Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Melvin. The hotel had a small lift which was very useful for luggages and if your room was on a high floor. Our family room was very spacious and had a balcony too. Will gladly stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Excellent location and easy access nearby metro stations. Very friendly staff, comfy and clean rooms. My only complain is that the hotel has no AC, it was quite hot when we stayed.

Made my stay in Paris so amazing! Rooms are super clean and the air conditioning isn’t very strong but it’s there. Front desk and all staff are friendly and always very helpful. The location is very convenient as well with the Miromesnil station being a 2-3 minute walk away! Plenty of food options, a Franprix, and other great places around the area. Definitely hoping to stay here again during a future trip to Paris!

Sehr zufrieden! Ich gehe bei meiner Bewertung auch immer davon aus, was ich bezahlt habe. Für den Preis und die Lage ist das echt empfehlenswert! Zimmer und Badezimmer etwas eng, aber für uns absolut ausreichend. Alles mega zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es leider kleinen Punkt Abzug, da der Duschkopf nicht so sauber war. Aber das ist ein kleines Problem, da dieser schnell ausgetauscht werden kann! Zimmer waren dafür sauber!

We had the family room, with a large king bed and a twin, which was perfect for 3 ladies. Two large windows that we could open was also convenient. The only thing was that the mirror on top of small table should be much larger in height .. for 3 people to prepare themselves. Thks

Personnel chaleureux, à l’écoute et disponible malgré notre arrivée très très tardive suite au retard de notre vol L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le Boulevard Haussman à quelques minutes à pied des Champs Élysée et offre des prestations de qualité. Nous avons même bénéficié d’un surclassement. Nous recommandons et nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite dans le quartier.

Beautiful hotel- rooms quite roomy and comfortable- odd to leave your key to your room each and every time you leave but one less thing to worry about I guess. Elevator is very Parisian and if your on top for the best view you have the stairs to walk up- definitely a taste of paris for sure!! I 10 minutes one way your at galleries Lafayette and Printemps or 10 min the other direction your on champs Elysee- beautiful and close to several metro stations

Il personale e gentilissimo le stanze sono un po’ piccole ma hanno tutto ciò che serve Peccato che non si possa fare la colazione ma la zona e’ comodissima perché oltre ad avere la metto a 50mt ha tanti servizi tra ristoranti pizzerie supermercati e bar.
