Perfectly situatied for walking in “old” Rome. Rooms clean. Access - request elevator entry if you have many bags and / or don’t want to take the stairs. The Inn does not have 24 hr staff. Very good directions on how to enter and get keys when staff is not there. Simple breakfast of croissants, coffee, tea, small cookies, available. WIFi good. It served our needs well. Rooms that face onto the street subject to a good bit of noise all night, so if window is open for air, so is it open for noise. It took getting used to. It became part of our “Rome experience,” and I was glad for it.

PROS Our room and bathroom were clean, with all the usual amenities. Very useful having free ice-cold drinking water and tea and coffee at all times in the shared dining area (meant we never spent money on bottles of water, and could take water with us when we were sight-seeing). I think the hotel has changed what it offers for the free breakfast over time - so some of the photos of a buffet with bread and cheese etc are out-of-date. We had packaged pastries that were lovely and just enough in the morning before heading out (and eating pasta and gelato for the rest of the day!). It is free as well, so really can not complain. Location is excellent - there is a wonderful deli and bakery just next to the hotel (Volpetti dal 1870). CONS Be aware that the reception (with hotel staff) is only open until 4pm every day (despite any messages, emails or WhatsApp messages that the hotel admin might send you). Also worth noting that our room was one of the 4 that are right next to the reception desk and the staircase from the entrance - if you get one of these rooms you will hear (very clearly and loudly) anyone who comes in and out of the hotel (talking, walking up the staircase, the front door of the building) as there is no sound-proofing. We heard the people talking loudly in the room next door as well, but this is nowhere near as bad as the people coming in and out at different times in the evening and overnight.

Good: bed, free bottle of wine, location excellent if you wanted short walks to major attractions. Bad: reception rarely there and often late. Room very small. No elevator for luggage. Only one mirror in bathroom, nowhere else. Bathroom had a floor that was multi level and we had to be careful not to trip every time we were in there. Would we stay there again? Not if there were modern alternatives.

Excellent and convenient location walkable to all the city! They contacted us before our arrival to let us know the code to go in and there was en envelope waiting for us with all the information we needed! The room was nice and cozy and there is a lounge you can use at any time!

Well, let’s start with the hours of front desk. They are only there till 4 PM. Also, there is no bar United states on your website. coffee in the common area that was broken if you could find the common area because no one was there to show you around if you arrived after 4 PM. No complementary bottle of wine as you stated on your website. Positive location cause they’re security outside otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The housekeeper who was there early tried to help with the coffee pot. She was another positive. So if you don’t know, you arrive to a gigantic flight of steps because how would you find the elevator? This was the worst experience. You cannot claim to be a better breakfast if you don’t even have coffee.

The location is convenient but not very obvious. Short walk to the Pantheon. Reception is nice but only there until 4pm. It is not a normal hotel operation but instead a collection of restored rooms on the 2nd floor of a small building. Not quite a BnB either. The room had good ac with a mini split that worked well. I would not say that the room and location justify the price, but the market will determine this.

I really liked how safe and secure the property was. It was also sort of hidden, which I enjoyed. The property was very clean, and all staff members I spoke to were very kind. I truly enjoyed my stay, and if I am ever back in Rome, I will be sure to return.

Checkin was straight forward and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Towels available. There is a lounge area where water, tea and coffee is available. Location is amazing, you can get around to all areas easily. It's a little noisy with other rooms and cleaning.

Such a cute little boutique hotel located in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Vatican, Piazza Navona, great dining options and most of the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are on the smaller side, but who goes to Rome to sit in your room? We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. Walkable to most famous sites. A lot of restaurants nearby. Clean room but the pictures in the website is VERY DECEIVING! The staff especially, Luca, was wonderful and made the stay comfortable.

Nice apartment room in a great location walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi, shopping, dinning. The room itself was great, staff were helpful and welcoming. The room walls are paper thin - we could hear the girl in the room next to us talking on the phone all night and could actually hear the person talking on the other end as well lol.. it was like she was in our room - very strange and annoying. Didnt like that they only give you new towels every 3 days unless you pay more, at the price we paid for the room we expect clean towels everyday especially because we showered 3 times a day from the crazy heat in Rome. Wouldnt stay here again due to that.

The location was great for being around everything walkable. But the rooms walls were SO THIN. We woke up every single time someone left, or came up the stairs, or closed their room door. Luckily we were only there for a night. The staff was very nice and helpful which was great.

This property and the reception was wonderful. Very close to most everything and very quaint. Highly recommend! The reception person, Gabriele, was extremely cordial and very, very helpful. He took the time and was able to help us reschedule transfers due to the Italian transit strike. We truly appreciated him very much! Thank you Gabriele! Book your stay here! The location is convenient but not very obvious. Short walk to the Pantheon. Reception is nice but only there until 4pm. It is not a normal hotel operation but instead a collection of restored rooms on the 2nd floor of a small building. Not quite a BnB either. The room had good ac with a mini split that worked well. I would not say that the room and location justify the price, but the market will determine this.

Overall a great stay in a great hotel in a great location in Rome. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to see and it was an easy jumping off point to see the rest of the city. The man who checked us in was one of the best. He already had all of our rooms ready and everything set up so we could check in quick and easy.

This property is in a great location, there's so much to do nearby. We were able to walk nearly every where we went. Checkin and checkout was easy and the staff were great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback is the street is noisy at night, my partner had a hard time sleeping but I didn't notice.

Would highly recommend staying here. The staff is amazing and go out of the way to help you with anything you need. Dulcis Inn is centrally located and we walked to the coliseum and Vatican. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The hotel is small and convenient for solo travelers. The area is very safe. There are police outside the street stationed. Very close to pantheon, plaza novena and 14 minutes walk to trevi fountain or plaza del Popolo. I walked to trastevere which was 20 minutes walk. I talk to the bus 8 minutes where you can take the bus to Roma termini or the colesum. The room was clean and the check in was seamless. I came in early and they stored by luggage until my room was ready. Overall excellent for for the price. I travel often to Rome and Italy and this hotel was really convenient and affordable.

Checkin was straight forward and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Towels available. There is a lounge area where water, tea and coffee is available. Location is amazing, you can get around to all areas easily. It's a little noisy with other rooms and cleaning.

Very cute little hotel within walkimg distance of the Patheon, Piazza Navina and the Trevi foutain. 25 minute walk to Vatican. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Perfectly situatied for walking in “old” Rome. Rooms clean. Access - request elevator entry if you have many bags and / or don’t want to take the stairs. The Inn does not have 24 hr staff. Very good directions on how to enter and get keys when staff is not there. Simple breakfast of croissants, coffee, tea, small cookies, available. WIFi good. It served our needs well. PROS Our room and bathroom were clean, with all the usual amenities. Very useful having free ice-cold drinking water and tea and coffee at all times in the shared dining area (meant we never spent money on bottles of water, and could take water with us when we were sight-seeing). I think the hotel has changed what it offers for the free breakfast over time - so some of the photos of a buffet with bread and cheese etc are out-of-date. We had packaged pastries that were lovely and just enough in the morning before heading out (and eating pasta and gelato for the rest of the day!). It is free as well, so really can not complain. Location is excellent - there is a wonderful deli and bakery just next to the hotel (Volpetti dal 1870). CONS Be aware that the reception (with hotel staff) is only open until 4pm every day (despite any messages, emails or WhatsApp messages that the hotel admin might send you). Also worth noting that our room was one of the 4 that are right next to the reception desk and the staircase from the entrance - if you get one of these rooms you will hear (very clearly and loudly) anyone who comes in and out of the hotel (talking, walking up the staircase, the front door of the building) as there is no sound-proofing. We heard the people talking loudly in the room next door as well, but this is nowhere near as bad as the people coming in and out at different times in the evening and overnight.

Simple yet comfortable place to stay. The front door was hard to find at first because the sign on the door is quite small, but you’ll eventually find it (there is a blue-lit keypad on the left side). There are probably only 6ish rooms here so there’s not a lot of traffic - very quiet. No breakfast spread but there are a bunch of cute cafes nearby that do breakfast and beyond. The staff were so kind and even left us some wine glasses when they noticed we bought a bottle. Overall the location for this price was marvelous. It’s a 10 minute walk to the pantheon, 15 to Trevi fountain and about 30 to the colosseum. Overall would recommend!

I stayed in the only twin/single room (Py) and was very happy with the size, AC and high speed Internet. The noise from above apt footsteps and next door guests was sporadic. The two double rooms next door were getting full remodel/makeovers the days I stayed. That was good to see because I was told they are adding a sound barrier. I would stay here again, great staff and superb location, minute walks to everything you want to see.

Pæne rene rummelige værelser. God seng og god service af det søde personale. Tak til Luca. Vi havde værelse 106 mod gade med en del trafik. Vinduet tog det meste af lyden. Husk ørepropper alligevel, da værelserne ikke er lydtætte. Mulighed for god kaffe og en croissant, samt hygge og ro i gårdhaven. Beliggenhed perfekt, vi kommer gerne igen.
