Il servizio nel complesso è stato buono. La camera non è stata messa in ordine tutti i giorni durante il mio soggiorno (un giorno le pulizie non sono state fatte, ignoro la ragione). La camera era piuttosto piccola e non c'era il frigobar, però hanno offerto due piccole bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo. L'hotel è vicinissimo alla fermata Dugommier, ci sono ristoranti, bar, boulangeries e supermercati vicini. Molto comodo e tranquillo. La sera il quartiere è un po' deserto, ma non ho mai avuto problemi nel rientrare anche tardi. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Everything was great and as advertised. The parking garage situation is very tight, but it works. We had a Citroen sedan and I wouldn’t try to park anything bigger than that. It was maxed out! I think this is pretty standard for Paris though.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room smaller than expected but lovely bedding, towels, shower, shower gel. Also good AC, window which opens and superb TV with Chromecast. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel après un long vol et dans le but de prendre le train le lendemain. La localisation était idéale car proche de la gare, l'hôtel était confortable et calme, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. La possibilité de pouvoir commander une pizza directement à l'hôtel et de pouvoir la manger dans la chambre était vraiment pratique. Le personnel était aussi très accueillant. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Hôtel pas digne d’un 4 étoiles : vétusté des installations (sanitaires jaunis, multiples taches sur les murs des toilettes, bonde de douche cassés, plinthes très abîmées…). Petitesse de la chambre. Pas de cafetière ni bouteille d’eau en chambre / pas de fontaine à eau dispo dans le hall (et ceci depuis 2 mois car c’est en cours). Et le comble ? Facture dispo APRÈS le départ alors que l’intégralité des 2 nuits et taxe de séjour avait été réglé AVANT le séjour. Et quand on ose dire que l’on ne trouve pas cela normal et que les services ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : on nous répond que je suis - je cite : « désagréable »! Une cliente est une personne désagréable ?! C’est un profond manque de respect. Je n’ai fait que « réclamer » des services qui étaient absents et dont j’ai l’habitude de trouver dans d’autres établissements - de véritables 4 étoiles.

Purtroppo non sono stata soddisfatta da un paio di cose. Ho scelto la stanza con balcone, che ho pagato di più e mi sono trovata con una stanza più piccola delle altre (l'ho vito dalla planimetria del piano), con un bagno non consono. Trattasi di bagno con water separato, di dimensioni risibili, ma soprattutto maleodorante. Ho fatto notare alla reception che il bagno puzzava quanto un bagno pubblico, ma la situazione non è cambiata. Colazione sufficiente, ben ubicato sopra una fermata della linea 6. Accor Arena a due passi.

L’hôtel se dispense de faire les chambres au quotidien. Dans la chambre les wc etaient exiguës ne convient pas au personne forte. Son TV bloqué ne pouvant être réglé cause mauvaise insonorisation. Bref vous trouverez plus confortable et plus propre à moindre coût ailleurs. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Par ailleurs vous pouvez remonter les problèmes la réception elle ne fera rien.

The hotel was right next to the subway and easy access to restaurants in the area. The hotel is small but cozy. I booked a superior room with balcony, which had a very nice view of the town - big plus. Breakfast was okay with various tasty foods and drinks. The bed was good, the shower nice. But the room was tiny - like so small I couldn't even unfold my carry-on except on the bed! Also, there was not a single hook, hanger, drawer or anything where you could hang a jacket, shirt or put any cloth. Only space was under the bed - seriously?! I've never experienced such small room before with nothing for your cloths. I could expect a 1 or 2 start not having such, but not a 4 star hotel! It's only for one night stay and not several nights where you would like your cloths unfolded.

This was my tenth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints,. The rooms are small but perfect ; the metro is roght around the corner and there are many cafes and restaurants. The staff is especially terrific,,,always friendly and helpful. I come to Paris every year and this is where I will always stay. Close to both train stations: Bercy and Lyon.

The hotel was clean and convenient for our one-night stopover in Paris. The breakfast was great! Very extensive. But the big kudos go to the staff. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed a cab to get to the train and few were available because of a big rainstorm. The hotel receptionist found us a ride (when I couldn't on any of my apps) and walked us out in the pouring rain to make sure we connected with our driver. Highly recommend this hotel.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi del check-in, perché solo dopo aver fatto notare che non eravamo d’accordo a un downgrade ci hanno assegnato la camera prenotata, in bagno per tre giorni al posto delle asciugamani abbiamo trovato i tappetini per cui oltre quello della doccia anche da usare per viso e mani, a voi ogni commento, ed inoltre durante le 4 notti non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. Al checkout ho chiesto di vedere il conto e mi hanno dette che potevano stamparlo dopo il pagamento, per cui con calcolatrice alla mano mi sono accorta di addebito sbagliati, l’unica cosa positiva, la vicinanza ad una fermata di metro, ma se pensate di essere in zona centrale vi sbagliate

Vi bodde 3 nätter här. Det bästa är läget, precis bredvid Metro med snabb åtkomst ( 30 min med Metro) till turistattraktioner såsom, Eiffeltornet, Notre dame, triumfbågen, Sacre Ceur, , promenad längs Seine mm. Vi åkte RER Tåg till slottet i Versaille ( 50 min) Personalen är fantastiskt vänliga, lyhörda, rummen rena o mycket sköna sängar. Frukosten var välsmakande o god. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotel!

It’s not really 4-stars Hotel. The quality of products are very poor (ie: Soap, shower gel, etc). Even water is Tap water at room temp (No minibar, No empty Fridge). The offered tea and Coffee are the worst you can propose (Which 4-stars Hotel is proposing Lipton Tea in 2025?!) The Employees are, however, very nice and kind. Breakfast is Medium (or M-). It doesn’t justify 17€/person. Apologies for the negative feedback.
