Questo hotel è ben ubicato e soddisfa in generale le aspettative. La sua parte più bella è il bar, sia per la gentilezza dei camerieri che per l’estetica è il servizio in generale. Værelset var rent og pænt. Det var et stort og rummeligt værelse. Det til trods manglede der en god lænestol, hvor man kunne slappe af med en bog. Der var en del støj fra gården pga musik, der spillede det meste af dagen og aftenen. Personalet i receptionen var venligt og hjælpsomt. Restauranten, der ligger i gården i tilknytning til hotellet serverer god og velsmagende mad. Personalet i restauranten var serviceminded og venlige. I øvrigt er det hyggeligt at sidde i gården. Der ligger flere restauranter tæt på hotellet. Nogle af dem er desværre turistfælder. Jeg var i al fald uheldig. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til shopping, sightseeings og hovedbanegården. Jeg kan derfor varmt anbefale hotellet.

We absolutely loved the hotel and would stay there again and recommend to friends. The only reason I cannot give it a 5 star is because the food at the hotel was subpar. The pasta for both our meals was so “Al dente” it was inedible. We actually had to send a dish back because the spaghetti was so hard we could not chew it. It came back equally undercooked. It was the worst meal we had during our stay. The staff and properly were excellent, the food however was not good.

Lovely architecture and location. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. On a quiet street but a short 10 minute walk to the city center. Restaurants were outstanding. The Blue Bar is a full restauraunt as well. Loved my sea bass dinner.

The staff were super friendly, the courtyard and lobby lounge area very nice, the breakfast was fantastic! So many choices and options- we were impressed. Negatives - The bathroom was super compact with an extremely small shower - and the WiFi was terrible. Otherwise great property!

This hotel was very good, all public areas were clean and the staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is in an area that is full of super restaurants but a little far from the major attractions so you have to walk a lot. The room itself however was really dated with worn furniture, the bathroom had mold in the shower and the room itsel desperately needs a paint job. We enjoyed our stay but did not think the room was worth what we paid and left us a littke disappointed. Thankfully the city of Rome made up for it.

The property is well Located , very good breakfast the staff is very nice. But the Hotel itself is extremely outdated ,run down and dirty The elevator doors has paint stain all over it. After checking in the room ,they gave me was very dirty with a bad carpet odor that it triggered my asthma. I went to the front desk and reported the problem, they did and inspection of the room and gladly put me in another room which was less dirty but still has run down furniture. This hotel has potential to be a very nice hotel but is in needs of major renovations.

The room was dated but that was to be expected. The washroom was very very dated and the shower was totally open and spewed water all over the floor the entire stay. Not at all what you would expected for a 400 CAD night stay.

Zeer schoon hotel met ontzettend toegewijd schoonmaakpersoneel. Het restaurant is prima, zeker met de eenmalige voucher voor gasten. Wel wat last gehad van straatgeluid ‘s nachts. Fijne locatie: binnen 20 minuten lopen bij station Termini. Aanrader voor wie netheid belangrijk vindt!

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel, the staff was extraordinary especially Laila who went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, she recommended so many dining options and gave us great tips to tour the city. The hotel is located in a quite area, however was very noisy at night because of loud music. The main attractions are not too close but still walkable. The AC in the room was terrible, it did not work well through out the night and the bathroom was very small. The breakfast buffet had limited options.

Overpriced like any other hotel in Rome. The room was too chilly for November, hence quite uncomfortable to stay for work in the evening. The AC was not working so no way to heat it up. The breakfast was improved a lot this time, so kudos for that.Prehistoric payment method - no pos terminal, they have to register your card data to charge it. depends if you trust their security. If not, bring cache.

We stayed here for three days and then went to Florence before returning and staying one more night before a trip home to the US. We had such great service from Tamara. She spoke to us in English and Spanish to make sure we both understood instructions. We had also sent all of our clothes to the laundry and it did not come back in time. Tamara got on the phone and got the clothes back for us within one hour. The hotel staff are all kind but honestly Tamara made our stays the best experience. She should be commended! We will stay at Unaway again in the future!!

Property was located in a safe nice area walkable to many attractions. I did not like the fact that there was no sense of urgency when international people arrive early in the morning and they do not want to accommodate getting into their rooms early. Just a “too bad for you” attitude which I have not experienced in countries outside of Europe. Staff were passive aggressive and the bellman brought wrong luggage to our room and then couldn’t locate our bags. We ended up getting them but this was not a great experience checking in. Also bad smell coming from one of our rooms bathrooms- sewage which was unpleasant. When I alerted staff to this no offer to change rooms just sprayed our room with air fresher which does not resolve the issue. Breakfast was included and solid. I would pass in staying here again and would not recommend.

Lyuba was the nicest hotel receptionist I have ever encountered. She was extremely attentive, nice, and welcoming. I had really bad prior experience in Rome, but she definitely knew how to show great hospitality and was incredible with booking my tours reservations, and making me feel welcome. Sarah, was great was well. I smashed my finger, and they were attentive with aid and care. Overall, the hotel is more than 4 stars, it feels like 100. What an amazing experience!

The staff could not have been more helpful. It was a lovely place beautiful room, very continental and the perfect feeling of being in Rome. If we were to return, I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again was very convenient to all the sites and I can’t say enough about the staff they were so very helpful for being in a foreign country.

Location location location! I loved that we were in the finance area away from tourists and amongst the locals. We were able to walk to all the neighboring historic sites, Villa Borghese, the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain while also enjoying all the shopping along the way.

Posizione ottima, un po defilata dal centro che comunque è raggiungibile a piedi, vicinissimo alla stazione. Zona tranquilla, colazione ottima e varia, camere pulite. A wonderful Buffett breakfast, wished we found out earlier. Expansive selection of savory and sweet. Very clean rooms. Inside courtyard rooms are noisy if conference attendees are entertaining in patio. Would stay again but request a room not facing courtyard. 24/7 reception a blessing for early departures.
