accumulated toilet back splash on walls in the downstairs restroom, slow checkin/checkout service, and a personal gripe I won't get into. Honestly, I think this is what you generally get in Rome.

Spotless room. Wonderful and helpful staff. We would have like a coffee machine and a bigger fridge in the room. Breakfast was great everyday !
