Our only concern was the overall cleanliness of the room for the price point of the room we stayed in. The tub wasn't cleaned and under and around the bed their were preventive sex items left unnoticed.

Nice hotel, but the room had an issue. The room was full of white fibers and dust floating in the air, which I believe were coming from the white couch. The fibers covered my clothes and belongings, and I felt sick and itchy whenever I was in the room. I felt better as soon as I left the room, but the symptoms returned every time I came back in.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Nashville! Hotel smells heavenly, rooms were very comfortable and clean. We loved the breakfast at the hotel restaurant we sat outside and everything was perfect! We bought one of the candles with their signature scent that is how much we loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and elegant. Everything being updated we very nice. Not too bad of a cost for a night either. You forget you’re in Nashville when you’re at the hotel in the best way. Delicious drinks on the roof top. Will stay again. THE BEST bed, sheets and pillows EVER!!

I didnt feel like the hotel was as clean as you would expect. Dirt and dust noticed in the corners or room and elevator. I know that sounds picky but for a hotel with a great reputation I would expect better.

Enjoyed the room layout, quiet of the hotel, even the earthy smell! The bed was heavenly and so comfortable. Great location in a very walkable area of downtown. Would definitely come back again!

The room was smallish and the bathroom lacked privacy and was distracting to someone sleeping (turning on lights, etc in a dark room). No shelves or drawers for storage of clothes. Light switches were hard to find and read. The decor was nice.

This hotel is one of the MOST amazing properties I have ever stayed at! Its beautiful, people are so nice and helpful, restaurants and bars are lovely - especially the rooftop bar! The rooms are small and not so private but stunning and comfortable! Would highly recommend! Great location to absolutely anything and everything in downtown Nashville! The only negative - when booking on hotels.com, they did not make it obvious that the price would be different between Friday and Saturday night.

Everything was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly… room was beautiful, however, it was hot and we were not able to turn the air down past 70 degrees. Also, beware, the alcove has no privacy for the facilities…not a problem if you’re comfortable doing that kinda thing in front of your partner… I was not ..so we made separate trips so everyone good be ‘alone’.. rooftop bar was beautiful!! Would stay again, just in a different room.

The bathroom of this hotel has no walls or doors. There is zero privacy. There is a big mirror on the wall to where you can see everything going on in the bathroom, including the toilet, as your in the bed area. There were no warnings for being child inappropriate. We had our 4 year old with us. My husband was not able to bathe. I literally cried and called Expedia whom would not help. I am still upset. I've posted my experience everywhere I could, in order to help other patrons whom either value their personal privacy or have the misfortune to stay at 1hotel Nashville with a child.

There is no bathroom door and you can see through from beds to toilet/shower. Not a comfortable situation for my teenage child. Also, the hallways were a bit loud as did not seem to have good insulation.

Beautiful hotel, great check in experience, but lots of small issues. Coffee machine in room didn’t work, valet text/app didn’t work (then 25 minutes for car retrieval), 15+ minutes to get the front desk to answer the phone on all tries over two days, so could never get help. Fairly frustrating.

Kennedy was amazing, checked us in early, allowed us to upgrade our room for more space (for a cost), and checked in periodically during our stay. After we made our way to Broadway St for some shopping, lunch and music, we returned to find a wine and app treat waiting for us. The hotel rooms are beautiful with a cool vibe and design. We really enjoyed the hotel itself, and its proximity to everything.

Booked one night and paid ahead of time. The lady couldn’t figure out how to check me in in 20 minutes later. She finally gave me room keys. Got up to the room and the room keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs and get different keys and that happened twice. Then when I was checking out, there was confusion because they thought I was booked for two more nights they said they fix the issue and then of course I got charged for two more nights after I left. Total nightmare to deal with.

Wow! The hotel was beautiful! The staff was amazing! You literally felt like the only guest. They offer free transportation 2 mile raduis of the hotel and basically everything is in that distance. Broadway is whithin walking distance. Ive stayed in a lot of up scale hotels and this was up there with the four seasons & Regis. The rooftop bar is a fun hot spot & as guest you get automatic entrance no matter the time or attire . If i go again i will definitely always go there to atay

Customer service throughout is not great. It’s like they are all shocked you are there and require service. Found this to be true from front desk ( where they blare music making it difficult to communicate) to the rooftop restaurant. Wouldn’t call this a welcoming, customer service based hotel.

I highly recommend the 1 Hotel Nashville. The hotel is gorgeous, dining options incredible, the service was excellent and overall feel is luxury and comfort. The beds are very comfortable. I traveled with a group of 4 for a birthday and will definitely go back. The location is quiet but walkable to Broadway, Museums, Bridgestone Arena, great restaurants in minutes.

The 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations. the hotel is warm and inviting. The rooms are Boho Chic and the bed and pillows are beyond comfortable. It was so convenient to have a staff ask if we would like a ride to our shopping area. No cost, no hassle (make sure to tip). The 1 Kitchen was so tasty, so many healthy options at the cafe. Harriett's rooftop was aesthetically pleasing. Great vibe. Although the Sushi was o.k and the wagu sliders tasted overcooked, bun was tasteless. Might have been better with a brioche bun and the meat with a pickle or vinaigrette carrot/coleslaw. Our room was loud with the traffic. Might be nice if the room had a noise cancelling machine in it. Bring one from home. We were at the JW the night before and I would day this is more of a 5 star hotel and felt first class all the way!

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The best hotel mattress I have ever slept on. Quick walking distance from the Gulch, Bridgestone arena and Ascend amphitheater (basically all downtown).

Hotel was nice as expected. I wish they would offer coffee in the lobby like I get at a Four Seasons. Instead, I had to wait for the cafe to open for $10 drip coffee or do room service for a $25 cup of coffee. My coffee machine wasn’t working in my room. Other than that, the 1 Hotel is always a nice experience, the rooftop restaurant and bar was great. Make reservations, it books up.

I stayed here for one night and the room service was disgusting and inedible. They wanted to charge $150 for microwaved pasta, and a turkey sandwich that was stale and old. In addition the way the rooms set up was unsafe. The hotel but a throw blanket over a wood post and I ended up breaking my foot. Which the hotel never reached out to me about even though they said they would. I would never stay here again.

No food or snacks at bar in the evening.... aif your gonna serve alcohol and upsale drinks you gotta have food! Spa needs whirlpool. Service was excellent. The price of the hotel do not reflect in services. # 1 most important Upper end hotels need services .
