for the tv. The hotel is further away from all the tourist parts of the city however if you purchase a metro card you are good to go so worth the stay

El hotel es muy cómodo y la atención fué satisfactoria, la habitación (sencilla) me gustó; agua caliente, clima y la cama es cómoda. Un detalle a tomar en cuenta es que se escucha bastante el ruido del pasillo por lo que llegaba a ser molesto. En general, lo recomendaría.

I stayed here mainly due to the fact that it’s right off the metro I wanted. I was going to iguala And taxquena was a few stops down. Overall I felt comfortable. A few stops to the Zocalo and a few stops from the canals. Overall the area is a normal neighborhood. If you are visiting and are not use to a typical non tourist Mexican area it’s prob best to stay in another area. I loved staying there personally and will be staying again. The bed sucked tho.

This property doesn’t allow visitors. I stayed for 6 days and I was allowed only one visit. I reserved the room for 2 adults and registered my guest but they are not allowing the registered guest for the 2nd time. Nobody here speaks English and not at all accommodating. Front desk guy/ receptionist was rude to me and I felt a little unsafe.

Staff is nice and helpful, they borrow me a phone charger as mine is broken. Room is tidy enough but not always clean as detail. One Late night at 1am-3am are full of cigarette smoke, we cover our mouth with mask all night, otherwise everything is acceptable with this price.

We loved our stay at Hotel Harare. Property was clean, well maintained, has a good restaurant, and staffs are excellent. Even though we don’t speak Spanish, staff helped us every way they could. It is just 2 minutes walk to metro , so transportation is excellent.

Stayed for 5 days. It was good, the elevator was under maintenance but hey extra steps don’t hurt. Don’t let the ladies of the night that hang out near the freeway discourage you, it’s pretty safe. Some really good food spots down the street as well. I will return.

El hotel es bueno y cumple la necesidad de dormir, bañarte, etc. Sin embargo el restaurante es un tema, deje pagado el desayuno sin embargo nunca nos atendieron por que, ademas de ser un espacio muy corto, solo contaban con 2 personas para atenderlo.

El hotel es bueno y cumple la necesidad de dormir, bañarte, etc. Sin embargo el restaurante es un tema, deje pagado el desayuno sin embargo nunca nos atendieron por que, ademas de ser un espacio muy corto, solo contaban con 2 personas para atenderlo.

Food needed more options for breakfast. Pillows was uncomfortable but rooms were clean. Staff is very friendly and goes out of there way to help You. Overall stay was good.

Los cuartos están renovados, algunas paredes sucias , camada cómodo no hay almohadas individuales. Nada fuera de lo común, pero por el precio es más que justo. El desayuno muy bueno. Jugo de naranja recién exprimido.

Had to wait a little longer then expected to check in due to other guests checking in, but once it was my turn it went lightning fast. There is no menu for room service so if you want to know is available you have to go down to the restaurant, no physical menu and if you do not have a smartphone and internet you can’t access the QR code menu. Ordered a burrito for room service, over priced and did not remind me of a burrito at all; was ham and cheese in a tortilla looked like the photo of the quesadilla but rolled up…. No beans??? Bed is very firm, pillows are flat had to stack up for support. WiFi is great, and can screen share to TVs, which is great since there is only programming available in Spanish.

Nice place and location. A short walk from the metro train station which makes it easy to reach all the tourist attractions in a flash. For those single travelers that want to experience all that Calzada de Tlalpan offers, please note that you’ll need to have fun at a different establishment. Definitely recommend Hotel Harare and I will be back here on my next visit. The taco place that is two blocks down is great too!

The hotel is was the most clean and the staff wasn't except for a lady and a guy in the front desk they weren't very pleasant otherwise everything was really good.
