Our family was relocated here after a leak at our original hotel, and while the experience had its ups and downs, there were definitely some bright spots. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a stressful situation a little easier to manage. From the moment we arrived, they were helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated their friendliness throughout. However, a few concerns made our visit more challenging than expected. One of the most difficult moments came early on when my wife and daughter got stuck in the elevator. Thankfully, they were able to get out safely, but it was a traumatic experience that left both of our children afraid to use the elevator for the rest of our stay. As a result, we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs multiple times a day for five days, which became exhausting, especially with young kids. The location is convenient, but there was construction happening next door as apartments were being built. On one night in particular, the noise didn’t stop until after midnight—we could hear drilling, shouting, and loud instructions being called between workers, which made it very difficult to get rest. Another issue was the presence of mold in the bathroom, both on the shower tiles and the wall. It was noticeable and concerning. I didnt want to spend 3 hrs with expedia about another relocation. Overall, while we were grateful for the staff’s kindness and the convenient location.

El hotel esta a unos pasos del Ángel de la Independencia y eso es lo mejor. Lo que no me gustó fue que el primer día querían cobrarme $700 pesos más del precio reservado aquí en Expedia, estuve 2 noches y las pagué seguido porque quería dormir hasta tarde, sin embargo tuve que levantarme en la mañana para hablar con la gerente y arreglar el asunto de querer cobrarme más. Si no fuera por este inconveniente recomendaría el hotel, ya que la ubicación realmente es muy buena, la limpieza del cuarto es mediana ya que unas toallas tenían algunas manchas, pero de ahi enfuera todo estuvo bien. Solo tengan en cuenta que es mejor hablar antes al hotel, y que les cercioren que respetarán el precio y no les querrán cobrar más de último momento como a mí, aunque al final respetaron el precio acordado y no me cobraron más, es molesto tener que estar hablando con los gerentes de estos temas cuando ya existe un precio publicado en esta página que se debe respetar

Solo una observación la habitación 302 no le funciona la llave de la regadera del agua fría está barrida y no sale agua de todo lo demás excelente hotel

No nos dieron toallas

La llave de la regadera no funcionaba, tardaron días en arreglarla. Cortaron el suministro de agua sin notificarnos otro día. La limpieza es bastante deficiente. La TV se ve muy mal. El internet de mala calidad.

Por el precio tiene excelente ubicación y es de buen tamaño, es como un mini departamento. Puntos negativos: 1.- No cuenta con buen internet, el módem es de Telcel y la velocidad es de 2 mb/s lo cual no sirve para absolutamente nada y tienes que usar tus datos. 2.- La atención es buena pero en mi caso llego un punto en el que no había nadie en recepción y no pude salir ni entrar ya que nadie me atendía, tuve que marcar y hacer sonar la alarma de mi camioneta por más de 15 min para que llegara alguien (esto me pasó dos veces en mi estancia que solo fue de una noche).

I’ve stayed at this hotel about 13 just this year and have booked the Suite with 2 bedrooms, and have visited it since 2017. On this last stay there was no cold water in the shower. I had to leave the room by 9am for a meeting. I was given access to a bathroom in a different room on a different floor. I asked the supervisor to contact me because that was NOT what I had paid for (given there are other hotels with more accessible prices and I had booked the suite with two separate rooms which is a bit pricier). Until now, I’ve gotten no call, no apology and no sort of compensation for not receiving what I paid for. It is unfortunate that I will NO longer be staying here.

El internet no funciona, marca como conectado pero no carga ninguna aplicación. No pusieron jabón. No hay cobijas y el lugar es muy frio. Quisieron cobrarme extra por persona y mascota.

Definitely not a place to relax or have a good night sleep Right outside is a police station and they make a lot of noise at all times definitely worth the convenience if you going for any immigration because everything is at least 5-8 minutes walking
