OZO Hotels Arena Amsterdam

I was very disappointed that the hotel restaurant is closed at weekend I would usually be travelling alone when working so having amenities is really important to me, this should be made very clear on the hotel description and also that no room service is offered this was not clear when I booked the hotel

Hotel was fine, a lot of construction in area. Booked this hotel because it said it had laundry facilities, it did not.

15 Euros for Parking, easily walked to a Beer garden near IKEA and another restaurant near the metro. Lots of construction going on around the hotel.

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Amsterdam, nach 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Ubahn mit direkter Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof Amsterdam. Etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt. Das Stadium ist eine Haltestelle entfernt. Zimmer sauber, Personal nett Parking mit 15€ pro Tag auch ok.

Het restaurant was op zaterdagavond dicht. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig en klein.

Hotel was nice, I didn't hear no sound between rooms. Hotel bathroom need to be better when it comes to the shower glasses, when at shower water goes out under the glass. Gym is small, some gym weights was kinda damaged, but still trainable. They should just invest on gym and shower glass to hold water better n the hotel would be amazing 💯

This hotel has totally misleading advertising policy who present themselves as a 4-star establishment, while in reality it’s no more than a 2-star level. The corridors are dirty, with piles of used laundry on the way to your room. In the room, there are no real mattresses — only toppers that constantly slide off the bed. There is no water, no slippers, and certainly no bathrobes in the room. The toiletries are diluted with water and don’t even foam. The hotel doesn’t have a laundry room as stated in the description. Instead, they offer an expensive third-party courier laundry service. The towels and bed linen are of poor quality and have an unpleasant smell. Bed linen is changed only partially and not every day. I believe this hotel should be removed from listings because it seriously damages the platform’s reputation

Ok hotel. Breakfast was okay minus. Bar was small and with not great service.

Was pleased with the hotel. Room was clean apart from a piece of chewing gum stuck to a lamp shade. Breakfast variety was good. We didn't use the gym there was only a few pieces of equipment. Convenient for metro station 5 minutes walk away to get to Amsterdam Central. Used bar for evening meal once. Food was good, average prices for a hotel. Limited menu. A couple of meals we asked for on the menu weren't available. We had an early checkout at 7am and put a request in the previous day to get an early breakfast which they said they would arrange but when we were checking out they had nothing prepared for us. We were very disappointed at the lack of staff communication.

Hotel suited our needs of a room to sleep for a few nights whilst visiting Amsterdam, located close to the Metro which made transport to & from city & Airport easy. Was basic but clean, quiet & reasonably priced, restaurant / bar appeared to be closed for our entire trip, which meant travelling before breakfast was available & saw no sign (and given no info) of a fitness centre

Der erste Eindruck war gut, die 4 Sterne hinter der Rezeption machten Hoffnung. Leider wurde ich dann im Zimmer schnell enttäuscht. Die Matratze durchgelegen, das Glas der Duschkabine sehr streifig, Flecken am Bettrand und auf der Bettwäsche, zerrissene und schmutzige Gardine, Brandspuren auf dem Nachttisch und Rückwand des Bettes unter der Lampe, Wasserfleck an der Decke im Bad, Flecken an der Glasverkleidung vom Bad, verschmutzte Steckdosen und das Kabel vom Föhn war verschmutzt. Das sind 4 Sterne niemals würdig!! Die Sessel in der Lounge, dreckig und speckig. Wir mussten uns zwei „schöne“ suchen um uns hinzusetzen. Der Aperol für 13€ war ein Witz, er wurde aus Aperol, Wasser und fertiger Hugomischung zubereitet!! Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, mein Chef möchte das so! Für mich sehr befremdlich und aus diesem und den vorherigen genannten Gründen werde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une durée de 5 nuits. Personnel très gentil. La propeté de la chambre reste à revoir: traces de moisissures et odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain, taches sur les rideaux. Nous avons demandé que le menage soit fait chaque jour, ils ont seulement changé les serviettes pour en remettre de nouvelles qui etaient soit tâchées, trouées, ou même avec une boule de cheveux à l'intérieure. Les draps n'ont pas été changé de la semaine. La litterie etait cependant tres confortable.

The hotel itself was in a good place in terms of getting near the metro . But was often noisy at night people running around screaming / being sick playing super loud music. The staff were hit and miss either didn’t want to know and very unfriendly or helpful ( which was on lady ) . Also expensive Parking where you couldn’t get out with the ticket provided . Breakfast was bland and unexciting . Bathroom wasn’t clean there was soap scum around the sink and shower with the shower things provided leaking .

Well positioned for Ziggodome (15 minute walk) - great transport links. Check in staff very friendly. BUT - Shower in room threw water alll over bathroom floor (Room 112) - Made reception aware but nothing was done. Asked for additional towels as all ours used soaking up water which was everywhere - was told they would be delivered - they weren't. Room not cleaned first night - despite being set to clean up. Disappointing - hotel looks lovely, but poor choice if shower doesn't drain or work properly

Oke personeel, maar vieze kamer. Eerste kamer had mega veel vlekken in bed/lakens. Ook nieuwe kamer had vlekken in bed, lakens, vloer, bureau, stoel en gordijn. Ook veel haren in douche. Verder was de zeep leeg en de kluis kapot.

The hotel is very dated. Walls are worn and marked. The bed had stains and hairs in. I felt very uncomfortable. Raised the issue with the front desk, they took pictures of the pictures I provided. Offered another room on ground floor, next to where the smokers congregate… however they get complaints about this. I opted for a change in bedding. When I returned to the room, no change in bedding. Incredibly poor quality hotel on all fronts.

No 4 stars hotel , minimum service , rooms not clean , sheets dirty , hairs and orher dirty things in between the sheets . Bathroom soap dispensers dirty !?! Towels so old shouldn’t be used anymore … try to go to the reception but couldn’t help at 1 am when we came back to the hotel . Better options around arena

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé, c'était le seul problème de la chambre. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, très bon même si ça reste cher pour ce que c'est.

Das Badezimmer hatte Glaswände. Die Duschtüre schließt nicht ganz und das Wasser spritzt/rinnt überall außerhalb der Dusche hin. Auch hätte ich mir im Bad mehr Ablagemöglichkeit gewünscht. Die Fernbedienung hat auf einmal nicht mehr funktioniert und wir mussten den Stecker beim TV ziehen, da er sonst nicht ausging. Leider gab es auch nur niederländische Sender und keine Möglichkeit für Netflix oder Co. Ein großes Plus war der Laminatboden und der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bahn entfernt mit der man in ca. 40min ins Zentrum kommt. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit war super.

The hotel had building works going on outside the main entrance, putting in planters with small trees. The pedestrian entrance was closed with warning tape so I had to enter via car way. Air conditioning in the room needed to be adjusted by the reception team. The control pad in the room did not function to allow temperature to be reduced. Kept waking up middle of night in a warm room and had to open the window. Worrying presence of black fuzzy spots on the grouting in the shower (or just plain missing strips of grouting in some places). Nice lemongrass scented shower-gel in the shower. The bed is a divan base and then one of those thick unyeilding foam mattresses and a thin "topper". My back really didn't appreciate this, woke up every morning with a stiff back. Linen changed daily. Staff left the "bed drape" on the side which is good as I really have no idea why a 50cm wide bit of thick cotton needs to decorate the foot of the bed. Insufficient (1 only) power sockets at the desk. I tried the breakfast on my last day. At 07:15 (service starts at 07:00) the cheese was drying out on the edges, so unlikely to be fresh, and the fruit selection poor (only apples and oranges - but the staple of such bananas missing). Not worth the €17.50 cost. Staff did take note of my request for help with the aircon issue on the first approach but I really didn't have the time to mess around getting them to fix this every time. Staff were informed of my other issues at checkout.

Pluspunten: - ligging (voor ons Arena en de Toekomst) - parkeertarief - vriendelijk personeel Minpunten: - harde bedden en kleine kussens - badkamer van melkglas (je ziet de ander op toilet zitten) - waterballet na het douchen (loopt zelfs onder de deur door de kamer in) - kleine tv

Inchecken verliep vlot, parkeren op eigen terrein kost op vrijdag en zaterdag 15€/dag. Kamer is ruim en schoon, novilon in de kamer was aan vervanging toe. Koffie en theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Na t douchen kun je zwemmen in de badkamer, water loopt onder de douchedeur door. De douchekop is n regendouche, maar moet dringend ontkalkt worden. Geen handdoekhaakjes of n planchet op de badkamer, waardoor je alles op de wc-deksel moet leggen. Föhn is aanwezig, maar wordt niet echt warm. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en voldoende, wordt constant bij gevuld, je hoeft echt niet met lege maag te vertrekken. Hotel ligt ongeveer 15/20 minuten te voet van de arena, afas en ziggo af.

God beliggenhet med metro stasjon i nærheten. Men masse flekker på veggene. Brukte skjeer ble ikke byttet med nye, men bare lagt på plass igjen. Dusjen hadde bare glo varmt vann, kunne ikke skru de kaldere. Døren til bade er bare en tynn glassvegg/dør som man lett kan se gjennom fra utsiden

Optimal für Konzertbesuche in der nahegelegenen Arena. Transparente Badezimmerwände bieten wenig Intimsphäre, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Automat für Getränke und Snacks gut in Industriegegend ohne direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Glazen badkamer, niet echt fijn.

Beds comfortable, breakfast was good. There was limited service at the bsr and i really didn't like the glass bathrooms in the rooms! Not very private if you are sharing a room with a friend!

Hotel with good conditions, unfriendly staff, payment of extra fees without warning and outdated room prices.

Es war alles wirklich schön! Das Personal war super freundlich und hat immer eine Lösung gefunden.

It was a nice hotel. Very easy to go to Johan Cruiff. One day housekeeping knocked on our door while we were sleeping in and had do not disturb on the door. The next day housekeeping OPENED OUR DOOR and WALKED IN while we were in bed still and had do not disturb on. I reported both incidents to front desk and they said they would text the housekeeping supervisor but nothing else was offered to make up on the intrusion on our privacy and safety. Nice hotel within walking distance of the arena but there are others equal distance that don’t jeopardize safety and security.

Fra afstand ser værelserne pæne ud, men hold nu op det var et nedslidt hotel, og jeg ved ikke hvor de 4 stjerne skulle gemme sig. På en god dag kunne de få 3 stjerner. Vi kom to timer før check-in, og værelset var klar, men vi måtte ikke komme ind med mindre vi betale en uhyrlig timepris. Personalet virker ikke glade, og imødekommenhed er ikke noget de praktiserede. Det eneste der er godt ved hotellet er, at det er tæt på en Metro og let at komme til byen. Jeg ville aldrig igen vælge det.

I booked an hotel room for me an my daughter for the night, they made us pay almost 14 euros of taxes when it didnt say anything in the website. The morning after one of the room keepers just come into the room without knowing or informing it, mind u it was 8:30 in the morning she just proceeded to say sorry and head out. There was also a lot of noise like people were moving heavy stuff around that was also early to be concluded it wasnt a pleasant experience at all.

At arrival: Rude frontdesk, who used an agressive tone and were very little serviceminded Stayed in groundfloor room facing a terrasse where young people held a party until 1:00 AM - again no reaction from reception or other employees. It seems like they just don't care.

The hotel is in a commercial / residential area. Very quiet and little activity. Its easy to access via metro, within a 5 min walking distance. The staff were a real disappointment with regards to a lost item at hotel. Not helpful, not cooperative and down right dismissive. No effort put into resolving the matter, in spite of my many efforts to connect with them on the matter If you are looking for a basic stay with no frills or a proper hotel experience … this is it.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with an unfriendly receptionist who was quick to say how early we arrived. We arrived a couple hours before check-in, and she could have suggested for us to wait at the hotel bar and restaurant. In general most of the female staff at the hotel were unfriendly, never really smiled or greeted us when entering or leaving the hotel. One of them was always occupied with her phone or on the computer. The room was nice, but unfortunately the beds had hard and firm mattress, that made it difficult to sleep well. We didn’t like the glass wall and the bathroom door didn’t close well. The location was good, as it was not to far to Ziggo Dome concert venue. And lastly one receptionist staff was friendly and welcoming, and that was Ronald.

Frühstück sehr gut; für jeden was dabei! Hotel liegt im Industrieviertel; keine Restaurants in der Nähe. 10 Minuten bis zur Bahnstation; 20 Minuten bis nach Amsterdam! Grundsätzlich bekommt das Hotel eine Empfehlung!

Goed hotel voor zakelijk verblijf en concert. Niet de mooiste omgeving, maar wel handig

Hotel a 20 minuti dal centro, ci si arriva facilmente con la linea gialla. Staff cordiale e stanza accogliente e pulita.

I booked it for 8 days and had a pleasant stay it’s was 5 mins away from Bullewijk metro station and 12 mins away from Biljmer arena metro station.

Stayed here for a concert at the Ziggo Dome. The room was really good, with a comfortable bed and very quiet surroundings. The underground is also very close by. Highly recommended.

Helt grei standard på hotellet. Måtte ned og bytte rom da første rommet luktet veldig røyk, dette tross at hotellet er røykfritt. Jeg fikk et nytt fint hjørnerom. Vi bodde her i anledning Lady Gaga konsert på Ziggo Dome. Perfekt kort gange på 15 minutter.

Vi skulle på konsert og beliggenheten var god. kort vei til arena, buss og metro.Metroen tok oss enkelt direkte til sentrum, og buss 300 direkte til/fra flyplass. Enkel og grei frokost, med alt vi hadde behov for. God seng og dusj med godt trykk og varmt vann.

Great location for the Iron Maiden gig at the Ziggo Dome and very close to the Metro.

Good hotel, would not fault it for anything beyond its location which wasn't central enough for us. Next time i'd book something closer.

The perfect location close to the arena. Front desk were fantastic managing all the TS fans. Restaurant could have been better at anticipating open and close times to align with concert. Food excellent.

Alles wat je van een hotel mag verwachten is aanwezig en de verzorging is prima. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en er was genoeg aanwezig en werd regelmatig bijgevuld en schoongemaakt.

Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen Wohn- Büro- Gewerbegebiet mit wenig Charme. Innenausstattung insgesamt schon etwas runtergekommen. Dreckige Teppiche, fehlende Steckdosenabdeckungen im Flur. Im Bad keine Ablageflächen, keine Haken, sehr unpraktisch. Zahnputzbecher waren dünne Plastikbecher. Der Kleiderschrank hatte ebenfalls so gut wie keine Ablageflächen, schon gar nicht für zwei Personen. Das Personal war da aber von Freundlichkeit oder Willkommensein war wenig zu spüren, lag vielleicht auch daran, dass im Hotel hauptsächlich Asiaten arbeiten. Das Frühstück war von der einfachsten Art. Scheibenkäse und Billigwurst, Fertigrüherei mit obligatorischen Beilagen (Würstchen, Speck, Baked Beans) Müsli und Naturjughurt/ Fruchtjoghurt gab es auch. Die Metro ist gut zu erreichen. Am Stadion von Ajax kann man fußläufig gut shoppen. Insgesamt ok. Nichts für die Flitterwochen und schon gar kein 4 Sterne Hotel
