Very nice boutique hotel. Staff helpful. Arranged transportation for us to and from airport as well as golf cart tour. Room clean. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Roof top terrace bar nice place to relax before bed. Would stay again.

Overall it was a good experience. We enjoyed several of the small bonuses like free drinks in the refrigerator and a good breakfast. We had a room for 4 people that was cramped pretty tightly but doable. The biggest downside was that our room was very hot when we would get back at night because the air conditioning had not been turned on yet. The receptionist told us to just open the window. The problem came in that we had a 1st floor room facing the road. It was way too loud to sleep. Other than that a great experience.
Overall it was a good experience. We enjoyed several of the small bonuses like free drinks in the refrigerator and a good breakfast. While this hotel had a modern feel, there were no amenities such as a restaurant. There was a bar where we could get a beverage, however on our last night in Rome it was closed due to a private function. The rooms were extremely dimly lit, which was the kind of lighting I would expect to get if out for a romantic dinner. The air conditioning was turned off, and with the window open for some air, it was noisy the entire night with people at the cafe talking very loudly, and the trucks going by and police cars, and garbage trucks dumping the containers. Location was great, as it was about a 20 minute walk to the colosseum, and a 10 minute walk to the hop on hop off buses. For the price we paid for two nights, we would have expected more.

This is a small hotel with nicely finished rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good for walking to places like the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Breakfast is provided and there are restaurant options thoughout the area. Elevators are small and it can be a challenge moving large amount of luggage to room when arriving at hotel. I would stay here again.

This is a hidden gem in a great spot in the middle of all the action. They provided champagne and a filled mini bar to start you off well. It is small with only 45 rooms so very quaint. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. The fitness center they let you use is a downfall but not enough of one not to stay. We loved Rome and would stay there again.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was. although not very big, perfect for our stay. The mini fridge is filled with complimentary soft drinks and snacks, there’s a charge for them to be replaced if requested, there is a kettle for making hot drinks and TV, which to my surprise had a couple of English speaking channels which was great too, The hotel is very modern and tastefully decorated, it was very clean our room was absolutely spotless just the a few marks on the wall but nothing that I would criticise. The breakfast area was spacious and the waiting staff were very attentive, the selection and quality of food and drinks was fantastic. Would certainly recommend the hotel to any of my friends wanting to visit Rome.

The hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing and very accommodating at all times, Alessandro from the Roof top bar was friendly and very professional, the drinks were amazing along with his willingness to accommodate every request we had for us and our kids, the hotel was very close to all major tourist places. The room was excellent and the breakfast very well balanced as well. Overall awesome!

Loved our stay here after our other hotel’s AC did not work. Staff was amazing, hotel was super clean, room was modern and TV actually had English channels. Loved the rooftop lounge at night to just go up and have a drink and relax. Would book again!

Hotel está bem localizado, próximo ao Coliseu e Fontava do Trevi (fomos a pé). O quarto era muito escuro, faltava iluminação, a limpeza do quarto deixava muito a desejar. As camas não eram confortáveis. O café da manhã era bom e a equipe do café e da recepção eram muito atenciosos. Mas eu não ficaria novamente nesse hotel pois não gostei do quarto.

Hotel has a weird smell that lingered from the lobby into the room. The bathroom was separated into two different rooms that split the toilet and the shower from each other. The only privacy provided was a semi frosted glass. The temperature in the room was not able to be controlled as the AC was locked into the heat setting. The towels that were provided also had a weird smell that lingered in the shower as well. The breakfast that was provided was just okay nothing to rave about and there was an a la carte menu that charged for extras.

My wife and I stayed here early January 2025, Great Hotel, polite staff, spacious room, incredible breakfast. Location is excellent, a quiet road parallel to via Nazionale. Almost a centrepoint for the majority of the landmarks AE less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 minutes to the Spanish steps, pantheon etc. Also a five minute walk from the nearest subway station. So this year we decided to return we asked for a high floor and was given room 502. This year the room was disappointing. There was no handle on the window as it had previously broken off. It was incredibly hot on a night, they gave us a fan, but it didn’t really do anything. The room came with a bathtub that we had asked for as a special request, however the plug did not work properly. Lots of mould present on the underside of the wash basin feather pillows in the rooms as standard but you can change these on request. We stayed for three nights but we were left disappointed, but none of these issues had been rectified during our stay. A special shout out to all the breakfast staff during our stay, extremely polite and attentive and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile, also the gentleman on reception on 6th January at 6 pm. Extremely chatty and polite. Overall, a great hotel but a disappointing room this time..

Area was ideal for tourists but the hotel itself was rundown and not clean. The condition of the room was poor: - Black mould and evidence of previous water damage on ceiling in bathroom - Bathroom mirror smashed and chipped around edges - Bath tub scratched with dirt in grooves - plug sockets hanging off walls - marks all over walls and carpet - generally room not clean, layers of dust on sides upon check-in even Only positives were location, breakfast and reception staff but we can't overlook the price paid for the room and the condition it was in.

Walking distance to Spanish steps, trevi fountain. Convenience stores nearby. Walking distance to many dining options. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included- tasty. Depends where room is facing, can be noisy with car and siren noises. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in room 209 which is listed as a superior room. It was very nice but small which is quite standard for Rome, I wouldn't want to see a standard room as that may well be too small. Staff are excellent throughout, really a credit to the business and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is well located near some nice restaurants and within 20 minutes walk of almost everything you want to see in Rome. I'd stay here again.

Great location couldn’t fault it. Nice hotel but small rooms and certain things not practical. Was given a room with the shower in the bath which made it uncomfortable to have a relaxed shower . Breakfast was really nice. This room seemed abit older it was on the 5th floor

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful during the entirety of our stay and the food and drinks served were excellent, if I get the chance to come back I would love to stay again.

The room was not clean, and there was somethıng like a bug biting .That's why my children's legs got injured.the staff didnot help this situatıon. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The staff were rude. I will never stay in this hotel .

Great location, central to all of the main attractions. The colosseum is only a short walk. Wonderful staff. Very good air conditioning in the room. Comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Option to borrow iron and ironing board for use in room. Clothes washing service very expensive (especially with exchange rate), therefore a retractable clothes line in the shower would be helpful to allow washing of some items after sweating in the Summer heat. Room also needs a bottle opener. Otherwise loved our stay! Highly recommend.

We were super impressed by Rome Life - from the great location- walk to all major attractions.To the staff who were all so helpful and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. And the Breakfast was the best we have ever had on holidays - the Amazing “Giacotto” makes everyone amazing cappuccino’s and greets everyone like they are his personal friends - we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Buffet breakfast was included- tasty. Depends where room is facing, can be noisy with car and siren noises. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here early January 2025, Great Hotel, polite staff, spacious room, incredible breakfast. Location is excellent, a quiet road parallel to via Nazionale. Almost a centrepoint for the majority of the landmarks AE less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 minutes to the Spanish steps, pantheon etc. Also a five minute walk from the nearest subway station. So this year we decided to return we asked for a high floor and was given room 502. This year the room was disappointing. There was no handle on the window as it had previously broken off. It was incredibly hot on a night, they gave us a fan, but it didn’t really do anything. The room came with a bathtub that we had asked for as a special request, however the plug did not work properly. Lots of mould present on the underside of the wash basin feather pillows in the rooms as standard but you can change these on request. We stayed for three nights but we were left disappointed, but none of these issues had been rectified during our stay. A special shout out to all the breakfast staff during our stay, extremely polite and attentive and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile, also the gentleman on reception on 6th January at 6 pm. Extremely chatty and polite. Overall, a great hotel but a disappointing room this time..

Incredible location: 12-15 minute walk to all major historic sites. The room was a very decent size, modern decor, clean. Breakfast had a great selection. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved the location of this property. Majority of staff was amazing. Just a warning for future guests: this hotel is located between two alleys and there is a bit of traffic noise. But it is manageable.

Highly recommend. 5 night visit to Rome with my wife and the Rome Life Hotel Junior Suite worked perfectly. Walkable to key areas of interest and short metro ride to Vatican City.We were able to walk to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and much more. 50e cab ride to/from FCO also a plus. Staff were all wonderful and morning breakfast was perfect start to the day.

This hotel was the perfect location for sightseeing. 15 minutes walking from Termini station, 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum, 13 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, in the middle of everything! The staff were all lovely, the free breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel has a weird smell that lingered from the lobby into the room. The bathroom was separated into two different rooms that split the toilet and the shower from each other. The only privacy provided was a semi frosted glass. The temperature in the room was not able to be controlled as the AC was locked into the heat setting. The towels that were provided also had a weird smell that lingered in the shower as well. The breakfast that was provided was just okay nothing to rave about and there was an a la carte menu that charged for extras.

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff helpful. Arranged transportation for us to and from airport as well as golf cart tour. Room clean. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Roof top terrace bar nice place to relax before bed. Would stay again.

Great service and great location! Would like to have had control of AC/Heat unit. Room was nice and clean, but more detail to cleanliness of shower was really it. Getting taxi to airport was a breeze through concierge. Morning breakfast was over the top, everything was available and it was all delicious!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rome Life Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was very hot in Rome while we were there but the AC in our room kept it nice and cool. We forgot to bring a European plug adapter and they loaned us one for the length of our stay so we could keep phones charged.

Simple room, a bit old but clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Good ac and free drinks from the mini bar which we appreciated. The staff was super helpful and nice! The breakfast was really good and kept us full for many hours. Good location with a short walk to both Colosseum and Fontana di trevi. Recommend!
