The hotel is nice and it's OK for a late night overnight, but there is NOTHING surrounding the place. Also the parking lot is very small, so if you're towing something, good luck. I parked in the closed restaurant next door, thankfully I had a view of it. Pretty sketchy area. But the hotel itself seems brand new - very nice; clean.

We stayed the night after a day at the Ohio Renaissance Festival. When we arrived around 4:30pm, there was no one at the front desk for several minutes. The room was nice, however was a piece of candy left on the floor from a previous guest and the carpet under the mini fridge was pulled away from the wall. The mini fridge itself took several hours to get cold. The pool was small. It would feel crowded with more than 5 people in it. The water took some time to get used to and there was no changing/toilet area. The continental breakfast was ok. There were make your own waffles, prepackaged break muffin sandwiches and prepackaged quiches alone with cereal, fruit, muffins and breads. Overall it was comfortable, but not exceptional.

Normally we enjoy Fairfield Hotels, but this one was a little rundown. The pool was closed due to maintenance issues and the first room we had didnt have internet. The employee at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but because we booked through Expedia there was no way to discount the room. The breakfast was subpar. Eggs were crumbly, coffee never got refilled while I was down there, and orange juice machine was down. Overall was basically a $200 place to sleep.

Hotel was clean, room was clean and bed comfortable only issues were the elevator and breakfast. The elevator was not working thankfully we only had 1 bag with us so stairs wasn't terrible. We came down for breakfast at 7:30 and the poor manger( I believe )was trying to get caught up since whoever was suppose to be there didn't show up so unfortunately there wasn't anything for breakfast but overall things were nice

We had a great check-in person at the desk and she went out of her way to be accommodating given we needed a wheelchair accessible room. The area felt safe and there was a restaurant next door that made walking to dinner a good option. The downsides were a stained shower curtain that created the perception of uncleanliness, and bathroom sink plumbing that was hanging. I expected better from a Fairfield Inn.

We are never disappointed staying at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable with restaurants near-by we can walk to. The breakfast is always plentiful with several hot choices as well as yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins and juices.

Booked a two queen room for my three kids and I. Arrived to find out they gave me a king, proceeded back to the front desk and asked them for the room I booked with two queens, was told I booked an accessible room and they don’t have that rooms that are accessible with two queen beds. I said that was fine and just needed a regular room with two queens and I just selected online whatever room they had listed and the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me they couldn’t accommodate that and they were fully booked and that they upgraded me to a king suite instead. It was ok but my two teen boys had to sleep on a really thin pull out couch mattress.

Overall the hotel is nice. There were a few issues that could be improved on. The "queen" beds were closer to full size than queen. They were extremely firm mattresses. The pillows look nice, but when laying your head on them, you will find they don't offer any support. Due to the size of bed, firmness of bed, and poor pillows, we didn't get a good night's sleep.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower head was adjustable for your comfort. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food items. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. One drawback was that we could hear the activity from the floor above us. Otherwise, very nice stay.

We checked in and asked for room service while there. The room was also humid and hot on check-in. The thermostat read 60 degrees but the temperature was actually around 70-75 degrees. This was after 30 days without ran in Ohio so there was no reason for the room to be humid. We talked to the front desk they said they'd have maintenance look at it. 3 days later the room was still hot and humid. Stacked on with the motion sensor on the thermostat it would be become even hotter making it difficult to sleep. We left 3 days into our 6 day stay. Not once did room service come clean our room. Not even just emptying the trash. Room was clean on check-in and unless you had the fan on you can hear the highway.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area and need a place to stay for the night/multiple nights. Bed is super comfortable. Bathroom is very nice. Shower is very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was the outlets, they must need to be updated as they would not work with our chargers they were very loose. And one other thing are the doors are extremely heavy.

Well, my shower was ice cold, tried several different times of day, just never got hot water! Shower stall looked new, maybe a plumbing issue? 2 lights were burned out in my room, making it dark. The only staff I saw consistently was the breakfast lady. Front desk was gone ALOT!

Nice enough, not poor, not excellent. Bed was comfortable, other furniture wasn’t really comfortable. We were hard pressed to find appropriate storage spots for luggage for 2 people. Would be perfect for a single person. Our room was not serviced, even though we spoke directly to the housekeeping staff. Staff was friendly. We went off-site for breakfast.

Staff is wonderful, very friendly. Clean hotel, and room. The general area of the hotel is very loud ( with highway and exit directly beside ) and the only food options are standard fast food style, with very small & crowded parking lots. I would only recommend staying this area if you are traveling & in need of rest… However I will look for Fairfield Inn & Suites at the top of my list when traveling elsewhere, very good experience.

Arrived late. Front desk clerk was nice, friendly and has excellent customer service skills. The room was clean and comfortable. Next door was a BBQ Diner we were able to walk to and had an excellent meal. In return to Motel we went down to dining area and was playing cards. The clerk came over asked us if we needed more lights and then turned on lights allowing me to see how bad I was loosing at cards. Very quiet all night. Good night sleep. This morning we left out early, loaded car and went back in for a nice breakfast. We had breakfast sandwiches / muffins / Coffee and milk for the road. Would recommend to anyone traveling in area.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. The oatmeal had the consistency of soup. No raisins for oatmeal. Had to ask to get dark roast coffee refilled. No regular black tea bags. Shower is very nice, but no shelf to put a razor or shower gel, no shelf to put your foot to shave comfortably, no bar inside for wash cloth or nearby outside for towels. Poor remodel design for use.

Really happy with this hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast had great options (I tried sausage patties, bacon, scrambled eggs and individually wrapped spinach quiches; there were waffles, cereals and plenty of toast, bagels and muffins too). Front desk staff was awesome; very friendly and welcoming. Loved how quiet it was and still super close to the highway. The big TV was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!
