Bed was broken. Bar was out of stock on all good drinks. Food menu was limited. Not worth the money, better off going to Premier Inn or Travelodge down the road. They cost more but, better quality. I will not stay here again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Double bed comfortable, second single bed not very comfortable. Nice to have a little kitchen in the room although we didn't use it. Bathroom clean but a bit tired with fittings starting to break. Very convenient for a trip into central London. Station about a mile away on foot and car park is free. Train ride to Victoria very quick.

I have stayed here before, I like the convenience of the location. The staff are helpful, the room has tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, the room I had this time also had a fridge. The bed was made most days, and bins emptied.

Avis Hotel was in an Excellent location with Fabulous parking! It was very clean and the staff friendly!! The only down side for us was trying to get the hot water right for showering!!

This is a basic hotel within an easy walk of Bromley town centre. The property and rooms are tired and in need of updating. The room was clean but the bed very squeaky. Strange to have cooking facilities in the room - makes me think this may have been had other uses in a previous life.

We chose this hotel because it was the best value in the area. We arrived early and were welcomed at Reception. The Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, a fridge and microwave. There is free parking on the premises. The breakfast was pre ordered, perfectly cooked, no waiting: full English, fresh fruit, fruit juice, pot of tea or coffee. There is a pretty garden with a swing and covered outdoor seating area.

Good hotel close to town center. Rooms are of a good standard with useful amenities such as a fridge & microwave etc.I stayed on a room only basis but they do offer breakfast & evening meals if you want it.

Had a lovely stay at Avis. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave in room was a nice touch. Walking distance to good pubs and restaurants.

Room very old. Small room & beds. Very outdated. Shower room was clean and more modern but there was a toothbrush cup holder beside sink which was needing a clean. It was a basic place to stay which reflected on the cheap price! Breakfast was not included but told it was £12.50 each but we declined. Gentleman at reception was such a lovely friendly man so 5*for his professionalism. Sorry but I would not recommend this run down looking place. It needs totally renovated and modernised. No I would not stay there again I’d stay at premier lodge instead and pay extra because you always know what you’ll get there.

The property is located nicely next to the town of Bromley. The Hotel needs a lot of improving. While some staff were helpful, the others were grumpy. The smell of mold in our bathroom, required us to leave the fan on at all times. We will never be returning to this property.

There were no towels - i had to ring and ask for some - after i got out of the shower soaking wet! The shower fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold. The large room was very cold and there was no duvet - only a sheet and a blanket. The mini fridge also made an annoying buzzing sound during the night. It was a clean room though, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy but overall it was an unsatisfactory experience.

The room was great although i font believe that bath had beem cleaned and the prices for breakfast were different to what was on the website. However, apart from thos the toom was great, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and was absolutely magnificent. Would stay here agsin!

The hotel is in a beautiful old property. Unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired, the mattresses we so soft, they compressed to the base and the bed i had was propped up with a piece of wood. There was no light above the kitchenette and the light above my daughter's bed did not work. The water pipes made an awful knocking sound whenever a tap/ shower was turned on, this also happened in the other rooms, because we were woken by the noise. This is not a place i would stay again.

I got there at around 6pm. They put me on the highest floor because all the other rooms were occupied by that time. I had a large suitcase. Luckily the gentleman offered to take my suitcase up to the top for me. The room was not very clean. Luckily the sheets looked clean. The pillows were very strange. They were small and rectangular. They were foam with a strange quilt over them with pillow cases over that. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood that you would think would be quiet. It was not. Loud music at 10:30-11pm at night. Cars racing through some nights. Housekeeping was intermittent. One time they cleaned the room, took the dirty towels on the floor and the hung up ones but didn’t replace them. The TV didn’t work at all. The WiFi connection was poor. It was a shame because the Hotels.com website gives them a “Very Good” rating. I should have Googled them earlier because those reviews were similar to mine, not good. I’m not sure how it got such a good rating on Hotels.com.

Arrived and had to step over a lady in the doorway smoking cigarettes and barefoot. Room very basic and aged. I’m the evening next to us on one side was somebody shouting and smacking their children and the other side they were in and out of the room constantly and talking and moving furniture! Beds were awful and dirty and uncomfortable

Room and shower room very clean. A few maintenance issues - sink plug broken, couldn’t turn down radiator as dial missing, safety clips restricting opening of ground floor window broken. Generally quite a nice place if a bit old fashioned. Staff friendly.

We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and each time the staff get better. I found them quite unfriendly in the earlier stays. I have also stayed here alone I am female over 60 and felt totally safe. My husband was impressed as the bed we had last time was king size and very comfortable. Most rooms we have stayed in have TV, microwave, fridge, kettle which are very useful. I have even stayed in one that had a kitchenette. Some of the bathrooms are quite small but modern clean and adequate. Some rooms have quirky decor. They have clearly tried to make the most of converting the building into a hotel. The surrounding area is lovely. Parking obviously a bonus. 15/20 mins walk to Bromley South into Victoria on fast train in 18 mins. Or Bromley North even closer to Charing Cross in approx 40 mins. It is in a leafy part of Bromley North. Very convenient to us as our family live around the corner. Some nice parks not too far away. Great base for touring the area. Last visit I went to Biggin Hill Airbase and Museum on the bus in half an hour excellent transport links if you don't want to use car. I would recommend this hotel although I have never eaten there as we normally eat out with our family at one of the many restaurants pubs etc in the town.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very helpful young man called David who made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room ( David is a credit to your business ) The room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a overnight or longer stay and we will definitely be returning soon 👍 Would recommend this hotel to anyone as we couldn't fault anything.

On arrival we where met with friendly staff who directed the family to their rooms. Once in the rooms everything was clean and tidy, one of the rooms had a broken kettle which was promptly replaced when staff where made aware. One of the beds had two legs give way, staff where made aware and managed the incident with professionalism and care. In summary we paid for a budget hotel for a night sleep. We got lovely staff and a stay that was comfortable. Would we use them again? Yes if we where to need to stay in Bromley.

Luckily the gentleman offered to take my suitcase up to the top for me. The room was not very clean. Luckily the sheets looked clean. The pillows were very strange. They were small and rectangular. They were foam with a strange quilt over them with pillow cases over that. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood that you would think would be quiet. It was not. Loud music at 10:30-11pm at night. Cars racing through some nights. Housekeeping was intermittent. One time they cleaned the room, took the dirty towels on the floor and the hung up ones but didn’t replace them. The TV didn’t work at all. The WiFi connection was poor. It was a shame because the Hotels.com website gives them a “Very Good” rating. I should have Googled them earlier because those reviews were similar to mine, not good. I’m not sure how it got such a good rating on Hotels.com.

We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and each time the staff get better. I found them quite unfriendly in the earlier stays. I have also stayed here alone I am female over 60 and felt totally safe. My husband was impressed as the bed we had last time was king size and very comfortable. Most rooms we have stayed in have TV, microwave, fridge, kettle which are very useful. I have even stayed in one that had a kitchenette. Some of the bathrooms are quite small but modern clean and adequate. Some rooms have quirky decor. They have clearly tried to make the most of converting the building into a hotel. The surrounding area is lovely. Parking obviously a bonus. 15/20 mins walk to Bromley South into Victoria on fast train in 18 mins. Or Bromley North even closer to Charing Cross in approx 40 mins. It is in a leafy part of Bromley North. Very convenient to us as our family live around the corner. Some nice parks not too far away. Great base for touring the area. Last visit I went to Biggin Hill Airbase and Museum on the bus in half an hour excellent transport links if you don't want to use car. I would recommend this hotel although I have never eaten there as we normally eat out with our family at one of the many restaurants pubs etc in the town.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Double bed comfortable, second single bed not very comfortable. Nice to have a little kitchen in the room although we didn't use it. Bathroom clean but a bit tired with fittings starting to break. Very convenient for a trip into central London. Station about a mile away on foot and car park is free. Train ride to Victoria very quick.

I have stayed here before, I like the convenience of the location. The staff are helpful, the room has tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, the room I had this time also had a fridge. The bed was made most days, and bins emptied.

This is a basic hotel within an easy walk of Bromley town centre. The property and rooms are tired and in need of updating. The room was clean but the bed very squeaky. Strange to have cooking facilities in the room - makes me think this may have been had other uses in a previous life.

Room very old. Small room & beds. Very outdated. Shower room was clean and more modern but there was a toothbrush cup holder beside sink which was needing a clean. It was a basic place to stay which reflected on the cheap price! Breakfast was not included but told it was £12.50 each but we declined. Gentleman at reception was such a lovely friendly man so 5*for his professionalism. Sorry but I would not recommend this run down looking place. It needs totally renovated and modernised. No I would not stay there again I’d stay at premier lodge instead and pay extra because you always know what you’ll get there.

Bed was broken. Bar was out of stock on all good drinks. Food menu was limited. Not worth the money, better off going to Premier Inn or Travelodge down the road. They cost more but, better quality. I will not stay here again.

The room was great although i font believe that bath had beem cleaned and the prices for breakfast were different to what was on the website. However, apart from thos the toom was great, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and was absolutely magnificent. Would stay here agsin!

The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, a fridge and microwave. There is free parking on the premises. The breakfast was pre ordered, perfectly cooked, no waiting: full English, fresh fruit, fruit juice, pot of tea or coffee. There is a pretty garden with a swing and covered outdoor seating area.

We found the staff were very friendly and professional,Dean especially, there was a female guest who was unstable, but Dean controlled her with a professional approach, above all we would stay there again , small parking lot but there is a parking lot 0.4 miles from the hotel.
