Staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Rooms and amenities were very good, four star plus. We would come back from a day of sight seeing and be perfectly content to relax in the courtyard or bar of the hotel which both have very a very nice atmosphere.

This was my husband and I's favourite hotel on our Italy trip! The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a parking solution, and the hotel itself was unique and beautiful. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. It's worth it! The breakfasts were also delicious and high-quality. Some other things to take note of before booking is that there is no on-site parking, and I don't think there's an elevator.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches, hilfsbereiten Personal und super Lage in Rom. Mit der Tram ca 15 Minuten zum Kolosseum. Die Tramstation ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Viertel Trastevere mit sehr guten Essmöglichkeiten ist in ca. 10 Minuten per Tram erreichbar. Vom Bahnhof Trastevere kommt man in 30 Minuten zum Flughafen Fiumicino. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Aufzug (klein) vorhanden. Das Frühstück war nicht spektakulär aber durchaus in Ordnung. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: einige Zimmer liegen über der Küche des Restaurants. Essensgerüche lassen sich nicht ausschließen.

Seriously... if i could rate this hotel more than 5 I would. The staff is amazing. Hotel super clean. Free parking. My 2 boys loved it. Highly highly recommend!!!! Check out pizzeria restaurant on the corner. Absolutely delish. Breakfast awesome as well!

We only stayed 1 night and for that one night it served our purpose. Therefore, we can’t comment on all their amenities. Room was clean, front desk were friendly and quick to reserve a taxi for our departure for the very next day. They even left us a breakfast package as we checked out cuz we were checking out too early to take advantage of their included breakfast. And if someone is just spending 1 night (like us) there are enough dining options for dinner. In fact, the hotel offers a very cozy aperativo lounge and literally attached to the hotel is Bistro Giano-fantastic!!! Especially if you love seafood.

The hotel itself is really nice and looks upscale, staff are attentive, and helpful, They have restaurant, and bar. They helped us arrange our taxi service because our flight was 6am. We arranged a 3am taxi. And the taxi price was not even 50 euro. Room we had was big and has a kitchenette. Thanks for the wonderful time

Smelly room. Had to be changed rooms twice. Did not clean out room 2 days in a row. Also, we had to sleep in the room without AC for two days. We booked the excursion tour at the hotel, but they didn’t give us full explanation about the meeting place. It cost us 44 Euros to go back and forth between the destination place and the booking office.

Clean and modern hotel, had a cute patio out in front. Location is not that close to the city but the tram stop was right in front and it was about a 25 min ride for only a couple of euro. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The property was great and I loved the location, in a nice non-touristy neighborhood, but short bus ride to any attraction. We booked a room with a queen bed and a twin bed, and they gave me a room with 1 king sized bed. I didn’t see any free breakfast, but I also didn’t ask. The key to get into the room was very difficult to use. The second night the ac stopped working and the room was very hot, I asked multiple times for help, I eventually downloaded the LG user manual myself and fixed the thermostat myself. All in all I would stay again, property was nice, restaurant on site. I just didnt think the 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly or helpful.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars on everything, except the room was very warm and stuffy and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, even though it was quite warm outside. We were told to turn off the heat and open the window. This wasn’t possible due to a lot of noise from outside. Otherwise, would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Zaccardi. The staff was helpful, and kind. Our room was comfortable, although slightly noisey as we were facing the main road out front. It’s not bothersome once you get used to it and once the doors on the patio are shut it muffles out a lot of the sounds. There is public transport (buses and trams) right outside the hotel which makes it super convenient for getting around. No need to Uber or taxi unless you have time constraints.

Alexandra did a wonderful job in accommodating all of our requests,from looking after shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to looking after and arranging our baggage taken up to our room and then back down again. She is a very efficient and pleasant person. All of the other hotel staff were equally accommodating. The food in the breakfast cafe was wonderful..probably the best breakfast we have encountered in a hotel stay. As well the meals in the main restaurant were very good. it was a very fresh and new hotel. furniture , bathrooms and rooms were very lovely. Breakfast was slightly poor and need some more variety. Location was good, quite near to buss stops and tram line 8 though it takes almost 30 minutes by tram to reach Piazza Venizia (city center).

Nice hotel, staff were fantastic. Restaurant attached was nice. Sound travelled in the hotel which meant it was louder then we would have liked but facilities were great. The area it’s located in is not great, not much dining, or anything you’d like to do, but that was to be expected. Pleased with our choice of hotel overall.

Villa Zaccardi is a beautiful little hotel conveniently located on both a tram line and multiple bus lines that take you directly into the city centre, or to the main train station. There is a substantial buffet breakfast included which boasts more than the standard Italian breakfast fare. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious featuring WiFi access and a room safe. The room we had was on the 2nd floor facing the street and is well sound proofed against the noise that comes from the street ensuring we slept well. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. There are numerous local authentic dining options in easy walking distance, a particular favourite of ours was La Taverna Pizzeria Bisteccheria - a little gem where we enjoyed a few dinners. Overall we were very impressed during our stay and should we visit Rome again we will definitely look to stay at Villa Zaccardi.

Villa Zaccardi has a friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable of their services and has an answer to every questions asked. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. They make fresh coffee everytime we dine. There was one particular morning that they provided us "to go" breakfast bags when they learned that we had to leave early for our tour. That service was exceptional. Thank you Villa Zaccardi for your kindness and good service.

Would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast had variety and was well stocked. The area around the hotel had non-touristy dining options. There was parking down the street from the hotel for a fee, but worth it, and they allowed us to leave our bags so we could go explore the city. We were also able to get laundry done since we were backpacking.
