Excellent, clean place with great location. Nice parking lot but a bit expensive. The breakfast was very delicious, too. I am very satisfied with his place. I would recommend this place!

Very clean and modern apartments. gated entry with key fob access. Apartments were spacious and very clean. Balcony terrace was a bonus. only negative was the front desk/concierge did not speak English. So communicating was difficult especially when trying to seek assistance with directions to local sites and to the airport when leaving.

There was a lot of maintenance going on at the apartments wires hanging from ceilings ,constant drilling from around 8.30 in the morning till early evening. The drains in the shower were blocked and smellind awful. We weren't informed prior to our arrival of any building work taking place

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 nights. The location, in the Jewish ghetto, was very walkable and conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Check-in was smooth as the Front Desk is available most hours of the day. We had not realized that the building was under construction and that there would be loose wires hanging from the ceiling in the wall ways. The suite itself, though was completely refurbished. It was quiet and the construction was not really a concern other than being careful in the hallways and stairs. Our accommodation was a good size and comfortable, but the floors quite dusty from the construction. We had no heat in the room, the front desk staff said they could supply a plug in heater ... it never arrived. The shower had a glass enclosure, however it did not have the required seals to keep the water inside the shower. We could not use the tub as the plug did not work. Showering was awkward however the water was hot. We had to use our towels to soak up the water on the floor .. as only two bath towel were supplied .. we asked for more .. again they did not arrive. The kitchen has only the very basic tools....no microwave or toaster. We managed but would have loved the microwave. The washing machine was the best part of the unit ... thank you. As we were travelling for a month it was wonderful to laundry our clothing. The room was standard but we slept well & felt safe but we would have loved a working shower, and extra towels.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Super Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Kommunikation war reibungslos.

The rooms are very nice and it’s close to the main tourist places in Budapest, however the hotel is under renovation and the corridors, lift and stairs are all boarded up and wires hanging out. There’s no lights in the stair well either. Once the renovation is done I’m sure it will look very nice.

Top ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Möglichkeit zum Parken (gebührenpflichtig) in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Unkomplizierter Check-in, sehr netter Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Leider keine Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft über Mail und an die angegebene Telefonnummer ging auch niemand - war kein Problem für uns da unsere Anfragen dann unkompliziert vor Ort geklärt werden konnten. Aber für die Zukunft sicher von Vorteil wenn Anfragen zeitnah/vorab beantwortet werden.

I was very satisfied with my reservation at Elizabeth Residence Hotel. The room was quite spacious, clean, and very practical. I only stayed for one night, but if I had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. Everything was great overall; the only small downside was that the parking fee could have been a bit lower. Apartments are very clean and tidy and matched expectations from photos, check in/out was easy and also the apartments are safe as you need a card at all times to get into the main building before going up to your room which is good for obvious reasons.

Avevo prenotato un appartamento superior che in effetti mi è stato concesso, non mi hanno avvisato però che l'intero complesso era interessato da importanti e molto impattanti lavori edili, ne è conseguito che tutta la struttura era un vero e proprio cantiere...piena di polvere, scarsissima pulizia a riguardo. Inoltre dai servizi igienici si emanava cattivissimo odore! Ho chiesto di cambiare appartamento per averne uno meno esposto ai rumori provenienti dai lavori, la mia richiesta è stata accontentata... tuttavia mi è stato dato un appartamento molto vecchio e ancora più sporco. Senza l'adeguata attrezzatura domestica (microonde ecc) che espressamente avevo richiesto e per la quale la mia scelta di prenotazione è ricaduta su questa struttura! Inoltre viaggiavo con una bimba piccola di un anno e un ambiente pieno di polvere non era il massimo per lei! Avevo chiesto una culla per la mia bimba, la stessa mi è stata concesso ma senza un adeguato materassino e quindi ha dovuto dormire in mezzo a noi! Nella camera da letto del secondo appartamento c'era un ragno enorme e altri insetti i poco piacevoli!

Nice location and clean apartment.

Nice apartment to stay, very well located, with reception and bag storage. Only recommendation is to keep the hall clean, it was dirty for the 3 nights we were there, asked to clean it but stayed the same.

It is conveniently located and well-equipped with kitchenware. However, it was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust under the bed and there were a lot of ants in the room.

The apartment was superb and clean

Ordered a superior family apartment with balcony towards Dob Utca. Quite dirty on arrival. As if beeing empty for ages and not cleaned before we arrived. Got dirty feet when walking on the floor. Only when room was cleaned during our stay, it was cleaned very properly. Also the corridor between apartments was very dirty and smelly. Apartment worn down with cheap furniture. Doors on kitchencupboards loose on hinges. The tv-table ready to break and the 60 " TV with cablechannels was a 42 " with no channels. When stating that we booked a superior apartment The receptionist first pretended that he would fix the TV. Then told us the lack of beeing unable to watch TV was only a minor issue and did nothing about it. He generally seemed very incompetent and though mentioning two cleanings during our 2 weeks stay, we had to go to reception to tell we didnt have cleaning on the day promised It stated a combination of shower/bath but it was only a shower. No workarea for PC. Stated to occupy 4 but we were only 2 and could hardly fit our things in cupboards. Not one single hook in the bathroom. No toiletpaper-holder so you had to touch the entire roll with dirty hands. The chaiselounge on the picture was just a small ordinary couch. So if being 4 the fourth had to sit on a kitchenchair. It is stated that there is a first aid kit. This i not a fact. Soundproof walls are very thin so you can hear other guests partying at night.

Great location and spacious. You have a kitchen, washing machine and a somewhat working coffe machine. However, there were ants in the bathrooms and one bathroom smelled a bit like mold. Also one of the toilet lids had a crack. I would say that it was a solid experience given the price.

El departamento estaba muy espacioso y con todos los servicios, ubicación excelente aunque hay que caminar como 10 minutos para el transporte público, lo único que no estaba tan bien fue la limpieza general del departamento.

Room was not fully cleaned, a lot of long black hair. Esspecially in the bathroom.

The accommodation was perfect. It was modern and spacious. It had a separate living room and kitchen/dining area. Kitchen fully equipped- hob, oven and fridge freezer. En suite bathroom was spotless and modern. The apartment had plenty of storage. Overall excellent.

A modern, spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable in a great location. The shower was lovely (but had some water leaking from the base). We were glad we could wash some clothes in the washing machine.. Check in was friendly and efficient. There were some renovations going on when we were there but they did not cause any problems.

The stay was overall good. However, three points: 1) the lighting was very cold, 2) the bed was very hard, 3) there were only two coffee capsules for a three night stay of two persons..

Easy check in, the accommodation was as described. The location was great for nightlife and restaurants. Soundproofing was good, no noise from the outside mayhem. The apartment has everything you need, my only complaint was there was no working tv, which normally wouldn’t be an issue however the Euro football was taking place and I couldn’t watch from the apartment. Maintenance staff were unable to fix the issue.

Leider ging das wifi nicht den ganzen Aufenthalt über. Und der Flur war eine reine Baustelle und vieles nicht abgesichert. Die Wohnung war aber aber top !

Oven was broken and had to chuck food away but did offer to use oven in a different room but on another floor not acceptable knowing oven was nit working before arrival. Wires.hanging in entrace to Appartments and building work during the day which meant couldnt relax ir enjoy balcony.

A excellent apartment in a very good location within the old Jewish quarters . Modern 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking a small park & garden centre . Well fitted kitchen & bathroom with electric blinds & a smart Tv , air con & radiators . Only 25 mins from Dean Frrec bus terminal . A great location for shops & restaraunts.

The apartments are in a good location, well appointed, and an extremely good price. The only problem was the air conditioning not being cool enough, and also the lift interior not being fully built.

A recepção não é 24horas, chegamos as 06h e tivemos que esperar até as 08h para abrirem e fecham as 20h. Pagamos por early check-in e conseguimos entrar no quarto mais cedo. A localização fica um pouco longe dos transportes publicos(tem que andar uns 5/10 minutos), o predio estava em obras, começavam a fazer barulho as 07:30 da manhã. No mais, A acomodação é confortável, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, tem lava e seca, microondas, lava louça etc. O bairro da localização é judeu, muito animado e com muitas opções de comida e brunchs. Nós compramos com o cafe da manha que é servido em um local proximo dos aptos (5 min andando também) mas com comida muito boa.

These are lovely apartments and in a really good location too. Spacious and comfortable also really well equipped and excellent value for money. Beds were comfortable and we had a small garden as well as a terrace. Staff on reception were really helpful too. Communication pre arrival was also excellent so very quick check in on arrival. I’d really recommend these spans we loved the area they were in too.

The apartment checkin was easy to locate and they arranged a ride for us from the airport. The apartment was everything we need. It was clean and had a wash machine. They only supply 1 tab to was clothes. Great area as many restaurants. The ruin bars and shopping area is within 10min walk. I would stay here again.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, cerca de la Ópera. Los pasillos estaban bastante sucios, en 3 días ningún momento funcionó el WiFi aunque cada día pedimos de nuevo de arreglarlo. La primera noche algún huésped borracho activó el alarma de incendios a las tres de la madrugada y estuvo sonando unos 20 minutos hasta que lo apagaron. Los recepcionistas no eran amables y proactivos a ayudar.

The room was great. The staff so helpful. When our first room had a issue with lacking freezer they quickly moved us to another option and it was on the 4th floor great space. When we needed a coffee or anything they quickly helped out. If you need baggage storage/or drop off as our luggage had to be delivered late they were again so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff or owners are all about making money. Early check in fees to demanding customers to pay in euros, shouting prices in euros, unprofessional. They’re rude, inconsiderate and hate having to work… post communist mentality I think

Wonderful reception a great help with tours etc. Quiet, clean and close to main station for trams and buses.

The apartment is right in the centre of all the action. We did not drive anywhere. Walking distance to everything. However, this did make for a loud nights for our stay, with party goers out till all hours. If you prefer a quieter location to get a goods nights sleep you may want to consider a different location. The two-bedroom apartment had everything needed for a our stay. Two bathrooms is a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We used the washer which was handy as well. It would have been nice if the second bedroom had clothing storage, all the storage was in the first bedroom. But this is manageable. Happy with our stay here.

The location was excellent — close to many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as several nice bars. Public transportation was very convenient, and all the main tourist attractions were within easy reach. Overall, everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay!

Studio avec balcon très propre et bien aménagé. Très calme, restaurants, bars et street food à 2 pas. Environ 500m de marche pour rejoindre les plus proches tramways ou métro. Cela reste quand même très bien situé.

Breakfast (eggscuseme) was superb not everything included but cheap if not ffree.

We had the 3 bedroom suite, great reception, fully equipped accommodation, clean and great location. Probably wouldn’t bother with breakfast though as not on site so could have tried different restaurants rather than eating at same place everyday.

Neat apartment in walking distance from old city . Fully equipped kitchen. Big AC- very appreciated! Big 60 inch smart Tv . Laundry machine. Nespresso coffee machine. Toaster. If you come by car , parking on the street nearby was not possible ( all full and no much space). But parking in underground location is very safe and worthed. There is an elevator from parking up. All access is by card. We took the breakfast option , but we didn’t know the location is 7 minutes walking from the apartments and is not buffet but a la carte( one hot meal and one hot drink). It opens at 9;00 am, so if you need to check out at 10:00 you barely make it back if you rush .

Sehr zentral gelegen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück wird in einem Cafe serviert. Ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Aber es war wirklich sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Das Apartment ist groß genug und gut ausgestattet.

市街地に近いが、少しながに入っていることもありとても静か。バルコニーでのんびりすることもできる。 朝食が9時からで徒歩10分弱と利用するには少し不便。事前にその案内があると良いと思う。

Breakfast: 3 month ago, almost all kinds of hot meal and hot drink are included, now only the basic meal is, you should pay extra for most of the options Cleaning: last time, within 6 days overnight can get one time clean service during the stay, ths time not Room: same type of my last order, but much more smaller than before without sofa and now its not the tourist season
