The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so the bathroom filled with steam almost instantly. The pool was filthy (you could see dirt on the bottom & sides, as well as a hairball floating). And the supports on our bed frame were broken so we kept falling to the middle of the bed. It wouldn’t be a big issue when there’s one person, but a huge problem when there are 2.

No hotwater for showers. Housekeeping there until 7pm. Sheets on bed wrong or shrunk wouldn’t stay on bed. Dead bug on curtain, mold by tub, toilet not anchored down. Pool inoperable. Lady was nice. Refunded and we went across the street to Drury!

Rear entrance - near our room - was unlocked, no security lock. Open to the public. Adjoining lot is junky.

Property appears to have been recently constructed and so is mostly in good condition. Lobby is attractive; swimming pool and exercise room were both tiny and uninviting. Daily breakfast was excellent. No HVAC units were running on the 2nd floor hallway, which was therefore warm and humid; ditto for the elevator. The HVAC unit in our room needs to have its temperature recalibrated. Immediate surroundings of the hotel are pretty bleak.

Friendly staff and overall areas were fine, but we were disappointed that housekeeping was not on a daily basis, the tv channels were very limited and the pool was very dirty and unusable. With the hot weather conditions we were looking forward to a late afternoon-evening swim, but this was not possible. If we would have known this, we would have looked for another place to stay.

The facility was nice and the staff were helpful. The only problem is that the location did not have adequate parking and it was situated alongside a gas station without clear designation as to which areas were allowed for hotel guests, with the exception of spaces directly behind the building.

The breakfast area was very nicely done and the lady running it was very plesant and kept everything stocked and clean. The pool was was unkept and had no towels. And the pool itself is in need of a resurfacing. Windows in the pool area need to open to let eyewatering chlorine smell out. The room had hair on the carpet and the shower had mold on the grout and stains on the wall near the toilet.the toilet rocked back and forth. Overall management should have some oversight on these issues. Thank you for asking.

The property was cleam and in good conditions. The major issue I had is after I checked out and went to the elevator to go to my romm on the 4th floor I find it to not be working. The personal should have told me the elevator was not working. I had to take my luggage up to the 4th floor. I would not had stayed there if I had known.

The room was clean, but the carpet had stains. The bathroom had rust around the door and tub.breakfast was ok, didn’t have coffee ready and kept running out. Staff was friendly

Got bed bugs

Want my money back. Had bed bugs and door would not lock.

The noise around the hotel was loud and the location was sketchy. There was mold in the bathroom shower and carpet was damp.

On one side of the hotel was a factory blowing out pollution, and on the other side in a shared parking lot was a gas station with a lot of loitering happening. The staff was unfriendly and one woman was downright rude. There was a vape in the pullout couch bed and the bathroom was dirty.

Carpets were worn bedskirt was dirty. Bathroom ceiling was peeling the bottom of the door in the bathroom and gotten wet and it was peeling. Never anyone at the front desk needed a complete overhaul.

First room AC didn’t work. Moved to another room. Carpet felt damp and was stained. The little freezer was jammed with a ziploc of frozen something that I could hardly get out. It needed defrosted. Cleaning rag left in shower, bugs in shower and bathroom. Hair in sink and shower, and floor behind the door. Bar of soap left in shower from last occupant. Beds comforter was lumpy.

Our room was disgusting- clearly not cleaned- the toilet had huge poop stains all over it.

First room the sink filled up & wouldn’t drain. We switched to a different room. In 2nd room, after we had gone to bed, the toilet leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work, so went to front desk. They came up to look at the problem. We then had to move to our 3rd room. Overall, felt all rooms were not clean and hotel not well maintained. The lobby area looks nice and appears to be clean but the three rooms we were in not clean/maintained. Would not stay here again and probably not choose this chain elsewhere based on this stay.

Walls had of spots that needed to be painted. Our room’s bathroom toilet paper holder needed repair and a.c was very loud!

The air conditioning was not working properly. It don’t get very cold in the room. Upon booking, it states you could choose one day for unlimited beverages, but there was only water to choose from. Also, there was a very large dip in the floor of our room. Not sure why or how it was there, but was a tripping hazard.

Room could use updates. No desk chair. Entry light didn't work. Light above bed didn't work. Couldn't shut curtain tight. Bathroom bulb out. No TV guide.

Half the lights in our room didn't work, the bathroom was poorly lit...borderline dark, the shower was terrible, and the pillows were awful. The parking lot was not big enough either. We had to park on the side...technically not in a parking spot. Staff said the hotel is due for a remodel this year. The breakfast was so so...not much selection. Worst Country Inn and Suites we have ever stayed at.

Other than the room being small it was a fabulous stay. Good breakfast for the kiddos.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The immediate surrounding area wasn't particularly quiet or pretty. The hotel itself was great! It was very clean and new

Staff were super sweet and accommodating. Comfy bed, pretty clean room, decent breakfast. The bathroom had a pretty pungent odor that I couldn't locate, which was alarming. Had to keep the door shut to keep it from entering the room. It didn't appear unclean, maybe the water was the issue? There was also a smoke alarm directly over the bed that flashed all night, and the black out curtains don't really black anything out. I have little kids which is really the only reason any of these things were bothersome. Overall I'd come back, but probably immediately request a different room if the smell was apparent again.

Was there for work. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was a little lumpy but not bad

This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were very nice. The woman who works overnight is the best by far. She was super friendly and was able to make suggestions on places to go and places for dinner. All in all great experience and would definitely stay again.

This is legit complaint. We got to front desk at 10:30 pm. Check in and go to 419. Get off the elevator and a guy in shorts and tank asks what room we are in he will help find it. I said no. He says he is off duty maintenance manager. I said no thanks. He followed us to 419 where I was ready to defend myself and wife as he was following us. Go to room 419 and a lady, the guys girlfriend or wife is in our room waiting for him. Guy says sorry and we can have room 425. Just give him the keys and he will go change for us. I said no this all seems weird and we will go down and fix ourselves. He immediately starts panic texting someone. Front desk apologizes and changes our room to 2nd floor and said this shouldn’t happen. We are in bed about an hour later and all of a sudden someone knocks. I get up and is a night shift person giving us a bag of chips and bottle of water for inconvenience and a note saying come back and she will comp our room next time. We literally will never go there again. Felt very unsafe with guy being weird about the room and also upset that I spoke with front desk in the morning and she was like oh yeah I gave him a room. I told her very unsafe to send my wife and I up to an occupied room. She really didn’t care.

How the staff treats you is a breath of fresh air compared to what some other hotels act

The room somehow had not been cleaned by housekeeping, so the front desk lady (only person on premises) said we should go to dinner and she would clean it while we were gone. She was very apologetic and nice.

The entire expert was sub par. Breakfast offerings were terrible they didn’t put me in a room that I booked and had no options to change and my closet door was not connected to the hinges and fell a room to the other wall. I reported this and was told there were no other options. Staff at front desk was rude. When I asked for linens for the sofa bed I was told “not sure if we have any but you need to come down the front desk to check”. Will not stay again. Very disappointed.

Check-in was delayed but all worked out and stay was good

The property was very nice, there was a problem with the door, we told them and someone came right up to see what the problem was. Was a little isolated, there was freeway access. We would stay again.

Location was between a huge factory and a gas station, so not the greatest, but it was safe and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

It is conveniently located off the interstate. There is a gas station/convenience store next door. Lots of food options in the area. Short trip to historic downtown.

Excellent service. Hotel is in same parking lot as gas station which was surprising.

This property was great, and continently close to the testing center for the NCLEX!

The hotel seemed like it was updated not too long ago, which was OK. However, it's located right next to a gas station and there was a group of "crotch rocket" motorcycle riders that hung out in the back lot of the station outside our hotel window and they just kept meeting up there and revving their engines. Also a power plant outside the back of the hotel.

This facility is near many of the tourist sites. It’s easy to get in and off of main highways from this location. Breakfast is always well done.

One of the better free breakfasts at hotels. Quite a few options.

This was a very very basic hotel and I do not believe it is up to standard. Staff was friendly, competent. The coffee was awful, breakfast merely OK, but the condition of the place showed it was dated and really needs updating.

The breakfast was good, coffee was not. The room had some garbage on the floor but wasn’t a big deal. My biggest issue is when I went to turn on the light the outlet sparked and the pictures show what the outlet looked like afterwards. That was scary. The bed was comfortable. They provided no sheets or anything for the pullout bed which was slightly inconvenient.

Everything was good. Hot breakfast, lots of choices in the breakfast area. Lots of seating and everything was kept clean. Enjoyed being able to have coffee and tea 24 hours. The only issues we encountered were not having a shower curtain and the ice machine on the third floor was not working. I was given a shower curtain when I asked at the front desk.

The room was comfortable and the front desk staff was nice but the breakfast was unattended and so by 9am (open until 10:30) there was no food and the area was a mess.

Decent hotel, lackluster breakfast

A nice place to stay. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The first morning breakfast was almost out at 7:15. It took a while for more to come out. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Second and third mornings were better, but still had to wait for refills.
