This is a lovely boutique hotel in NYC. Pros: Excellent, trendy location Euro vibes Rooms are small but not uncomfortably tiny like a lot of NYC hotel rooms Rooms are clean, have good storage, beds are comfy, and they are QUIET Front desk staff very helpful Breakfasts are delicious Dinners at the restaurant, while not included in price, are excellent Cons: Beige carpeting in rooms Restaurant staff is inconsistent and seems undertrained Without the A/C on, the room started to smell a bit musty/damp Overall--great value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
