Staff was welcoming and accomodating! They made our stay pleasant. The only disappointing thing of the property was the indoor pool. Its surrounding area and the pool itself was filthy. Wish it was maintained better! But overall, we would recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a great stay overall.

Marriott always comes through! The room was super comfortable and exactly what I needed to relax. I hit the gym a few times while I was there — they mostly had dumbbells and a couple of treadmills, nothing fancy, but it was enough for me to get a good workout in. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was a little weaker than I’m used to, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a really great stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Parking would have been better if they didn’t let all those Keller trucks park in their parking lot. Plus, the hotel shouldn’t be charging for parking if you can’t park on their property.

The hotel itself was absolutely wonderful, and the free breakfast buffet was such a great way to start each morning! I also love that they allow pets, and they make that process so easy! The only complaints are the water pressure in the shower is extremely low, you can’t change the volume on the tv if you plug something in, and the pool was smaller than expected. But none of this took away from the enjoyment of my stay!

I selected this property out of the 5 similar rated hotels in the area due to the free parking, free breakfast buffet, and closeness to NYC. The room was big enough to move around, had a nice small kitchen area with full fridge, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and decent size sink. Shower was good size with great water pressure and hot, hot water..!! Used the average size gym which could have had more equipment, but made do with what was there. Just realize when going from Jersey into NYC you will have to pay the steep toll each tiime...no way to avoid the toll wether bridge or tunnels..!! We enjoyed our stay and the great value compared to NYC hotels...don't trust other hotels when they say "parking available"..!! Do further research..!!

Unfortunately the hotel needs a renovation or an update of the furniture in the rooms. The room was not clean and when we took pictures to show them it did not help. we expressed concern as there was a tablet let in the room that could have been hazardous had a child been booked int the room. The tablet was removed but the room was still not cleaned even after we showed them where it was dusty. The toile seat needs to be replaced as it is chipping and the shower fixtures need to be replaced. The hotel is in the perfect location, the morning breakfast was ok - average for hotel buffets. The check in, receptionist staff were very helpful but they need to work on cleanliness. Disappointed that after we showed them where it needed to be cleaned it still was not cleaned.

Housekeeping did not put clean blankets and bed sheets. The bed was made but they re-used the previous occupant's bedding for us. Our heavy blanket smelled of onions and strong body odor. It's so gross! The bed sheet also has hair and stains. This was after a long tiring day of exploring the city. It was 11pm so no housekeeping available anymore so we all had to squeeze in to the other bed. It may be a one time thing but it should be mandatory to provide freshly laundered sheets for every new customer. What they did was really unhygienic.

Employees were very nice, however the room was not very clean. We had a room with the kitchenette and the entire counter was sticky and was not turned over with fresh creamer coffee etc. the shower fan did not work making it extremely hard for a family of 4 to get ready. We needed use of the sofa bed and there was no sheet to cover the mattress that was stained. There must have been a party that had an overflow of garbage that accumulated by the elevator mid day Saturday. On Sunday morning after 10pm it was still there. It was embarrassing to use the elevator’s as they smelt like marijuana. Coming out of them with a family and a family coming into the elevator with older couples it made it seem like we smelt. Hotel should analyze occupancy and increase janitorial staff when needed

There are a lot of positives for this property but a couple of minor issues too. The plus's are that it was quite, convenient, lots of restaurants very close by, short walk tot he convention center, decent breakfast, and the bed was super comfortable. On the downside, the shower caulk was showing its age, the toilet seat was loose on the toilet and there was a toenail on the carpet...so housekeeping in my room was sub-par, but it was still far better than most other hotels. My co-workers room was spotless and had none of these issues.

The room was unbearably warm but the air conditioner was unbearably loud. The pool was nice but smaller than it looked in the photos. The room was clean but the sheet didn't fit the bed very well, so it kept lifting off of one of the corners, revealing a badly stained mattress. The hot breakfast items were cold and the toppings for the oatmeal were stale. The staff was very kind, though and all other aspects of the room were great.

Is starting to look worn. The sofa was stained, the bathroom mirror was cracked, the wallpaper peeling and the paint near the shower was pe long. Time for a refresh. The morning breakfast area had flies buzzing around. For the price they charge, it should be updated. Otherwise, it would be great.

Like the hotel and area-stay here every time we visit. Love the full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, quiet. I love the area as there are tons of different restaurants all surrounding the hotel, so very walkable

Upon arrival gbe staff were pleasant however I can't say the same for my stay. My room was not cleaned. The amount of dirt that came up when I wiped the surfaces were ridiculous. There was mold in the shower corner. The ac was so loud I could not run it so we were hot. There was a pot that was under the counter that had been caked up with residue of some unknown substance. No soap was in the kitchen not bathroom upon our arrival. When I stepped outside for a breath of fresh air I was locked out of the building for nearly 30mins before some returned to the front desk. I would not recommend this property.

Check in person was extremely friendly and check in was a breeze! I was there for a concert at MetLife and she gave us plenty of tips on navigating the are, transportation, etc. Very helpful!

Kitchen closed at 9:20am and manager was rude when approached. I was there before the breakfast closing time and they ran out hashbrowns. I requested the cook and the manager that I am a vegetarian and I am there before the breakfast closing time which is 9:30am. Instead of servicing the customer, the manager came up with the theory that they close the kitchen earlier so they don’t have to serve upto 9:30am. I wouldn’t stay at this place again… very rude….

I love to stay at this property when I am working in NYC. Last time they were under construction and repairs for a water leak. It was very loud in there. Other than that it was nice. This time, my check in was really drawn out due to training a new receptionist. One point to note is I was asked if I had a car, but was not informed that they now charge parking fee. The room was ok. The bathroom was not. Center light was burned out, mold in shower and on counter on caulking, and the sink would not drain. Just a little too much to dismiss. Most noteworthy when I informed the front desk on checkout of these things, they kindly offered to refund my parking fee. I said, what parking fee? This was the first I was made aware that they now charge for parking. I am unaware and now need to look in my records to see if I was charged last time I was there too. This was not disclosed to me on any of my multiple visits.

I checked in; was only there for an hour due to an emergency that came about. My fam and I had to immediately leave and head back to MD. I let the front desk know and called the next morning to speak to a supervisor about my situation. I was hoping for a partial refund or points of some sort bec my stay was cut short. I was told by the front desk initially to contact Expedia which I did but there was no remorse whatsoever after speaking to the supervisor (Shavon Honor). Being a supervisor I would think you would be more sympathetic and willing to assist in any way

Awesome and supportive staff at front desk. All cuisines restaurants are near by walking distance. Public transportation to NYC is at walking distance. I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again. Our family really love the rooms and hotel.

Great experience. Clean and spacious. Don’t worry about shampoo and conditioner or a hairdryer. 3 minute walk to a bus that is a direct line to the Port authority Bus station. Safe. And the hotel shares a parking lot with a theatre and other delicious places to grab some food. Also a subway and Dunkin’ Donuts attached. Round trip bus fare around 8-9$. Was free over holiday weekend. But get a buss pass in case.

Like the hotel and area-stay here every time we visit. Love the full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, quiet. I love the area as there are tons of different restaurants all surrounding the hotel, so very walkable

Good bedding, good shower. Bad wifi. Rooms not so clean, plus no housekeeping in my 5 night stay, except for changing the towels and emptying the trash can…at usd 275 a night. Easy parking, bus ride to NY in 20 minutes. Complimentary breakfast very messy, a lot of products run out early. No cleaning of tables. Many restaurants in the vicinity + a Walmart.

We stayed for 3 nights including christmas eve . I did not saw a chriatmas tree there. Many families with kids. The breakfast was to poor and crowed . We hardly found a place to sit after 20min waiting. The location was good it takes 40min to NYC. There was a starbucks and restaurants near. Parking was free.

This is a good facility BUT housekeeping never materialized. We had to call every day for clean towels and our beds were never made and our dishes were never washed/replaced. Plus the breakfast staff could not keep up with the demand in the morning. Very poor management overall.

The desk clerk Kristy was so helpful and accommodating. There was a slight snafu with our booking and she came up with an amazing solution. Great rooms, perfect location, many restaurants and stores in walking distance of the hotel. Hotel breakfast was also very good.
