部屋がとてもおしゃれでした。1階の入り口がわかりにくく、ロビーも狭いですが、フロントがしっかりあるので安心感があります。 部屋は明かりの付け方がわかりにくかったです。シャワーやトイレは1人であれば使いやすいです。

You can tell the property was old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well even with early morning construction noises just next to the hotel. The room was dark even during the day, but I was gone most of the time do it's fine. The bathroom lights shut off on it's own after 30 min or so. I had to turn it back on if I was getting ready in there. It was close to bus and train stations, markets, and restaurants. They do charge for ice. Overall, it was a decent stay in one if the better rooms I've stayed in.

I did enjoy my stay at the hotel the staff are very helpful, even the cleaning staff despite English not being their first language we were able to communicate with the little Korean language I could speak. The receptionist and concierge are also very helpful and courteous. I know we foreigner are used for hotel staff smiling we have to be mindful that southKorea is different when it come to this they don’t smile that’s much but them mean well and will great you when ever they see you. I also want to thank the staff that helped printed my homework he was extremely helpful. The only down side is that they was a construction beside the hotel I got to be aware of it after booking the hotel but I decided not to cancel as I feel they noise won’t be too much since the rooms were sound proof, the minibar is not the same as you expect it to be and also the lounge closed down. Will I lodge again yes I love the location and hotel.

펜트하루스 파티룸에서 가족끼리 2박3일로 보냈네요~ 숙소 가성비는 최고였다고 말할 수 있어요~ 가족단위도 좋겠지만, 성인 6명 정도 모이면 더 재미나게 보낼 수 있을것 같았어요. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 조식이 뷔페가 아니였다는 점. 1박은 좋았는데, 2박째도 같은 조식을 먹으려니 메뉴선택이 없다는 점이 ㅠㅠ 그 외에는 서비스부터 모든것 만족합니다.

Staff was good. My kids loved the room and the jacuzzi.

Very beautiful and clean room. Everything you need laundry and kitchen was super helpful. Staff was kind, polite and helpful. Less touristy area away from the main hub of that’s what your looking for.

Lofts hotel boutique is right in the center of many things , trains , subways, buses and 30mins away from Gympo international airport on line 5. Hotel is very well designed, modern, clean and high class location with many restaurants, coffee shops. So it is one of the best locations without high cost for stays. Hotel is very classy design, small petite but very unique and beautiful inside out. Just little small front desks , small waiting rooms and the front desks customers service not very comfortable to engage conversation with foreigners customers. Beside of that need to improve then the hotel is highly recommended.

The staff are lovely, I can’t stress enough that the following review doesn’t reflect in the staff but the owners! The rooms a good size and it’s close to public transport. But there is building work on 3 sides, construction sounds start at 7am and this is long term work that will go on for years. Whilst the rooms are relatively clean, the duvet covers had holes in and are clearly needing to be replaced. The free load of washing came back with some of my items discoloured so whoever the company they use are, they have never heard of a cool wash for mixed colours. The jacuzzis have the large jets turned off for safety reasons. Also when I booked it said I would have an outside patio or balcony. There was an inside patio style area in my room but definitely not outdoor patio or balcony. In fact there is no area like that on 3 sides of the building so this was false advertising. The outside area out the front of the hotel would be so much nicer if they put a mosquito repellent out there. I got 40 bites sitting out there with friends in one night. My legs were a mess. As others have said the rooms are very dark. I used one of the lamps angled towards a mirror to do my make up as it’s so dark, you can’t do it otherwise. The bar and restaurant closes at 3pm and not late night as it says and the menu very limited. There are signs celebrating NYE for 2yes ago on the building. I feel like the owners have stopped caring and it’s just the staff doing the best they can.

가성비가 좋습니다. 타 호텔에 비해 방이 넓습니다. 주차장도 있지만 대중교통 접근성과 주변 식당도 너무 좋습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. ^^

Buena ubicación y personal atento. Hay algunas cosas que están renovadas y otras que necesitan renovarse, como las alfombras de los pasillos.

This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting — it smelled strongly of both urine and cigarettes. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, and it felt unhygienic to even use the facilities. Since it was just one night, I reluctantly kept the room, but the experience was unacceptable. What made matters worse was that the hotel made no effort to address the issue, offer compensation, or even acknowledge the problem. The complete disregard for guest comfort and cleanliness is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other options where basic cleanliness, respect for non-smoking rules, and customer care are actually taken seriously. This property clearly does not prioritize its guests.

The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean. We loved the neighborhood as well!

「清潔さ」と「スタッフとサービス」を⭐︎４にしたのは、廊下のカーペットの汚れが酷すぎる点と、3泊の連泊中に一度もトイレのゴミが捨てられていなかった点てす。その他は不満なく、何なら今までソウルに宿泊したホテルのうちで1番部屋も広くて使いやすかったです。ありがとうございました。

이가격대에 괜찮아요 위치도 좋고 하지만 침구와 화장실 등에 머리카락을 많이 본 점이 너무 별로였어요 두번째 방문인데 처음이 너무 좋았나 아쉬움이 커요. 직원들은 다들 너무 좋으세요

立地もアクセスも非常に良かったのですが、他にも書いてる方がいらっしゃったと思いますが部屋が大分暗いです。慣れればOKかもですが。 あとお風呂場付近の証明がセンサー式でエコなのはいいのですがシャワー中に消えてしまい焦りました。それ以外は部屋も広く過ごしやすかったです。

The room was spacey and clean but it was very dark and nearly impossible to get fresh air in. We booked a twin bed room and wasn't aware that the only window was in the bathroom so we basically hadn't any daylight in the room. The reception room also had no daylight so we called the hotel "our little bunker". The staff was always friendly and the location is awesome! Any kind of shops around and only a few steps to the bus or metro station.

部屋は広いが、フロント・廊下・室内ととにかく暗い。コンセプトだと思うが、せめて室内は必要に応じて明るくできるように照明器具を増やして欲しい。暗すぎて…妙にどんよりとした憂鬱な気持ちになりかかった。 ベッドはフカフカでとても気持ちよく、快眠できた。鏡は小さく不便だったがアメニティもは充実、トイレ・バスも別、各種充電コードやパソコンも置いてあった。 ホテルの隣の建物が工事中で、ホテル近くの歩道が歩きにくかった。近くにコンビニや美味しいスンデクッのお店あり、堂山駅からホテルまでの道も飲食店やカフェが多い。

The housekeeping service was excellent, the front desk friendly, the neighborhood convenient. My only dissatisfaction was with the soundproofing, which is insufficient for the noise of construction during the day and the passionate cries of romantic neighbors at night.

Suite was big and clean. Like the Jacuzzi area. Except they need to replace AC unit. It was loud.

Room was great and the jacuzzi bath is a must to use and relaxing but takes a while to fill up. Very clean but seems to be the Korean way. Staff at reception was great and helpful. Metro station is 5 mins walk and quick to get to landmarks. Only problem with my room really was the window as it shows a newly built block literally few feet away. Other than that would book again

Staff were very pleasant & accommodating!

The style of the hotel is great but we have a terrible experience! We came to this hotel before 16:00, so we left the luggage there and went for a walk. When we back to the hotel after dinner (20:00 or later, I dont remember the exact time), the staff return the luggage to us and thats it. He looks confused when we stand there to wait for his action. We are confused too because we haven’t got the room key! maybe the staff is new? You wont expect what coming next. We are given the wrong room key! The room was clearly occupied by someone as we could see there was luggage in the room. Fine, we told the staff and he gave us the correct room quickly. The decorations of the room is great. The room is big and the bed is quite comfortable, but its a bit old. The bathtub is full of scratches and the metal parts are rusted. The coating of the air conditioner panel is detached. The clothings are packed in a plastic bag but when we take out the clothing there are a few hair inside it😵\u200d💫.

There was a construction next to the hotel, so you could not sleep well. Most of the staff at the reception did not speak English

Amazing staff and amazing place will come back next time.

Das Personal war einfach spitze , da ich kaum Englisch spreche geschweige von Koreanisch wurde mir sehr Freundlich mit translator weitergeholfen . Das zimmer war spitze , sehr groß und gemütlich, habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde dieses Hotel auf alle fälle weiterempfehlen. Auch die Möglichkeit in der Umgebung nach 23 uhr essen zu gehen war möglich was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Mit der Metro war man in ca 1std am Airport . Man kann sagen das man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell überhall hon kommen konnte , ws für mich auch ein Pluspunkt war . Im ganzen kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und wenn ich wieder mal Urlaub in Seoul mache ,werde ich schauen ob das Hotel verfügbar ist .

Proche des quartiers animès de Myeongdong, Hongdae, Anguk ou le palais gyeongbokgung. 10min/20 de metro max de tous les sites principaux. A pieds. Des dizaines de Restau, supermarchès, 7eleven, mac do, kfc,etc tout autour... Seul Bèmol ils m'ont fais payer 40 000 wons Supplèmetaires pour un early check in à partir de 12H. Le check in est à 16h chez eux. Notre Vol Air France 267 arrive a 7H du matin le temps d'arriver de l'aeroport à l'hôtel pour le check in.1H40/2h. A 9h ns sommes arrivès au front desk. Avons attendu ds un restaurant proche jusque 12H en laissant nos bagages au lobby. Après 11H30 de vol + la.fatigue èt Et sans compter la chaleur ècrasante de la saison ce fût très compliquè. Un petit geste eût ètè appreciable en ce sens. Pour voyager partout dans le monde, le dernier en date à Los Angeles avec 3 H d avance ils m ont laisser la chambre à dispo sachant qu elle ètais prête sans surtaxe. Je eux comprendre si c 'est 6 à 7H en avance. Mais sinon Hotel parfait.

The room was bigger size than most hotel rooms and the staff was amazing. Helpful and very nice. Honestly will be my future stay each time I'm in Seoul! We stayed 15 nights and they include laundry and only cleaned our room when we wanted it cleaned.

깨끗하고 쾌적한 객실로 업그레이드 해 주어 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 2호선 당산역과 9호선 선유도역이 가까이 있어 접근성도 매우 좋았습니자.

房間很整潔很大，地點很近地鐵站，而且附近食店和便利店很多，十分方便。

駅から5分くらいで近くバス路線豊富なので移動に便利

このホテルの利用は2度目になります。どちらもスーペリアダブルルームの利用でしたが、部屋も広く、部屋の雰囲気も一般的なホテルとは違っていて好きです。シャワーなどの水圧もとても良いです。 金浦空港の利用がある方は9号線が最寄り駅になるので、空港までの行き帰りが楽です。9号線は急行も運行しているので、江南地域までの移動も楽です。最寄り駅である堂山駅にはエスカレーターがあるので、スーツケースでの移動も楽です。 ただ、ソウル市中心部でたくさん買い物をした後、一旦ホテルまで置きに戻るには遠いです。そこだけ不便さを感じますが、堂山駅は2号線の駅でもあるので、いろんな場所への移動に不便は感じません。（2号線は日本では山手線のような路線です） 部屋の掃除をしてくださる方も感じの良い方でした。

2号線と９号線が通っているし、ヨイドにも近い。オタ活にはいいかもしれません。 ただお風呂の浴槽がちゃんとした囲いもなくおいてあるので、気心知れた友達とならいいかもです。脱衣場ないからね。 日本語話せるスタッフさんもいました。、

Great location and price, for a clean and safe hotel. Next to train lines 2 and 9, easy to get to many major spots in Seoul. Been here twice now, no complaints.

Hotel Loft exceeded most of my expectations. The room itself was quite large, and the exposed brick gave it a unique flair. Service was great and my room was expertly cleaned every day. And the location was terrific — close to the subway and a ton of restaurants, convenience stores and other stuff. Would stay again if I were going back to Seoul.

Excellent location! We didn’t try any of the food at the hotel since we were so close to so many restaurants… but the hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Sleeping was very comfortable and the tub is as well. The only downside was the hot tub jets didn’t work, only the bubbler did. It’s really easy to get around from the hotel so if you want to explore Seoul, this is an excellent place to start.
