Me encantó que diario nos limpiaban la habitación y que si hubiera elevador. Al principio no me gustó que no tuviéramos botella de agua ni amenidades como shampoo, acondicionador y cremita en el baño. Después ya me acostumbré y ya no me molestó. Geo en Recepción puede ser un poco más amable, el resto del staff, muy bien, incluyendo a los 2 chicos. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, con transportación publica, autobuses, taxis, etc. El Restaurant La Traviata muy bueno y con una vista espectacular. La próxima vez pienso reservar la Junior Suite, pues mi habitación no tenía ni balcón, ni terraza y tampoco vista al mar 😒. Algo que si deben arreglar, es no tener servicio de cable en la tv. El último día, la tv ya no agarraba nada. En general, todo bien, 9 de 10.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The pool area is lovely as well. The staff, specially Daniel, is wonderful and knowledgable! This is NOT an adults only hotel tho. There were children screaming everywhere at all times of the day.

Was very clean, but there was no hot water. It is difficult to enter with lots of luggage, you have to go on the street to enter the front doors. Signage was bad. Had to walk around to find front door. Was very noisy on 4th floor do to restaurant above.

This little hotel is a great deal for the price! Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, and with lots of great restaurants, street food, and cafes nearby. The building is old and a bit outdated, but bright and cute. It is kept extremely clean and has everything you need. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the sound from the room next door and from the hallway - if you're a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs. Otherwise a very nice stay!

A good hotel in a great location. Off of the main street so minimal traffic noise - something to be said for PV! Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Large rooms - I had a balcony. Great value for money. I'd stay here again.

Central location easy walking distance to malecon or las versailles. Road is cobbled and rough so not easy to cross. Close to main road for transport ie bus but not noisy. Staff is very nice and helpful. Building is authentic mexican vibe, clean and functional. Some rooms have kitchenette for longer stays. If you want an authentic mexican hotel, this would be a good choice. Lots of food options at your doorsstep.

Really disappointed in this hotel. Absolutely no amenities other than WiFi and parking. No TV, no toiletries, and not even a continental breakfast, had to ask for drinking glasses. I realize this is Mexico so didn’t expect a coffee maker, microwave or fridge. The sewer/urine smell was nauseating (never went away, was continuous). The only positive thing was it was clean. Experienced lovely music from neighbouring restaurant. Given the price was comparable to other hotels, I was hoping for similar amenities. I would not go back.

Very clean place to stay. It said maid service only once during our 7 night stay but we had someone come daily which was great. Only thing i would recommend is not to stay on the 4th floor...its too noisy when people leave the roof top restaurant. Also, would have liked to have a small fridge as well as a coffee maker in the room.

The room was a bear bones room. there was. only 2 towels no shampoo or other bathroom stuff. 2 Glases no water had to go to the lobby and get it from the dispencer there. Traffic noise was horible and the garbage truk kam every night at 2am to cleanu the trash on the street.

Excellent deal cost wise, they allowed me to check in early after a particularly bad experience with an airbnb (how to make last minute plans) added bonus to front desk let me check in quite a bit early to accommodate me great stay very comfortable bed friendly staff

The hotel was simply do it yourself. No shampoo, no room cleaning, no attention to guests. AC doesn’t change the temp, it’s always blowing cold, the guest at the restaurant are super loud and the workers as well so you can rest after 12am. Simply an awful experience.

This little hotel is a great deal for the price! Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, and with lots of great restaurants, street food, and cafes nearby. The building is old and a bit outdated, but bright and cute. It is kept extremely clean and has everything you need. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the sound from the room next door and from the hallway - if you're a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs. Otherwise a very nice stay!

A good hotel in a great location. Off of the main street so minimal traffic noise - something to be said for PV! Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Large rooms - I had a balcony. Great value for money. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The pool area is lovely as well. The staff, specially Daniel, is wonderful and knowledgable! This is NOT an adults only hotel tho. There were children screaming everywhere at all times of the day.

Overall, this is a great location in Cinco de Diciembre. We are able to walk to many locations. There is an excellent restaurant with great view on site. Our only complaint was that we never seemed to find the time when shower was warm.

The room was a bear bones room. there was. only 2 towels no shampoo or other bathroom stuff. 2 Glases no water had to go to the lobby and get it from the dispencer there. Traffic noise was horible and the garbage truk kam every night at 2am to cleanu the trash on the street.

Central location easy walking distance to malecon or las versailles. Road is cobbled and rough so not easy to cross. Close to main road for transport ie bus but not noisy. Staff is very nice and helpful. Building is authentic mexican vibe, clean and functional. Some rooms have kitchenette for longer stays. If you want an authentic mexican hotel, this would be a good choice. Lots of food options at your doorsstep.

Was very clean, but there was no hot water. It is difficult to enter with lots of luggage, you have to go on the street to enter the front doors. Signage was bad. Had to walk around to find front door. Was very noisy on 4th floor do to restaurant above.

Me encantó que diario nos limpiaban la habitación y que si hubiera elevador. Al principio no me gustó que no tuviéramos botella de agua ni amenidades como shampoo, acondicionador y cremita en el baño. Después ya me acostumbré y ya no me molestó. Geo en Recepción puede ser un poco más amable, el resto del staff, muy bien, incluyendo a los 2 chicos. La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, con transportación publica, autobuses, taxis, etc. El Restaurant La Traviata muy bueno y con una vista espectacular. La próxima vez pienso reservar la Junior Suite, pues mi habitación no tenía ni balcón, ni terraza y tampoco vista al mar 😒. Algo que si deben arreglar, es no tener servicio de cable en la tv. El último día, la tv ya no agarraba nada. En general, todo bien, 9 de 10.

Very clean place to stay. It said maid service only once during our 7 night stay but we had someone come daily which was great. Only thing i would recommend is not to stay on the 4th floor...its too noisy when people leave the roof top restaurant. Also, would have liked to have a small fridge as well as a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel was simply do it yourself. No shampoo, no room cleaning, no attention to guests. AC doesn’t change the temp, it’s always blowing cold, the guest at the restaurant are super loud and the workers as well so you can rest after 12am. Simply an awful experience.

You need to work with hotels and have them clearly specify when reserving with you when room in an interior room with no outside windows. Shame on you. I have ran into this several times with you. It’s a poor reflection on hotels com. Something so simple that you can’t seem to handle.
