The Spa facility was very nice and just what we needed.. The rooms and common areas were immaculate.The staff was freindly and eager to help. Due to central on street City location there was a lot of city street noise but we anticipated this and brought a sound machine to mask it. The rooms were not dark for those that require blackout to sleep. Lots of light comimg in around doorways from Bright it Halls and panels with red lights in the room. This is only bothersome if you require Blackout conditions to sleep. If you do bring a mask. I did.It was a very lovely hotel. The breakfast was very nice. A lot (too much lol?) brought to our table.I do recommend to place some plastic cups or non breakable water bottles in the spa area. The glass service was very elegant but broken glass in a spa creates a hazard. Your staff was very attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Posizione eccellente, personale gentile....hotel molto carino, posizione eccezionale, hanno chiamto il taxi e lo hanno aspettato fuori per noi,,,nell'insieme voto 8. reception piccolissima, non da hotel 5 stelle.....spa a pagamento, non specificato......idromassaggio piccolissimo....siamo usciti dalla stanza a mezzogiorno e al rientro alle 20 non avevano rifatto la stanza......nell'insieme siamo comunque soddisfatti e consiglieremmo questo hotel anche per buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, comunque la posizione è TOP!

this was not a "5-star" hotel with a 9.2 rating. Am sorry, the building, the service and the rooms justify maybe a 3.5 stars. The is no lobby, nowhere to sit. While the location is very good (only reason I went to 2 stars), in general it was a very disappointing experience. Thank you!

They have a no clothing iron policy. They do not provide one. They also left a note in our room accusing us of using one when we didn't have one and wore wrinkly clothes the whole time. I wouldnt have booked here if i had known we wouldnt get a clothing iron. The rooms doors also shake when anyone on the floor shuts their room door. Its very noisy because the walls are thin.

Hotel Caravita is a very nice newly renovated hotel. Staff are all extremely nice and helpful. We had a classic double room which was the only room available at the time of booking. The room was small but beautiful and spotless clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was great. There is a mini fridge with water bottles in it, however they will charge you if you drink it. There is a safe in the room. They also provide you with slippers and robes. The only downfall about the room was that there are no windows / balcony to the outside. We had a “fake” balcony with curtains and then a door. When i opened it it was just 4 walls with a statue in centre. This may not be a big deal to some but for me it was, as I felt too enclosed. In speaking with personnel at the front desk, I was informed none of their rooms have windows. They do have a rooftop restaurant which had a great vibe and was nice at sunset. Overall, we had a great stay.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, pero definitivamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Primero el aire acondicionado no enfría menos de 23 grados centígrados, incluso le tome foto xque nos derretíamos de calor y nunca enfrió ni después de reportarlo. También había leído otros reviews sobre el olor del hotel pero pensé que tal vez exageraban, pero no lo hacían. Huelen muy feo los pasillos y las escaleras. Y el internet de plano nunca funcionaba bien y el personal trataba de ayudar y ser lo mas lindos con nosotros, pero creo estaba fuera de sus manos arreglar estas cosas xque no se mejoro nada.

It does not offer a 5 Star standards and amenities ( e.g. no mini bar, no soap bar, mold in the shower, shower water leaking in the room floor, no USB outlet????), no closet, no iron, no storage , safe on the fridge in the middle of the room). Staff is very polite and friendly.

The hotel was in a very central location in Rome, near the Pantheon and via del Corso, with many key sights in walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff was very nice and helpful at all times!

Bonne localisation, mais les chambres sont fatigués. Le lit n’est pas confortable, la salle de bain est usée et les serviettes ne sentent pas très bon. Le personnel du restaurant est très gentil et le choix de petit déjeuner est grand.

The hotel is not what they advertising. And most of all is NOT a 5* establishment. We have been given room with the jacuzzi in and when filled up with water all sort of dirt came out of the nozzles. No separate shower available. As for 5* hotel you would expect to have standing shower and other combinations. We have complained to the reception but there was not much help and above all no other rooms avaliable. We have been ofer a new room on the next day, but also this room needed some serious improvement ig skirting boards, shower head full of lime scale, worn mirrows, extraction unit rusty and dusty. Both rooms were tired and need some upgrading if they want to call themselves a 5 star boutique hotel. Dont full yourself with rating, definetly not worth the money.

Excellent location for visiting all the sites in Rome...all walkable. Such friendly staff and welcoming. The room was nice..a bit tired in areas and the bath was leaking so the floorboards were warped and a bit of a tripping hazard. Its a bit noisy at the hotel ..particularly on a Friday and Saturday night however location makes up for this. The breakfast was lovely and a shame we didnt have time to try an evening meal there. My little perfume i think was smashed in the room as the whole room smelt of my Tiffany &Co perfume and my pefume was nowhere to be found. I was meant to go to reception to asm aboit this but just didnt find time to as reception seemed to have a queue at the times i went. Overall it was a great location...and if you want somewhere central which is great value i would recommend this hotel. I did see some of the other more spacious rooms and they all looked great and it was very clean..so thats all good.

Clean and comfortable hotel with rooftop dining option. Great location! Next to Saint Ignatius church, 5 min walk to Trevi fountain and pantheon. Bus stop next to hotel. Walkable distance to Colosseo and the Spanish steps. It is on via del corso street which is a Main Street to walk on. The only thing I was unhappy about was that my window did not have a view at all, it was looking over the noisy air vents on the first floor.

This is not a 5 star hotel even by European standards. There was insufficient sound proofing (if any) between our room and the hallway as well as between our room and the upstairs dining room. We heard noises all night and had difficulty sleeping. Moreover, there was construction in the building next door at 4:30AM. On top of this, there were servicing the AC some time between 5 and 6PM which caused the unit to continuously turn off and on. The beeping sounds which accompanies this worked us up from our nap. The hotel also did not inform us that the AC was out which meant that the room was very warm. Having said all this, the staff themselves were very nice and as helpful as they could have been. The car service was also very reasonably priced.

I want to inform people that this hotel is advertised as a 5-star, but in reality, it feels more like a 2–3 star. My T-Mobile service did not work in Italy, and the hotel WiFi was practically unusable. The room we were given was the smallest one, with no space to put our luggage. However, the staff were wonderful, and the location was very comfortable, which is why I’m giving this hotel 4 stars.

Hotel Caravita is a very nice newly renovated hotel. Staff are all extremely nice and helpful. We had a classic double room which was the only room available at the time of booking. The room was small but beautiful and spotless clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was great. There is a mini fridge with water bottles in it, however they will charge you if you drink it. There is a safe in the room. They also provide you with slippers and robes. The only downfall about the room was that there are no windows / balcony to the outside. We had a “fake” balcony with curtains and then a door. When i opened it it was just 4 walls with a statue in centre. This may not be a big deal to some but for me it was, as I felt too enclosed. In speaking with personnel at the front desk, I was informed none of their rooms have windows. They do have a rooftop restaurant which had a great vibe and was nice at sunset. Overall, we had a great stay.

I’m disappointed . My son and I requested two beds because he’s 6:3 tall and we were given one bed . It was not until the next day after we refused to sleep on one bed , we were then given two beds . This is a five star Hotel . The service was unsatisfactory and unacceptable . I am very disappointed .

We had a great stay at the Hotel Caravita in November. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The best part of Hotel Caravita was the staff. Ricardo took care of our airport transfers which were smooth and very reasonably priced. Marika worked at both the front desk and the restaurant. She was helpful and friendly and set up a few dinner reservations for us in the area. Guilia took care of us each morning at breakfast. The breakfast was very good, but Guilia was so friendly and helpful that she made the start of each day perfect for our family. We can highly recommend Hotel Caravita for many reasons, but most especially the friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable hotel with rooftop dining option. Great location! Next to Saint Ignatius church, 5 min walk to Trevi fountain and pantheon. Bus stop next to hotel. Walkable distance to Colosseo and the Spanish steps. It is on via del corso street which is a Main Street to walk on. The only thing I was unhappy about was that my window did not have a view at all, it was looking over the noisy air vents on the first floor.

This is not a 5 star hotel even by European standards. There was insufficient sound proofing (if any) between our room and the hallway as well as between our room and the upstairs dining room. We heard noises all night and had difficulty sleeping. Moreover, there was construction in the building next door at 4:30AM. On top of this, there were servicing the AC some time between 5 and 6PM which caused the unit to continuously turn off and on. The beeping sounds which accompanies this worked us up from our nap. The hotel also did not inform us that the AC was out which meant that the room was very warm. Having said all this, the staff themselves were very nice and as helpful as they could have been. The car service was also very reasonably priced.

Den var et skønt hotel, man kan gå til alt herfra. Og værelserne var store og flotte, der var rent og personalet var venligt Vejen udenfor er dog virkelig larmende! vi fik et værelse 404 som ikke havde lydisolerende vinduer, vi fik derfor ikke rigtig søvn den første nat! Det var mega ærgerligt, og det var trods vi brugte ørepropper. Det værelse efter min mening burde ikke blive solgt overhovedet. Det var så meget larm inden på værelset! Vi bad om et nyt værelse og fik det med det samme, personalet var søde omkring det. Men det ødelægger jo lidt ens første dag ikke at få søvn. Så det er vi ikke helt tilfredse med. Ellers var alt godt og fint.

Excellent location for visiting all the sites in Rome...all walkable. Such friendly staff and welcoming. The room was nice..a bit tired in areas and the bath was leaking so the floorboards were warped and a bit of a tripping hazard. Its a bit noisy at the hotel ..particularly on a Friday and Saturday night however location makes up for this. The breakfast was lovely and a shame we didnt have time to try an evening meal there. My little perfume i think was smashed in the room as the whole room smelt of my Tiffany &Co perfume and my pefume was nowhere to be found. I was meant to go to reception to asm aboit this but just didnt find time to as reception seemed to have a queue at the times i went. Overall it was a great location...and if you want somewhere central which is great value i would recommend this hotel. I did see some of the other more spacious rooms and they all looked great and it was very clean..so thats all good.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit. Leider geht's am Empfang schon los. Man wird von einem Geruch von Duftaromen überwältigt, leider nicht im positiven. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and accommodated many requests for decorations in the room, champagne. The room was extremely clean. This was a great location and very walkable to make attractions. About 4 mins walk to Trevi Fountain. We did use the spa which was very relaxing and enjoyable after all the walking you do in Rome. The hotel arranged the Mazarati tour and that was very nice, they even packed us a light picnic basket with prosecco. I would definitely recommend
