I am coming to this hotel every time when i travel to Cluj-Napoca and this time i had a very bad experience with the receptionist. Considering taht the TV in my room had some technical issues, i went to reception and asked if i can watch a football game on the TV that was located in the lobby. The receptionist told me that is not possible to change the TV to the specific network (??!!). I didn't have any problem with this but the problem was receptionist's attitude and lask of respect when she addressed me.

Best breakfast from the trip. Nice area, safe and easy 10-15 minutes walk to great restaurants and touristic attractions. Excellent staff!
