They have 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, which was much needed in our case since our flight was early in the morning. The staff was helpful and informative. The bed was very comfortable! And there is a mini fridge and microwave for your convience. The esthetic was very pleasing and the mirror in the bathroom is blootooth ro connect and play your favorite tunes! The only issue with this location is you can hear the train rings from the station near by and also all the planes taking off.

A clean hotel. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are spacious for our family of 4. The room couch was big enough for another person to sleep on. Parking is easy. We were able to walk to the metro station located across the street to catch the State Fair Express bus. The pool is big.

We stayed here for a week and it honestly was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was clean and the rooms were always well stocked. The staff was always super friendly and help. I thoroughly enjoyed the shuttle which pick us up from the airport, took us to and from the mall whenever we wanted to go, and dropped us back to the airport when we were leaving. They have an indoor pool which was nice for a relaxing day. The do have a restaurant in the hotel which is located right inside the lobby. We did the breakfast buffet a few times. Overall we had such a great experience I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Loved pretty much everything about this place with the lone exception being the fact that the elevators were either really slow or didn’t work at all. The wait was ridiculous. Loved everything else about Cambria but they neeed to figure out the elevators.

Clean. Liked that rooms did not have carpeted floors. Across from ice machine and pool so kind of loud as people came and went - but noisy lobby noisy did NOT make it down the hallway. Room was cold with no thermostat controls. Great shuttle to mall (or airport).

Place was clean and updated. Staff was fantastic as I was able to get into our room earlier than expected! The room was spacious beds were decent as far as comfortable. Price was good and you are close to MOA and the light rail. Only down fall is the plane traffic going over hotel being next to the airport.

The hotel, overall, is pretty nice. We were greeted by a very lovely young woman working at the front desk to start. Our bathroom was spacious and the bluetooth mirror was super cool. The bed was nice and comfy as well. We were happy with the room except for a couple of things. After settling in, we realized the floors were not cleaned very well. There was red glitter in the bathroom and dusty/dirt along baseboards in each room. The couch had some crusty food spots that could have easily been whipped up or scratched off. The AC unit in the bedroom made an irritating rattle. Also, the walls must be paper thin. We came to the hotel on a date night, super excited to eat a good dinner and to get a good nights sleep away from our kiddos. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The people next door to us had a young child that scream cried multiple times throughout the night and it sounded like they were literallyin 5he room =-( And around 8:30am they were bumpin' Kevin Gates lol To top it off, the menu for their restaurant online is not the menu you will be handed when you sit down for dinner =-/

Room was new and state of the art but not very clean. The coffee maker had an old cartridge in it, the ice bucket had a cover, open it up there was a old gummy bear wrapper in the ice bucket from previous guest and then finally getting ready to leave, checking under the bed again, a partial old candy wrapper from a previous guest. House keeping standards are very poor at this hotel.

What an incredible room. This was a last minute booking, but the price was a better value than most. The room was a suite and had fantastic amenities including electric drapes and black out, full wet bar, glassware, excellent bedding and linens, comfortable seating and excellent wifi. The proximity to the airport was not an issue and we hardly noticed the planes while we slept. There is plenty of dining nearby, but they have a good, quick menu in the lobby.

Overall, great stay. You'll want to bring your own TP as they offer construction paper to wipe with. Bring your own entertainment as well as the TVs are slower than molasses in January. But for a place to crash, very clean, very friendly, no real complaints.

Great location. Convenient to airport and MOA via shuttle or light rail transit. Staff was extremely competent and friendly. Everything was very clean. Good value. My only real complaint was the sound of what seemed like baby elephants walking around in the room above us.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the hotel was close to the airport & Mall of America and it offered shuttle service to both (although you can walk to MOA it’s about a half mile away). The lobby was lovely and they had board games available. It is also right across the street from the Metro light rail blue line which takes you to and around downtown Minneapolis (in town you can transfer to the green line which takes you to downtown St. Paul and all day passes which are valid for buses & rail are only $4.00) so it is well located

This is a very nice property, and close to the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. It is clean and in excellent condition, and comfortable overall. The room had two shades that were operated electrically from switches on the wall; that was a bit tricky to figure out. The main downside was the very small closet area.

Room was stark and uncomfortable. Very little furniture and no side table or coffee table in living area to set something down on. Very poor lighting throughout. Nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor next to the bed. Would not stay there again.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, but it was a mess inside. Our room had a toilet that barely worked. My daughter & I were there for her week of appts at the Minnesota Children’s Hospital. When we had to get to appts early the third morning, our toilet wouldn’t flush at all. I called & was told “I can’t help you with that.” Not a simple, let’s move you to another room” (they definitely were not full). So we used the bathroom & couldn’t flush. Too bad for the maintenance person or the housekeeper. The front desk could care less!! We came back & the toilet worked for a couple more hours & then wouldn’t flush anymore. I called AGAIN, got the same answer . So we used the toilet & couldn’t flush it the rest of the time & left a mess for the maintenance or housekeepers. What a lazy bunch of “workers” !!!!!!!

Honestly, I've stayed at this hotel somewhere between 15-20 nights. Every single time, it's exceptional service, always clean, and worth every penny. The management staff is phenomenal, the bartender Henry is quick and makes darn good drinks, even the housekeeping staff is as friendly as I've ever seen. 10/10 every time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near MSP or MOA.

The hotel was great for the most part. Staff were friendly, but they forgot about us two different times when we called for the shuttle which caused us to wait an extra 2 or so hours to get where we needed to go. The rooms were also very noisy, you could hear the people above us walking around, dropping things, opening the doors. You could also hear people across the hall coughing and sneezing. Otherwise, great place: clean, variety of food to eat including self check out snack area. Hotel is right across the street from the metro which is a cheap way of transportation from mall of america all the way to target field. For the price it was great, but bring a noise machine or fan to drown out the noise, and give yourself extra time when booking the hotel shuttle.

We were told we could get a shuttle reserved when we checked in. I tried to call ahead of time but could not reserve a time close to our flight time. We wound up having to take a 3am shuttle to go sit at the airport for 3 hours. I wish I would have known that sooner so more communication about the shuttle when we reserved the room would have been great.

Night shift manager at the front desk ignored me for a long time when I was trying to check in. Made me feel like I was a burden for trying to check in. He was not friendly and unwelcoming and due to this experience I am reluctant to return to stay at the Cambria hotel. In addition, breakfast was not included with my stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and the people that work there are top notch. The only complaint is that during busy times they need two busses for shuttle service, because you'll end up waiting a long time at the airport.

We arrived at 1:45 pm and told there would be a $25 early check in fee before 3 pm. That hasn’t happened before. Not a fan. Also had to wait quite awhile before staff came to main desk. Service was not up to par on Sunday for checking in.

The hotel itself was nice, and all the staff were very friendly. You are super close to the airport so the noise from it can be kinda loud. I also think the 100.00 incidental hold for a choice branded hotel is a bit much. Overall not a bad stay.

Wanted to find a hotel with shuttle from MSP since I was there for just Sat night and did not want to rent a car. A shuttle also takes you to MOA which is 5 min away. A metro stop is directly across the street which the blue line takes you from MOA to downtown, with stops at MSP for a $4 day pass. After checking out Sunday, took blue line to Downtown for some quick sightseeing and returned to MSP without having to use car service. The hotel is near a flight path, so there is some noise from planes. What I did not expect was a $25 early check in fee for arriving at 3:15pm to check in, even though there was a room available. Clean rooms with normal amenities. Photo is view from Metro station to hotel.

The staff were friendly including the shutte drivers. Great location. Loved the pool and cleanliness of the hotel. Loved the shower. I was very dissappointed as I assumed that there would be a complimentary breakfast each day that I was there. The advertisement said breakfast available. I also called before coming to the hotel to see if a free breakfast was available but was not told that there would be a charge for breakfast.Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel to others.

This property exceeded my expectations, honestly. The price was much cheaper so we decided to have a look first, before making a reservation. Its was very clean and modern, extremely polite staff and it has an onsite restaurant/bar. The food was so good, we ate at the hotel more times than we did outside. Will definitely be back!
